This location is right around the corner from me. It's newer in the 99/249 area, so I'd imagine, they'd be on point while everything around them is opening up. I came here for a late lunch around 130/2 during the week. Ordered a kids meal, bc I don't eat a lot, calm down! But 2 piece chicken with a side of fries. Now let me be clear! I ordered the same thing in Dallas and this was not a busy time of day. The tenders were super tiny, and came with mac instead of the fries I ordered and repeated twice! I was already back home, so no going back. But in the order that was repeated to me, she said fries. Anywho, the chicken was so small, and not what I recall from the other location. Yes kids meal, but also, consistency across stores should be the same. The order was wrong, didn't care for the mac, and the gravy I asked for was not in my order either. Will attempt to try again, but if they're competing with what's around them, they should make some quick changes to accuracy and quality of meals/service.

When I asked why the wait was so long, she gave me major attitude, snapping, "Ummm, we're understaffed," as if I was just supposed to know. It would have benefited everyone if someone had actually come outside to inform the trapped customers. Who thinks that is an acceptable way to speak to a customer? There was no one in front of me in line so I thought I would get quick service. No one said hello or acknowledged me or said they would be right with me. After about 4-5 minutes a young lady named Pia finally walked up to a register. I smiled and said hello and she did not. Just stared at me. I then said I am happy to be back and look forward to trying the improved Whopper and she just stared at me again. It felt cold and I clearly can see she did not value my business nor did she care about what I was saying nor the quality of my experience. I don't expect Michelin star service at a Burger King, but c'mon, show a little respect and courtesy or find a different job to work at. I told her the meal was for dine-in and when my number was called, they put it in a to-go bag. I asked for a tray so I could enjoy my meal on clean surface but Pia and a young man said they did not have any trays. Well, it is what it is and the lemonade was out as well, so fingers crossed the Whopper would be good. The Whopper was pretty good but not like it used to be but it definitely was better. The fries were mediocre and that's all I have to say about the food - but it was the indifference and lack of effort from the staff that left me feeling insulted and disappointed with my return to Burger King.
