At the end of a very long workday it was a bag of shame kind of night. Nobody ever said McD's is gourmet, but their location has turned into gour-meh. Order of nuggets - lukewarm, but edible. Order of fries - cold, not just lukewarm, just cold. Burgers, piping hot. Order from a display because there are no people to take the order. Take a table tent that assures me prompt service. Then somebody walks over in 10 minutes to tell us our food is on the counter. WTF? Why didn't you bring the food over? Multiple groups of lowlifes hanging out in the restraunt lobby. Made my partner very uneasy. This place continues to slide downhill. May not be back after dark. read more

It works. My hope is McDonald's does look at its high prices. Yes inflation is real, but some of their items have gone up too much. Was grateful for a filet o fish meal earlier, as was involved in some aerobic activities that burned substantial calories. The drive thru as usual here solid! Really good employees. The dining area is decent for a fast food place. Yet I can't help but miss the bright red locations of years past. The memes about McDonald's going middle aged are quite amusing. On a plus note coffee id delicious and reasonably priced. As a man who puts in the hours, thank you for doing this aspect well. I look forward to corporate changes though, as it's been hinted, and there's room on the menu for new items. read more

This used to be our go to McDs. It was always reliable and fast. We received horrible service and were yelled at last night. We did the mobile order. 3 drinks 1 fry. When we got up to the window they gave us 2 drinks and a wrong bag of food. They then said they don't have our order. Which makes no sense since they gave us half our order. 2 of the sodas have custom no ice so there is no way it was a coincidence of another order. I told them we gave the person our code and confirmed my name at window 1. Here is my order and had my app open. They said it doesn't matter they don't have it. (Makes no sense since they gave us 2 drinks from our order) I said I paid. She continued to say she didn't have it. She had on a manager uniform so assume she was a manager. I said I paid, your system issues aren't my problem. I'm showing you my order. Then she is Yelling at me that it's not her problem. Well it is since we won't come back if this is how things are handled. No sense. Tonight my husband said he was given the wrong food item. I'm not sure what happened but it was never like this before. IMO they didn't look at the order screen and then progressed the tickets without completing our order so it looked like she didn't have our order. Which is true if she progressed it to completed but didn't actually complete it. This wasn't even during peak dinner hours and not a complex order. read more

I don't much care for fast food. I especially don't care for McDonald's. And yet, this location is actually worthy of a high review. Is the food amazing? No, it's still McDonald's. Barely worthy of being considered food, really. But the staff in the mornings are EXTREMELY friendly, fast, and efficient. I don't think I've ever seen a line move so swiftly, and with a smile to boot. Just down the street you'll have a VERY different experience, but this location? This spot at least seems well run. read more

Awful service! We spent such a long time ordering the food via their kiosk and then it said we had to pay upfront. When we went to the counter we were there about ten minutes. I was politely saying hello trying to get their attention and they didn't even acknowledge us at all or noticed us. The business was not even that crowded and the women cleaning the tables simply told us to wait instead of going in the back and getting someone's attention. So rude and not going back here. The sales tax was $0.90, the delivery fee was $1.49, the service fee was $1.51, and the tip for the driver was $5.00. I can get my orders fast from them since they are only a mile away. read more

Wow! So very impressed with this particular McDonald's. In the area visiting my son, and stopped here for morning coffee. The dinning area was extremely clean, and the staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. Food was the usual affair for a fast food place. Although I only ordered a coffee, so I might not be the best judge of the food. To be honest, I have not eaten in a fast food restaurant in awhile because of health reasons. I do highly recommend this restaurant based on cleanliness and service staff. First FF restaurant with table service I've ever been to. Place your order, receive placard, choose a table. I would give this McDonald's zero stars if I could. In the drive-thru, the employee handed me a large Powerade in a styrofoam cup with a hole in the side of it. The lid wasn't properly sealed to the cup either, so the Powerade spilled everywhere - all over me and my car. The dude didn't even apologize! Instead, he found it funny and was laughing. My $6 meal (that should've at least been on-the-house) ended up costing me $50 since I obviously had to get my car cleaned. My experience at the McDonalds was beyond unprofessional and the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life. read more

