I try not to get fast food often, but sometimes that Crunchwrap Supreme just calls to me. Ordered through the app while at the restaurant. My ordered was prepared relatively quickly, but then no one would come to the counter for me to ask to grab my food that they placed behind a glass window. I was trying to also redeem a reward through the app, but kept having issues with it not being applied. I tried flagging down a worker. She briefly listened but then disappeared and never came back to help, which was frustrating. Eventually when they had a eat-in order tray ready, I was able to ask that person to help get my pickup order and app reward. They'd forgotten to include my drink, so she then had to go grab that. Would really recommend they have at least one or two employees be more mindful of customers standing awkwardly at the counter seeking help, and to actually help them before wandering off. Not the best customer service overall. The girl who ended up helping me was nice though and did return with my drink and app reward at the end of my visit. Food was okay but all the items definitely seem skimpier than what I've had before. The Crunchwrap Supreme I received was definitely the thinnest I've had. I also couldn't tell where the tostada later was - I guess they forgot to include it? Very soggy too. I get inflation is here, but y'all are already up charging the customer. Had to do a quick drive thru order a few days ago as I was craving nachos (no beans). The drive thru line was short and the outside of the store was neat and clean. The menu outside is clear as well. been going here for years, due to it being close by, but the quality and customer service here gets spottier each year. Its almost guaranteed when me and my family goes there, 1 or 2 things will happen; they'll either forget an item you paid for, or they wont remember the substitutions/modifications you requested. Whether it's genuine forgetfulness or just a rush I don't want to claim that this location is the worse of the worse but it is a let down to the point where me and my family have to go to a different location. I enjoy this location a lot because of the staff. The people I usually see are always super nice and real. I don't mind if they need a moment of silence or want to chat but I enjoy the authenticity and the fact that we see each other enough that they're real with me. The food is fine and I never have any issues. Some of the complaints I've seen are regarding the wait times and I know that they're short staffed more often than not so understanding d that it may be a little bit of a wait on occasion but I don't usually find myself waiting very long. read more

The Mexican Pizza is back! I found out the hard way that you could get a Mexican pizza two days before the official launch by downloading the app for two days. The way my story goes is that I went to my local Taco Bell and got in the drive-thru line 5 cars ahead and 5 behind, only to be told that Mexican pizza was not available for another day. Wtw? My "friend" sent me a pic of her pizza earlier today. I refused to be denied. I drove over to this Taco Bell and got in the drive-thru 6 cars ahead and 4 behind. I started to worry as the line moved forward, and I didn't see Mexican pizza on the menu. When I placed my order to the invisible man behind the curtain, he told me that Mexican pizza was only available thru the app. I confirmed with him that if I installed the app and ordered when I reached the order delivery window, I would be able to pick up my Mexican pizza. Yay! Not so fast... The app would not place my order, sigh. As the stubborn, tenacious Mexican pizza lover, I parked my car and went inside. Omg, the staff was so helpful. We went thru every option available until tada my order was placed. A big shout out to everyone working at 5:30 thru a dinner rush hour to get me my Mexican pizza. Went to this Taco Bell for the first time, and seen the drive thru was busy. So I parked and went inside. Two people in line, and I seen that they have kiosks which was convenient. As I stood waiting, the women at the register, who seemed like the manager, blurted out to me with annoyance if I'm ready to order. I said I ordered from the kiosk. She slammed the register shut, and walked away. Now I understand people have bad days, but like there was nothing that I have done to provoke that kind of behavior. Had a RUDE encounter with someone named MERARI C. At drive thru. And I believe shes part of the management. Ordered a Baja blast freeze at 4:19 on 9/23 She was going to give me a regular drink and I had told her I asked for a Baja blast freeze and her reply was "Well you never told me that, now I need to refund you so I can charge you again because the Baja blast freeze is $3 more" with an attitude. And I told her it's fine. She than refunded me my entire order and said she needed to charge me again and I said I wanted to be charged the difference. She than started to get loud with me and say she couldn't and I just told her she's very rude and she has a bad attitude. She than said I was the one with attitude. At that point, I felt bad for her. She seemed miserable. She than told me it's fine no charge and gave me my food and shut the window in my face. She probably realized it was happy hour and tried to STEAL from me. Happy hour is from 2pm-5pm and how does she not know that as a manager? Taco Bell, do better and hire more professional people. She seems incompetent. Our drive thru order was wrong missing 3 crunchy tacos and 2 cinnamon crisps. But hey, things happen..I get it. The main reason for my one star was the incredibly rude and demeaning way the manager (Michael, I think was his name) spoke to one of his employees tonight. There was an older gentleman with gray hair and a black hat that helped me when I came back for the missing items. He was kind and helpful, no questions asked. While I waited, I witnessed the manager completely belittle him when he asked a question and every employee (except one of the guys making tacos who actually stood up for him!! Way to go!) started laughing and snickering. It was horrible and made me uncomfortable to watch how terribly they were being to this man.
