Justaspud- bacon, cheddar jack cheese, and sour cream
    Ashley D.

I ended up going to McAlister's on Saturday January 15th since I was in the Castleton Mall area. What I noticed when I walked in that there was so many tables dirty, I placed my food order with the cashier, she stated it'll be a 20-mintue wait, I informed her I don't mind waiting. I ordered same thing I always get at McAlister's which was the Justaspud. I only had on the Justaspud bacon, cheddar jack cheese, and sour cream, I ordered two chocolate chip cookies, and sweet tea. By, the time my meal was ready still no tables were clean, guy who brought me my food I informed him there are no where to seat down since a lot of tables were dirty. He cleaned out booth table, included the seat, my food was hot and fresh. Since, this McAlister's is at the Castleton Mall they do receive a lot of traffic. Besides, a lot of tables were dirty my food was good, fresh, hot, and staff were professional.

This location is near Castleton Mall and it's large on the inside with plenty seating. I ordered the pick two with Savannah Chopped salad and potato soup. I was given a very large drink with it so make sure to ask for your desired size so you don't waste. They do not have an extensive beverage menu like teas to choose from. Mostly Pepsi/coke products and lemonade. The service was shaky as the people I came with did not get the spuds they ordered and the cashier had to ask us 2x each to repeat our order. We were there around noon and it was not busy at all.

Trying to grab a quick lunch but my order was placed 20 minutes ago and it hasn't come yet.

Aside from the long wait time, them running out of lemonade, and lack of clean tables my actual food was just ok. My cucumber, tomato salad tasted fresh out of the freezer. The sweet chipotle chicken sandwhich was not hot, even after the super long wait. The person who bought our food out to the table was not wearing gloves. One high point the manager did stop by near the end of our visit and refilled our lemonades and bought me a to go container.

I was so excited the first day I found Out about the McAllisters in the mall. I really like McAllisters for many reasons but most of all because it's not your typical fast food. It's fairly healthy! I can order soup and salad and not feel bad about what I'm eating like cheeseburgers and drive thrus. I normally do pick 2 and order the chicken tortilla soup. It's so good!!!! I also really like their salads. I was surprised at the kids meal, the Portions are big and my son was happy about his meal. He ordered the chicken tortilla roll up and got soup on the side. I took a bite of his and it was delicious and healthy. As much as I love the teas I try to stay away from sugar but they're excellent!!!!! Def worth trying. This location is fairly slow when it comes to making the food but they always get our orders right. Love McCallisters Deli, the food is great and consistent. I went to the McCallisters with my little sister in castleton and the customer service was friendly. Overall food is always good there.

Quick bite to eat after a movie. It was late afternoon and the place was empty. It was after the lunch rush, but too early for dinner, lol. The staff was friendly and immediately greeted us upon entry. Dining area is pretty large and there are TVs on the walls. Our order came out quickly. I got a reasonably priced half of club sandwich with a cup of chicken and dumplings soup. I was able to eat it all, and it was pretty good.

Absolute worst McAllister I've been to. Terrible customer service. The staff got everyone's order wrong. I saw 3 ppl leave because either their food was wrong or they waited over 30 minutes for their food. My own food was wrong. In his own frustration the manager Matt threw my food on the counter like it was trash. And indeed it was both of the potatoes were burnt. But I'd rather call corporate then deal with the manager. His own employees were cursing at him while they were working. That place needs some restructuring and leadership bad..I won't be returning.

Love the tea bar with free refills! I have only had the spuds, but they're always cooked perfectly and HUGE.

The interior is bright and fun. They're in the strip mall at 86th with the Noral Target, so there was plenty of parking. We each ordered separately, but they nicely put our order on the same overall table ticket so that it was delivered at roughly the same time. I hadn't been here before, and was excited to try it. You order at the front counter then they bring it to our table. The menu can be a little daunting if you aren't sure what you want. I chose a chicken enchilada bowl, but was then told they were out of cheese. Nothing else was jumping out at me, so I just ordered the avocado toast. (see pics) Our food came fairly quickly. I will say, my coworkers' dishes looked good. I was pretty disappointed with my avocado toast. For $9, it was a sinlgle slice of bread, only very lightly toasted. The jammy egg was maybe 1 hard boiled egg, chopped up on top, and it was cold. It did have shredded cheese over it (not sure why that couldn't have been used in my enchilada bowl?) . It also tased like it had a lot of "everything bagel" spices on it, and was overall fairly salty. So it was a little disappoining. And I left hungry. But I wasn't in the mood to order anything else. My coworkers had sweet potato fries (I tried some - really good!), and different bowls that looked good, so I would give them another try sometime, but the avocado toast did not live up to expectations. #ReviewsByRL

You walk in, you order at the counter, you find a table. The format is familiar. What lands in front of you is anything but ordinary. So, I am going to address the dessert situation first and without apology. I started with the baklava before the rest of the food arrived. Why? I am not a Padawan. I am a grown Jedi who has earned the right to sequence a meal however the Force sees fit, and the Force saw fit to begin with dessert. The baklava was sweet, crispy, and exactly what baklava is supposed to be when someone actually makes it properly. I considered ordering another. A Jedi exercises restraint. I waited for the rest of the order instead, which did not take long, so the sacrifice was manageable. When the full spread landed on the table the presentation alone was doing work. My partner's Greek salad with chicken kabob looked as good as it tasted, which turned out to be very good. I sampled the chicken kabob and it paired beautifully with my roasted red potatoes, which came out tasting like olive oil and lemon pepper had a perfect collaboration and decided to coat every potato equally. My Street Gyro had the kind of meat to vegetable ratio that suggests whoever assembled it understood the assignment. Good balance technically, but the balance leaned toward more meat, which is the correct direction to lean. The Ruffles chips that came alongside were a chaotic and welcome addition to an otherwise Mediterranean operation. Nobody saw that coming. I respected it. My partner finished the chocolate chip cookies and had no complaints. I had no complaints about anything. Taziki's is not trying to be a sit down Greek dining experience and it does not need to be. It does what it does cleanly, consistently, and with enough flavor to bring us back the next time the craving for Greek food makes its presence known in the Force. Five stars, would absolutely return. The baklava alone justifies the trip.