The food at this location was fine. The menu had things on it that weren't actually available, which is annoying. In this instance, the kiosk said they had cherry & crème pie, but they substituted it with strawberry & crème. When we interacted with the servers, they smiled and were polite. The main thing we noticed is that the staff were extraordinarily loud. They just yacked and yacked at the top of their lungs, not about work but just being silly. Just. So. Loud. It's McDonalds. While there are renovations and an improved ordering system, the few times here my orders still get totally jacked up. Missing or wrong items... so just make sure you check your bag against your receipt when you get your food. Otherwise, it's a cheap and quick way to grab a bite if you are out of options. read more

This is the worst McDonald's ever. They don't know curbside pickup rules. Every other McDonald's I wait at curbside pickup mobile order, and a staffer brings out my order to my car window. Not here. I entered my parking space number and waited. Then I realized I had waited 20 minutes and an entire long line had gone through the drive-through. I fi ally honked more horn and hollered out to the drive through window employee. After a long time if hollering back and forth, I had to get out of my car, and walk up to the drive through window to get my food. The staffer and the supervisor kept hollering at me that I had to walk inside the restaurant to get my food! At least I got it handed to me through the drive through window! I am bumping up my previous review solely on the service. This restaurant is usually very busy, and the staff is ALWAYS working hard to make sure the customers are comfortable and served well. I saw one patron, who was rude as heck, leave a complete mess where he was eating. He attempted to get a free meal as he ate his (entire) sandwich, and then complain he was served the wrong meal. What a joke. The staff professionally listened and then sent him on his way. He was angered and intentionally spilled his nugget sauces all over the chair. The staff came over and cleaned it up. This was in front of my children. I am glad the staff did the right thing. Good role models! read more

It's newly renovated, so there is touch screens to order, but when you use them, the order comes WAY later. The food isn't like the pictures, but it still tastes pretty good. There got a lot of good deals. I usually get the southwest salad and a strawberry banana smoothie. read more

This place is well run! I like the fact that this store values positive customer experience, and this store has my vote. On top of everything that this place is generally clean outside in the parking lot, in the dining area and service counter, the bathrooms are well maintained and smell nice. The food came to us warm and fresh, fries were new and crisp. It did not take long for food to be cooked. Presentation was neat and tray was clean. Service at the counter was prompt and friendly. I highly recommend this store because management here is running the business very well. read more

Honestly, what is the purpose of the McFlurry machine if its not used properly? If i had a quarter for the number of times Oreos or M&M's have simply been dumped on top of my McFlurry, I could literally fill a roll of quarters. There is clearly a mixing spoon that attaches to the machine to mix ingredients into the ice cream. Employees either don't know to use this, don't care, or this part of the machine is perpetually broken at this location. The customer ends up slogging through the ice cream to get those tasty bits throughout the ice cream. You should give the customers a discount! I know this machine function works because I've seen it rotating in the cup at other locations. So what's wrong with Rose Hill? Better training, or better equipment. Damn, I could go to Dairy Queen. This particular McDonald's sits in a strip mall with plenty of parking. This reviewer gives it a two-star rating because the drive thru encircles the building and there does not seem to be enough seating for customers who want to consume their burgers and fries in the restaurant. read more

This is the best McDonalds in the area hands down. The orders are right, the staff is friendly, and the food is usually fresh... especially late at night when everything is cooked to order. I've never seen them give me stale food like other McDonalds restaurants in the area. Also this restaurant just received a much needed remodel and is very nice and clean, inside and out. My only complaint if I had to pick one? That's it's not a 24 hour McDonalds like those on Duke Street. read more

I give this place a low rating because my order was wrong multiple times, the first time I ordered 6 nuggets for my nephew, and I ordered a butter milk chicken sandwich. I took 4 bites the 4th bite I took was hard and tasted as of raw meat, I take off the breading and I was right I was so disgusted the second time I ordered the buttermilk sandwich again with a meal and a Dr Pepper I got coke instead. If you come here make sure you repeat what you say because they are oblivious to your order this is unacceptable. read more

This is the only Mickey D's with an awesome deal on Tuesday called Family Night. For $1.59, you get a hamburger or cheesburger along with fries and a drink. Perfect pit stop on the way home to feed the kiddies. Service is friendly, quick, and efficient both drive through and walk-in. Inside, place is kept clean and organized. And for all the times I've been here, there's always someone right away at the register taking my order. Sometimes they get my order wrong but when brought to their attention, they fix it right away. The high turnover with the amount of traffic they get even in this small community keeps the fryer moving and my french fries good and hot. read more
