Normally very happyy with this place but they got my order wrong. I ordered with app double quarter deluxe and didn't get 2nd Patty. Last time same thing I order double quarter deluxe and they brought out an order for a family. I knew it wasn't my order. Returned. This time they messed up. I also went a second time and again they messed up again Finally talked to the server and he said same thing was happening to him. Sure enough they made it wrong but he reminded the cook. Went again today and ordered some thing. Went through mobile app and pick up inside. Angel, the server behind counter, saw the order and then double checked the order. Again they did not have the double patty but at least he caught it. Great service by angel. I think McDonald's needs better training on their menu and on their mobile app a way to review the order. I works give Angel 5 stars but because I went hungry twice, I'm only testing this place 2 starts for now read more

It is a McDonald's what more do you need or want to know. Ok, so there is more, but here it goes. I am only giving this three stars because you can not break down everything and make an average, well you can but I do not want to do the math right now. 1. The people are friendly and helpful and they do make sure you have everything within reason that you would need to enjoy your food. 2. The restaurant is very clean and the bathrooms are kept up throughout the day. 3. The parking lot if huge and has plenty of spaces for everybody, and there is plenty of room inside and outside to enjoy your meal. 4. Here is the main reason, it how hard it can be to get in and out of the parking lot here, the designers did not think of how much business the Costco will bring in to the area, so there are only two different ways in and out, which at time makes it hard to get your meal home hot. They do need to make something different happen, but since this is the way it was built before the McDonald's opened I do not see it changing anytime soon. Everyone craves Micky D's every now and then! This is the closest location to my apartment. Too bad for me. Because I really dislike this location. The food is what it is. That's the same at all locations for me. It's got a drive through - with two windows but they only use one. They are THE SLOWEST drive through EVER! I ate in TWICE. this location is my new go to if i'm hungry or craving for mcdonalds. NEVER EVER GO TO THE MCDONALDS ON EL CAMINO BECAUSE THEY ABSOLUTELY SUCK!!!! even though this location is further, i'd rather drive those extra miles because their food is always piping hot. they are actually very fast with taking orders, and preparing the food, which truly means they are a fast food place. i love that!! the best part of it is that their food is always piping hot. seriously HOT! who doesn't like hot food? McDonalds employees and food are always a hit or miss depending on where you go. This location doesn't have the fastest drive through but they have friendly staff and decent coffee. I always come here before work when I want an iced coffee. I learned the trick to their flavored coffees not tasting like plain coffee is to ask for extra cream. I noticed at all locations they pretty much eyeball how much cream, sugar and flavoring to put in rather than using a measuring cup. When coming for lunch this parking lot can get a little crowded because of Costco and the other large shopping stores. I've never gone inside so my review is purely on the drive through. read more

This McDonalds can be many things...slow drive thru and well it's McDonalds so it's nothing special to the average person. BUT, what makes this McDonalds special is the location, location, location! It's near Costco, specifically the Costco Tire Center where a 90 minutes wait is considered short! The last time I came here a couple of years ago, I brought my laptop here to use their free wifi and plunker down during my marathon like wait. I came here today to get four new tires and the wait time today...two to two and a half hours! My friend was going to come pick me up...but not for 45 minutes. Where do I go to chill out? McDonalds of course! Does the food court inside Costco provide free wifi? That's a big fat NO and it's super loud and lots of kids and parents will up in your bizness finding a place for their group of eight to eat their hot dogs/pizza/churros. If only every Costco had a nearby place so people can wait for their new tires in relative comfort and not be stuck outside of the tire center watching shopping cart after shopping cart wheeling and squeaking by. read more

Worst mcdonalds experience ever, started off with no one in the restaurant which was off. Looked out-dated and crusty, also there was no ice in the machine. Waited 15 minutes still didnt get food, so I asked for a refund. Cashier and all staff were rude and told us to never come back. I hate this place. read more

I've never had this happen to me at the McDonald's before. I went to the mobile station and ordered my meal. When it came I drove away to a spot to eat it and my french fries were overcooked I mean they were dry just a notch before being burnt. I never had that happen to me before. I think the management there is being greedy. They know those fries were overcooked and they should not have serve them to anyone. Today 12/13/22 , we went to this site at Coleman, the lady cashier overcharged us with 10 pcs of chicken nugget for 9.99, along with other orders since I have 2 kids and usually order 20 pcs, we have to go back to the queue and ask about another 10, and mentioned about the price she charged us, team leader was called, and she said , we will give you then another 10 pcs. for free and pointing to other window to pick up. My husband said, it's not free since we paid for it, and the price was even more, oh because she charged you with a meal, then decided to fix it by refunding and recharging, I was asked if I was given a french fries and a drink, I responded not given a meal, only the chicken nuggets, I ordered large fries and coffee, ice cream and that 20 pcs., when we reached the 2nd window, she asked to return the french fries because it was not included in the bill that she fixed , I said it's a part of my order and I am paying for it, she returned the same french fries, I paid for it, my 10 year old witnessed what happened and did not eat anymore. Very poor customer service, that team lead is so rude, she can drive away customers. read more

