    Tiny cold French Fries

The food was below average and service...what service?? The top bun of my quarter pounder was smashed & the majority of the fries were only 1-1 1/2" long. So basically looked like I got the end of an old batch of fries; they weren't hot when I got them. I had to wait at the drive through menu for five minutes to give my order & there was only one person ahead of me. The person who handed me my order did not speak to me, he just handed me my bag & my drink. Then he just looked at me until I left the drive through.

This place is the absolute worst. They cannot ever get an order right and they can't ever even give you napkins in the drive-through lane. I mean the guy that hands out the food is a moron... then there's the way they present the food. They just don't care they they're so rude. They're so lazy. I just ordered Delivery. This is how the food looks. My sandwich looks they didn't give me one of the two sodas that was supposed to be there. These guys are ridiculously bad at their job jobs.

$21 for 2 tiny extra crispy chicken sandwiches, 2 small milkshake's and 2 fries. Service: the service was good, fast and the guy that took our orders was nice 4 stars. Inside: clean and roomy but if you have never been to this location it's kind of confusing where to order 4 stars Food: shakes and fries are spot on for Mc Donald's. However the crispy chicken sandwich comes with a small DRY patty "nothing else!! "Unless that is if you pay "Extra" for tomatoes for their "deluxe sandwich "what a rip off!! I even had to ask for some dipping sauces otherwise I would've walked out of there with just a plain dry sandwich. 1.5 stars

Super woodsy and quiet. A really nice stop!

This is the nicest McDonald's I've ever seen in my life. Redwood trees, beautiful outdoor seating. Very woodsy and wholesome. Ultra safe for kids. A perfect rest stop if you need a quick breakfast or lunch break during holiday traffic on Highway 17. Ample parking. None of the usual weirdos you find loitering in every other city. If you need to give the kids a break on a hot day, this is the spot!

I have been making regular visits to this McD's more and more, once i noticed the burgers taste so much better then they have for a very long time. So many years ago, the little chopped onions were cooked on the meat.... then, they changed the procedure and placed them on the bun. That changed thr flavor. It seems as though, this store has the right idea, cause if I'm not mistaken, they ate cooking the onions on the meat. The cheeseburgers, mcdouble, double cheeseburgers taste like how I remember them when I was a little kid. This is now, my favorite McD's

    Typical McDonald's. There isn't a drive-thru, but you can order online/app for pick-up.

The Burger Bots website implies that robots make the burgers. Being a technology junkie, I wanted…read moreto see that! The truth was a little different. Burger Bots is not actually a restaurant. The "bot" is in the back of First Born in Los Gatos, and in fact looks somewhat out of place. First Born is an attractive upscale restaurant, with a fascinating menu, and a great cocktail selection. I plan on returning to try it. But that wasn't the purpose of this trip! I was there for a burger, made by a robot. There was a small menu with a few options - including a chicken burger, a bahn mi burger, and an Impossible burger. I ordered a traditional beef burger, with cheese. All burgers come with fries, and there are no other options. (I did order a cocktail off the First Born menu, which was wonderful!) I was disappointed to learn that the robot does not actually cook the burger. The patty is cooked behind the scenes by a human, who places the cooked patty on the bottom half of a bun, in a Burger Bots carton. The burger then is carried from the kitchen to the robot on a conveyor belt. The robot places the condiments on the burger: fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup and mayo. The completed burger advances to the next station on the conveyor. Another set of robot arms closes the carton, picks up a box of pre-cooked French fries, and adds them to the tray. The conveyor then carries the tray with the burger and fries to the pickup station. The cartons are cute, but kind of superfluous when eating in the restaurant. The burger was very good! Not the best I've had, by far, but certainly well cooked with fresh ingredients and a tasty bun. The fries were also good, but just a tad soggy. They were, after all, pre-cooked and had been sitting in a small container waiting while the burger was prepared. My burger & fries combo was $18 (my cocktail was $17). Very cheap for a nice, sit-down restaurant, but really expensive for what was basically a fast-food burger. I should add that the staff was very friendly and attentive, and they were happy to chat about the restaurant and the burger bot. It was a nice experience and a good burger, but I had hoped to see the "future" of the food industry, and instead saw something that was little more than a gimmick. I'm going to rate this as a burger place - which is what I was there for. The menu was very limited: a few burger choices, and everything came with fries. The fries were good, and the burger was very good, but not worth $18. My friend ordered the bahn mi burger and thought it, too, was very good. The "show" put on by the burger bot was mildly entertaining, in a kind of see-it-once way, but quite disappointing in that it only added condiments and closed the box. So overall, I give Burger Bots a 3. It was fun to try. If I'm in the area, I might stop by for a burger - but probably not.

