Unusually stop by to get my coffee in the morning before work at this McDonald's. I must say it has been an ok experience but twice has my breakfast been wrong. I began my order at the drive thru when the attended told me to shut up and wait a minute because he wasn't ready. I waited and then he said ok how can I help you. I started my order and he interrupted me again. At this point I just drove up to the window without completing my order. Once I got to the window I asked for the manager. This place. I don't have words. Every single time I go they get my order wrong. I am so detailed and specific when ordering, too; my orders aren't even complicated!!! it's a joke. For example: I said, "sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle meal, with a large Vanilla iced coffee." I spoke no other words, and they even repeated the order back to me. It was correct in the screen. I paid and got the order; no receipt received. Ridiculous! I ordered the sweet bbq bacon burger. Aside from the fact that they did not offer an option of bread or meat selections, when I got the burger there were LITERALLY. 3 little onions there and very little bbq. Great quality food is never an expectation when going to McDonalds. But at least try! An employee was literally on her cellphone having conversations! Every time I get out of work and it's the only place open to eat I go through the drive thru and there is always something wrong at first it was the ice cream machines didn't work, then it was they only take cash then it's we are only serving breakfast always an inconvenience it's so frustrating and the customer service is always horrible and since I live right up the street I'd hope it would just be convenient for me after a hard days work but it always disappoints. Been going to this McDonald's for 6 months now only because it's close and very convenient for our family for the past 6 months its been the same thing customer service is terrible very rude when call the manager the manager seems very nice and professional but it seems that she can't take care of her staff and let them know what they're supposed to be doing please all I asked was for napkins in the bag they don't even say thank you or high the just hand you your order and that's it without you even able to say you need to catch up they walk away something needs to happen to this McDonalds because I'm pretty sure it's going to go out of business read more

Ive been coming to this mcdonalds for years and ive never had a problem with them. The staff is awesome, they remember me and I can have an actual conversation with almost all of them and they never mess up on my order, they can get pretty busy but its worth the wait. read more

I think after reading the old defaming reviews this McDonalds establishment have cleaned up their act. I only go thru the DriveThru and so far, my experience proves that this place serves good food (as good as McDonalds gets of course) and their customer service was good too. I remember getting a smoothie and then I changed my mind about the flavor after I quickly tasted it. I asked them to change it and they did with no questions asked. Stopped here for a cup of hot coffee and a cheeseburger for my son. My son screamed, DON'T GO TO MCDONALD'S MOM! but I refused to listen. Look at all of those 1-star reviews. They've earned them! Almost every time I go here they mess up my order and something is missing. Today it was a Sausage McMuffin that they just failed to put in the bag. Also, their Diet Coke always tastes flat and more like Lemon Pledge than soda. The employees are nice and friendly. But management needs to do a better job of making sure that people get what they've ordered. And please fix your soda machines. It's McDonald's! So you know what to expect. It's on my way to work and somewhat convenient for coffee. I came by later in the morning, during a busy day, and the drive through was packed. I went in to get two sweet teas and an order of fries. I used the kiosk and it was no problem, but wasn't faster than a person. Took nearly 15 minutes for this order and there were only 2 people in front of me. Then once I got my fries and cups (you have to fill them yourself) the sweet tea was empty. I had to ask the staff to get the cups filled from behind the counter and this took another 5 minutes. RIDICULOUS. Use drive through only. read more