This review is not about the food - like others, it's a love/hate with McDonald's. I was in the women's restroom washing my hands and an employee was in the stall. When she came out, she stood in front of the mirror for quite a while fixing her hair. SHE DID NOT WASH HER HANDS after using the bathroom or messing with her hair. There's a sign on the mirror "Employees must wash their hands before returning to work." I guess she felt that didn't apply to her - also it's a violation of the food safety laws. read more

I've done i don't know how many surveys. Between the wrong price and the rude man I said I wouldn't come back. But now I really won't. The food is always stale even when you ask for fresh. I mean it's fast food. But my fries literally have no taste they are so dry. Doesn't matter who you talk to, they don't care. I got the fries over drive thru and it was horrible.i feel the taste of oil and it was refried. I wasnt happy and had to turn around and in few minutes they closed it. I wasnt sure if the drive thru is available and what I should look for. I drove directly to the drive thru window and no one was there and all lights were shut. I ordered a number 2 breakfast with a coffee 6 creams and 2 splenda.  As I was well into the freeway I went to take a sip of the coffee and it was black black no creamer no splenda.  I also went to take a bite of my hash brown it was as cold as if it was just out of the fridge and the egg was also cold and runny.  I called the restaurant and told them I was not given a receipt and complained about my entire meal and their response was "IF YOU DON'T LIKE OUR SERVICE DON'T COME TO THIS RESTAURANT ANYMORE" and they hung up.  This is ridiculous how hard it is to serve warm food and make the coffee as ordered I shouldn't be on the road disappointed in what I paid for.  If this team does not want to work in the food industry they can go elsewhere to work maybe the goodwill donation center where they don't have to deal with people or maybe cleaning up dead people that way they wont get spoken to. read more

Service is usually good but the other night they messed up on our order and didn't tell us that it was gonna take half an hour!

The cashier was very friendly and patient when my husband was trying to decide what to order, even during lunch hours. Love the McRib and strawberry lemonade freeze. I have been to many other McDonald's and they have already stopped serving lemonade. My husband dropped his cell phone in the restaurant and noticed he lost it 30 minutes later. We called the store and the guy confirmed he found the phone and wait for us to return for pickup. Good customer service. read more

Very frustrating that they cannot accommodate a vegetarian request. I asked for egg substitute in the egg mc muffin (in lieu Canadian bacon) an the lady looked at me like I was crazy. I even offered to pay difference if it cost more (even though eggs are cheaper than meat) but she still could not do it. I've been to other mc Donald's and they have done the substitution no problem and no additional cost. I will not be coming back. read more

Why would anyone bother to review a McDonald's? I'm only here dealing with a three-hour wait on Sunday for getting tires at Costco across the parking lot. I figured I could get some lunch, kill some time, maybe watch some baseball on my iPad and catch up on email for a while. No Wi-Fi. I repeat no Wi-Fi. When was the last time you saw a McDonald's with no Wi-Fi? That makes two stars generous. My experience dining in this establishment is unfortunately a negative one. I brought my kids to this place to have lunch about a year ago. Although the initial service was prompt and pleasant, the subsequent service was full of bad attitude and negative comments. I simply asked the employee behind the counter if I could exchange the toy that came with the happy meal because my daughter already had the same one. For some reason the employee gave me a bad look, threw the toy across the counter and commented to her co-worker (in another language that she thought I didn't understand) about how much I spoil my kids. Today was the first time I took advantage of the all day breakfast. However, when I ordered the Big Breakfast the employee informed they didn't have any scrambled eggs and was limited to only "round egg". My breakfast would consist of egg mcmuffin type egg. Poor customer service, drive thru employee Troy said I was wasting his time when I had only been there for a minute simply asking to change my drink. They gave me the wrong drink. Manager said he knew the drink was wrong because the dispenser was broken but he could've have just told me since the start. read more

I normally wouldn't consider the idea of leaving a review for a fast food joint, but I felt the need to after my positive experience with the staff at the drive thru window. I also read the other positive reviews regarding the staff at this location and they are spot on. As soon as I pulled up to the window, the lady greeted me with a smile and even asked how my day was, which was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. She even apologized for the wait, which wasn't long at all (such a sweet lady). I'm sure the rest of the staff are just as impressive when it comes to customer satisfaction. I'll definitely be returning to this location simply because of the quality staff that work here. 5 stars! read more

The food was fine, but COUNT YOUR CHANGE!! And I don't mean the coins. Count the folding money. One of my $5's was actually a $1. Fortunately I noticed the shortage before I left the parking lot, so I drove bank thru and finally got the proper change--tho it did take them two tries!!!!!!! read more
