When I Want Chicken Noodle Soup, there is ONLY 1 place to go.... Noodles!

They open on time and are ready to serve their customers right away, thats good management. Food was ready fast and was great! I ordered some Chicken Noodle Soup and the Pena Rosa parmesan chicken, both were great!

Reviewing chain restaurants is always a dicey business: First off, it's pretty much almost always a given that you're not going to be impressed. If you are, you can probably chalk it down to nostalgia. After all, that's mostly what brought you back to this restaurants in the first place, if I'm not mistaken. However, it takes an especially negative experience for a review of a chain restaurant to be so bad that you remember it, and not in a good way: unfortunately, this was one of those experiences. While I ordered my standard, the Japanese Pan with tofu, my companions got a penne rosa and a pesto cavatappi with tofu. The one saving grace? This Noodles branch doesn't skimp on the toppings or add-ons. Unlike others. However, all of our dishes were practically tasteless: the little sauce used had pooled at the bottom of our takeout containers, and with massive amounts of noodles and veggies, it obviously was nowhere near enough. Noodles has been my go-to for a long time but after my last few experiences, I think it's safe to say I'll be staying away from the chain for quite a while yet.

All noodles and no sauce. I was excited about this place. I ordered a small truffle Mac and cheese and and a small pad Thai. They Mac and cheese was basically macaroni noodles with truffles and very little cheese. If there's was maybe milk or something to make it creamier I think it would have been great. My pad Thai was dry. No sauce. Dry noodles that looked lifeless and colorless. The tastes mimicked it. I knew better but ordered it anyway.

Great food! Terrible restrooms! It was a mediocre first experience for me: The toilet didn't flush and the soap dispenser was broken and no paper towels. Penne Rosa dish was well prepared and tasted great.

We absolutely love this place. My favorite dish is the Japanese Pan noodle with grilled chicken. I add a little sriracha and my quality of life increases

Noodles & Company is a fantastic alternative to the same old fast food. They have awesome pasta bowls made fresh and cooked to order. I absolutely love this place! One thing I am not happy about is a couple years ago they changed their Ciabatta rolls from amazingly the delicious Ciabatta rolls to just cutting a sub sandwhich roll in half and calling it a Ciabatta roll. This constantly annoys me as it is NOT a Ciabatta roll its a sub sandwich roll cut in half. I have no idea what genius decided they would save a few pennies by discontinuing the delicious Ciabatta Roll and replacing it with half a sub sandwich roll but Id sure hope they have since been canned. BRING BACK THE Ciabatta Rolls!!! Other than the Ciabatta Roll FUBAR Noodles & Company is fantastic EVERYTIME, their tofu is amazing and unlike Ive had anywhere else. There are so many different choices and combinations you can always have something new and different! One hot tip is order the small portion because the "regular" portion is HUGE!

Overpriced. Burnt noodles with sprouts and peas. There are much better options if you want noodles in Indy! Go try Chao Vietnamese Street right up the street.

I love the simple menu, fast but fresh food and nice atmosphere. I had the Chinese chopped salad band Thai curry soup...the perfect combination for a cool winter afternoon. The staff was awesome!!

I don't think I've ever had a bad meal or service experience at this chain. Whether I am at my local location (116th St.), Geist, or 82nd St., the ambiance is friendly and prices have remained reasonable while other restaurants have increased or decreased portion sizes.

We ordered a scamorza, he got a large side salad, and we got a large pizza, half bar 20 (chicken bbq) and half pepperoni. Salad was good. Scmorza, our favorite app with tomatoes, garlic and usually tons of melted gouda, was disappointing. It had a ton of tomatoes, but I couldn't taste the garlic at all, and the slice of cheese on top was so thin as to be pathetic, not what it normally is at all. So essentially it was a big bowl of chopped tomatoes from the can. (I will note we did not say anything to our servers about this.) Our large pizza arrived fairly quickly, but it was half Bar 20 and half plain cheese. At first, we thought maybe the pepperonis were under the cheese, so we pulled a slice to determine, but in fact there was no pepperoni. The one server took it back to the kitchen, then he brought it back and told us they would also make us a medium pepperoni. I'm cool with that, as I eat leftovers. Upon eating more of the Bar 20 (usually one of my favorites), really it wasn't that good because the dough was also a little raw in the middle. They brought the other medium peperoni fairly quickly as well. It looked really good and we could tell it was nice & hot with the melted cheese. Still a little disappointing that there were only 2 pepperonis per slice (see pics), it just seemed like there should be more. At least this was cooked properly and had a nice flavor. I will say this, the two servers who were working our table were both quite nice and friendly. Just the food was very mediocre this time. #ReviewsByRL

That was consistent across the three orders of calamari at a table of 11. Mostly tentacles. Womp womp. No great flavor there, either... the marinara helped. And the crème brûlée... you get plenty, but it's not special. I do appreciate that it's not a deep crème brûlée... so there's a good crunch to custard ratio. Other than that? Meh.
