If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. I mean it's pretty straight forward. It's a fast food place that's open 24 hours. First off they are never open 24 hours. I got off a work at 1am and when I drove up there were 5-6 cars waiting. Not getting serviced. No sign to say they were closed. Nothing. Mind you they have a drive through that's 2 lanes but only one is always open. It's just a fast food restaurant. I'm not expecting much but at least keep your hours and none the less what you have open. Mind you this McDonald's was just REDONE. Should that mean that it's service is either the same or better? This is my go-to for lunch. I could literally eat here everyday. When they closed this mcdonalds location down for renovation it was the saddest 6 months of my life. The service here is great - always super quick and the staff is very friendly and smiling all the time. Since the recent renovation, the building itself is much nicer - super modern and clean. I rarely ever see a dirty table when I sit here. The drive through area and parking lot is spacious and easy to get into. Conveniently located right off the busy San Pablo Ave it's super easy to swing by for a shake or some fries. read more

What has happened to this location? All of the experienced employees seem to have left (honestly, good for them.) It now takes at least 30 minutes to get your food, and it is terribly cooked and usually wrong. Tonight was the worst though!! My order was completely wrong when I got to the payment window. My niece likes McDonald's so I only come here for her today in the drive thru they told me to go to the second window and didn't ask for a code for the mobile order. Then they gave us a McChicken that looks like it was stomped on and it had pickles and ketchup. I think they're lazy and just give people old orders that were given back. It's such a shame that this manager has allowed this horrible service, during there PM shifts. When I come in the morning the ladies are so sweet, kind and attentive. Evening time these kids that are disrespecting hardworking people by trying to physically fight them and that he's off at 830pm. I had to downgrade to 4 stars because of this. one of my birthday gifts was a $10 Arch Card. If you don't know what an Arch card is you're probably more healthy than me. An Arch Card is what McDonalds calls their gift/purchase card. I had this thing burning a hole in my pocket since Friday so i thought I'd use it. So then i proudly whip out my new Arch Card. He then replies.. "sorry we dont take that" -WHAAAAAAATT??? YOU DONT TAKE MCDONALDS FUCKING GIFT CARDS? WTF YOU PIECE OF SHIT MCDONALDS??? "you dont?" iIsaid confused and kind of irritated because I wasn't sure if i had cash or not. he then replies "yea i donno why" ugh!!! so I luckily had cash and paid for my shit. I have experienced something that was very impressive & comforting from this place I ordered though Door Dash , once I received my order everything was sealed in a bag including my two drinks,, when the driver made the delivery he was coughing but I felt comfortable that all my items were sealed of so the drinks could not be tampered with & all my items could not be exposed to anything. The drive-thru will almost always be packed but don't worry I said it's quick. Be sure to keep your window up when you're not ordering or grabbing your food as there are plenty of panhandlers coming up to your car asking for money. On another note, there's a sign at the pick up window stating that they serve hotcakes, sticky rolls, and some other breakfast item all day... which is a terrible place to put the sign because you've already ordered and paid. read more

How is it that this Mc Donald's advertises that they're open 24 hours when they close before midnight on most days. Tonight I drove there and there we're cones blocking off the drive thru and this was at 11:30p. This has occurred a lot but I just never took the time to comment on YELP. I went on the door dash app and it allowed me to order so I thought to myself, "ok, maybe they're only open for online orders". I waited 30 min and the app said my order was being "wrapped up". I then get a message from the door dasher saying that "they're closed" and he's been to the restaurant 5 times already for other orders but no one was there. I had to cancel my order and now wait for a refund. I don't know who's the owner of this franchise but it's amazing that they allow their business to be run like this..smh. Horrible customer service! I went drive-thru today, the lady didn't repeat my order after I confirmed the display screen with a wrong order. She just kept repeating ' anything else??' While ordering a $2 medium vanilla iced coffee the cashier charged me almost $4. She insisted it had been on sale that one time instead of checking and confirming. I asked her to show me the size of the medium iced coffee cup and she showed me a medium soda cup. Ok. There was not a long line behind me, in fact no one was in line behind me. She wasn't even helping out her only job was to man the cash register and help customers with their orders but she couldn't even figure out the menu and the products they sell. Then I waited about 20 MINUTES for this one item, and they give it to me in a small cup!! While I had been waiting I saw the $2 iced coffe I had asked her about on their menu up on the board!!!! I asked her why is this a small cup, they said this is a medium. I reminded her she showed me a larger cup for the medium when I was ordering, and that she said they didn't have the two dollar iced coffee but that it was up there on the menu. All she could say was well it didn't show up on her cash register screen. Bs. She just didn't check and could care less to help. She didn't even offer to make the correct one for me! This is why I don't come to McDonald's very often. And since when did their coffee become the price of a Starbucks coffee? Their service sucks. The service was terrible here, not only was it slow the staff had personalities about as dry as a popcorn fart- the kind of place you may want to check your food for loogies and spit balls. Cheap gas, hookers and Egg MC Muffin. 7:20 in the morning, 5 days in a week, for all summer of 2007. It was a great start. It's pretty peacefull in the early morning in this MC. Pretty clean too, when you get in side. I only come here for early morning. I love the FXXXin' breakfast combos. The Scanky hashbrowms and 2 for 1 buck apple pie are always great. Steak & Egg Bagel is too funky in the 1st bite but I think I got uesed to that. Everytime I come here, I don't know why but I feel like I become "Sponge-Bob", no, I should say, " Sponge Nobu". I feel perfectly peacefull when I am in the line, so I am totally OK with a dude cut me off the line.
