To the owner of this McDonald's: Our mobile order was messed up big time: Mobile curbside delivery order wasn't delivered for more than 40 minutes after ordering. One of the employees kept coming out asking us in the car whether we've received our order. We kept saying no. Even after 40 min, we're still parked, waiting outside in our car for our order. Then we went in to find out that our mobile order, which was supposed to have been delivered to us outside in the car, has been sitting at the front desk all this time! Not only that, one of the burgers was missing from our order, so we had to report that and wait longer. Bunch of inept idiots at work?! This happened on 10/28/2022 between 3:30 and 4:10 PM. So, if you want to stay in business, whoever worked at that time, fire them and do not hire them ever again. read more

Aww cute the McDonald's location I grew up with! I still remember being a kid and playing inside the Place Place here :) Such fond memories. I haven't been to this McDonald's in year but I recently came back with my sister and bro-in-law for breakfast. I've always loved McDonald's hotcakes but I noticed it wasn't on their menu anymore, I asked the employee working there and I guess it's still available even if it's not advertised. I got the hotcakes breakfast with hashbrowns and sausage. They have a McCafe menu that's only $2 for coffee drinks like iced caramel macchiatos. It's extremely sweet but not bad for the price you pay. I like how the children's section is separate so you don't have to sit where there's kids running around and making noises while you eat. read more

This is a review of the McDonald's drive thru. I have never been to an inefficient drive thru, but it took me 15 minutes from entering the drive thru to getting my order. There were 5 cars in front of me, but I thought McDonald's prides themselves on fast food service. I thought I was at an in n out drive thru. I don't understand why it's so hard for this place to get the orders right. The people who take the orders seem fine, they put the order in correctly but for some reason the people who put the orders together just cannot get things right. I go to this location because it's close by to my sons school and so its a good location for me. The last 2 times I have come here 1 by drive-thru and 1 by mobile order they messed up my order. I asked for a big mac with no sauce and no pickles and I got it with both. I asked for extra fries for the kids happy meals and got yogurt. The 5 stars is mainly because not only is right off the freeway, but the fact that I literally got in and out of there in 2-3 minutes! How awesome is that? Yes, it's open 24-hours. Yes, it's fast-food. I don't like this particular McDonald's. Not that I eat Mickey D's much these days, but sometimes when you get that fries urge, you gotta go nuts. The last few times I went here, I received the wrong order, had to ask for something they forgot, or got the short end of the straw. When they know you're in drive-thru, you get "minimal" fries. I'm not a fatty, but I want to eat like one when I come here. All in all, you can come in and buy a meal or two, and go away having spent over $15, which is a little expensive for what you're getting (read: is that a burger, or some tiny piece of cardboard?). I say stick to In-N-Out. Who am I kidding? You know you will be among the "billions served" now, or some day again. I'll still come back for a small fries and a soft-serve cone here and there. The guy at the pickup window handed me my bag with the french fry sitting upside down spilling the fries all over the rest of the food. When I mentioned it he got defensive claiming it wasn't his fault. When I asked for a replacement he scoffed at me as if I was being unreasonable and handed me a new fry container with his bare hand. This is the dirtiest most disgusting McDonalds I have ever been in, and I'm a mom so I've been in my share of McD's. Spills all over the floors with just a Wet Floor sign out over them. The playplace had dirty tables everywhere. There were flies all over. And the employees acted like they all just figured out how to interact with people five minutes ago. I have enjoyed my experience at this location best over all the nearby McDonald's. The customer service is extremely better. I went through the drive thru and my newborn was wailing like crazy. I felt so bad for the workers hearing him and for my little guy, but I felt they cared and asked the car in front of my if they could park and they will bring their food out to them so they could get me going faster. I really appreciated that. It was really kind. I have had good customer service before and after that as well. Nice team. Plus they know the promotions they have going on like the 2 for 4s. We went to have breakfast at this McDonald's and were surprised that the cashier didn't know how to ring up a breakfast meal. He charged us the single item price on all items which exceeded the meal price posted on the menu. When I asked the manager to correct it, she not only tried to convince me that the price was correct, but when she finally realized I was correct, she muttered it's only 43 cents. Waited almost 10 mins and when they guy does come out he aggressively ask us if this is our food he is about to hand us and we said yes. But tonight I was greeted with a cashier who was making strange conversation and then telling us we needed to stop by earlier because he wants to go home to his family too. Today we purchased 2 sausage mcmuffin with egg and 2 yogurt parfaits and the total cost was $12.51. After the initial shock I did some research and found that the meal elsewhere was $4.19. You are charging $4.54 just for the sandwich. I have really never questioned your pricing or really took notice after almost 30 years of patronizing your restaurant I found the need to. This does not make me happy. I know the area is expensive but this I believe needs to be re-evaluated. Very disappointed. I feel like we have price gouged. The person who handed it to me was rude and made ignorant, crude sounds in reply to anything said/asked of her but no actual words. She didn't put the lid on correctly and when I bumped it with my hand by mistake, the lid popped off. I held it out the window to avoid the spills. I reached into the bag for my sandwich and it wasn't even barely wrapped in paper! The hashbrown's paper was only barely on it. The place wasn't very busy while I was there. They can't even take the time to properly wrap the food? I don't understand that. The cashier at the drive-thru is always pleasant, helpful and courteous.