I'd been to other locations and always liked the pizza, so thought I'd try this one out. Their logo and "Hard Rock Cafe" type branding of having the city below the logo on merch always struck me as kind of cool. So I wanted to grab a t-shirt at some point, and their $8 special for both the t-shirt and a slice of pizza (which runs $6-7 by itself) is such a great deal, I decided to pull the trigger the day I was here (it was also colder, so I wanted an undershirt to wear under my other shirt). The pizza was very good (veggie) like I've had at other locations, and the shirt is pretty thick and all cotton. Service was friendly enough - young workers who are casual and not overly attentive, but responsive enough. :D Happy to have several of these in the area, and this location is convenient and food quality is on point.

The Coke was standard McDonald's Coke ( meaning it was good ), the fríes were warm and were standard McDonald's fríes. The Big Arch itself was pretty interesting... First of all, this burger is BIG and for the price-to-value ratio in today's economy you get what you pay. As for the taste? Look, it's nothing but a variant of a Grand Mac ( if you remember that large version of the Big Mac ). The special sauce is tangier, they use white cheese instead of yellow, and better pickles. It tastes exactly like a Big Mac and it hits it the spot because they pile on the meat, which itself was seasoned well and was quite satisfying. I did enjoy the burger and will order it again in lieu of ordering a Big Mac if it is still on the menú. So I want to set the record straight because Los Gatos Cafe was a really good experience. It's a small place but there are outside tables as well. You can order lunch at any time as well as breakfast. We started with Banana Chocolate Chip pancakes. Holy smokes they were the bomb. They had a ton of fresh bananas inside as well as a nice amount of chocolate chips on top. I had the Hot Turkey and Pear sandwich. I know the combo sounds weird but it was super tasty. The pear added crunch and sweetness to the sandwich. There was also a good dose of grilled onions to go with the owie gooey cheese....yum. Hubby had the Granite Flank Steak Sandwich . It was smothered in Gorgonzola cheese with a good portion of Flank Steak. The steak was tender and well seasoned. It was the perfect flavor bite. So going to add this place to the frequent flier list. Be kind to one another

Since Main St Burgers is at the end of the street, I guess we've missed it in previous visits. It's located in a cute little corner and can be seen when crossing the streets. Not sure about parking, as parking anywhere in DT can get crazy during busy times. It's self order at the front and then wait to get called. I ended up getting the Cali Burger plus garlic fries. While I'm not a big burger person, I actually really enjoyed my burger. I thought it had the right amount of seasoning unlike some other places that relay on condiments to create the flavor. The mixed greens and avocado also gave it a great balance from the meat. I also enjoyed my garlic fries, but I wish the flavor was cooked more into the fries as opposed to having it just sit on top. My other three friends also enjoyed their burgers/sides, but we did have a little issue with the onion rings. While one friend had nice, crispy rings - the other had really soggy ones. He asked the staff if he could get new ones, and they complied. The new batch was much better. Kudos to the staff for willing to fix the issue. Staff was efficient, but there wasn't much interaction between us other than ordering and the onion ring incident.
