I should not be a surprised.....I ordered the chicken strips and of course they were cold. I usually would return the food but I was so tired that I opted not to even bother. I am very disappointed in how over the years the franchise has become worse with the quality of food. During my visit to this McDonalds, I saw the fry cook not only not wear gloves for the whole duration of my time in the restaurant but they also were eating directly off the line. On top of the dirty bathroom and the digital display charging extra as a "coupon" for the McChicken, would not recommend this McDonald's. read more

I didn't know McDonald's food could be messed up but they managed to do it. The chicken sandwich was like rubber. The Fast food was slow food. It took 10 minutes to get chicken nuggets. Friday night at 8:15 is the wrong time to come. It's manned by the D team. The employees that were working hard seemed miserable. Two employees never put down their cell phones. McDonald's food is always gross as hell, but this particular chain may take the cake. I've only eaten here a few times, but every time the cashiers where super rude (don't give them cash or they will get SUPER pissy), the food is slimy and burnt...when you even get the right order. Inside? Holy crap is it dirty. There's like a film of grease on everything. I went to the men's room and it looked like someone threw a hand grenade into a backed up toilet. The only good thing about McDonald's is the Ronald McDonald House charity. Donate to that. However, this store should be shut down. While I don't neccessarily eat healthy ,it's one of the few places I just can't bring myself to eat. I found myself craving an iced coffee and the places near my work are limited so McDonald's it is ! This location was clean so that was a good sign. The cashier was very friendly and everyone working there was keeping busy cleaning and taking orders. Iced coffee price was a steal at just one dollar. For a dollar fifty you can get a huge one. I asked for it with cream and sugar on the side and it came exactly as I requested which is awesome since other places seem to get confused when I ask for that. I can't speak for the food but my coffee was freshly brewed and my short time there pleasant. If your looking for a decent cup of coffee cheap this is the place to go. read more

I am a delivery driver for door dash! I go to McDonald's frequently. Today November 17th at approximately 130pm I went through the drive through and the manager Shane tried to park my order after waiting 15 minutes and watched all previous cars wait for their orders and stay at the window while they wait. When I was asked to park - I politely declined. This upset Shane and he made sure to make the rest of my experience a terrible one (and I'm not even the customer). My customer ordered a 10 piece nugget, 2 cheese burger meal with a soda and 2 smoothies. The cheeseburgers were thrown in bag out of wrappers, no nuggets, fries half full, no sauce! He through the items in my car and said if I ever come back he won't give me the food at all! read more

I took my grandkids to Middletown, McDonald's we ordered food to go totaled 31.00 for four of us, no problem, asked the girl as I looked through bags everything here she said yes.When I got home of course we were short an order of nuggets for one of my grandkids, went back to store went in the got manager she handed me the nuggets, no sorry, so I mentioned we had spent $31.00 and got a look. Not only did I wait in the line at the drive thru for 45 mins. But when I got to the window to pay the lady asked me what I ordered becuase it wasn't on their screen. I get my mcflurry and it wasnt even mixed or full. My fries were cold. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe my first time here was just a bad experience. I ordered on the app and the store closed two hours early and refused to acknowledge my order and was quite rude about it. It was 10pm when I pulled in the drive thru the line was really long but I waited since I ordered thru the app by the time I got to the speaker it was 10:20 again no problem but I was immediately greeted with we are closed we have no food for you I let the man know I ordered on the app and that it stated that it closed at 12 still he refused to acknowledge my order and threatened to call the cops I told him to go ahead and do so and explain to them why you close two hours earlier i proceeded to wait in the parking lot to see if they did that to avoid the rush and serve any one else after and they did not at least 60 more cars went thru there as i sat and watched so much business lost due to a lazy supervisor . To be honest there was only two people working so it seemed .. I thought after the fact that McDonalds is never that understaffed perhaps they all walked out what ever the case its was rude and uncalled for had I went there after watching the fireworks with my kids to get a quick meal I would have been livid and cops would have definitely been needed which was the case to a lot of other patrons that i spoke to who also where extremely disappointed with the service that night read more

This Mcdonalds has terrible service. Have gone a few times and every time I'm greeted with an attitude. Was told to pull forward and wait in reserved parking for two happy meals for 10 minutes. On another occasion I asked for two straws for chocolate milks and the woman working threw an attitude and asked "Why?" Then before I could even respond got another worker to come to the window. Who then gave me more attitude for asking for STRAWS! Seems that management needs to do some serious house cleaning. read more

This is how my visit went.. "Hi I'd like to have the sausage McMuffins off the $2 for $2 menus please " The cashier started looking on a key chart on the wall next to her for their BOGO for $1. I tried to tell her it wasn't that deal but the one up on the TV menu above her. She'd have none of my assistance and proclaimed "That will be $7.53 please" I shook my head in disbelief. "That's incorrect it's supposed to be 2 for $2" "oh Sorry" she said. After pushing 50 buttons trying to fix it she says "That will be $4.32" now I'm a bit frustrated. I say... "please listen. It is 2 for $2 Not $2 each". So she went into her 50 key punching mode again and then got flustered and walked away and got what I assumed was the floor manager as she was dressed differently from everyone else. She quickly said "sorry the sausage McMuffins with egg is not on the 2 for $2." "That's not what I ordered" I said. Mind you she was already shitty with me. "Oh you want the sausage biscuits then". "No it's Not" I growl now. She suddenly snipped "Well what did you want?" "I ALREADY told your obviously under trained employee what I wanted" now getting madder by the second from her attitude. She tells me "oh we do not longer do that " I told her" that's a lie ,look above your head it's right there and I just purchased the same here two days ago." Well she had no leg to stand on so she angrily punched some keys and magically the total was $2.16 as she huffed away. WOW! JUST WOW for that experience. She threw my bag on the counter not at me but in obvious anger. Thankfully she isn't a nurse or something more important than feeling powerful bossing teens around. Poorest experience in a McDonald's yet. And that takes talent. read more

I thought with the renovation service would improve. Went twice each time had to pull over and wait for meal. 3 cheeseburgers 3 fries and waited 10 minutes and no ketchup in bag.
