I've bought 20 BMW's over the last 40 years and I can honestly say this was one of the best dealer experiences. It's so nice to deal with a locally owned dealer rather than the Penske's and Autonation's high pressure "factories". There were no ridiculous dealer add-ons nor any high pressure from Finance to buy outrageously expense extended warranties, etc.They didn't attempt to low ball us on our trade as so often happens. Their asking price was at the lower end of market for a 3 year old CPO. we had been looking for some time so I had a good feel for pricing. We drove 80 miles from San Diego. Towed my 14 428i for crank no start to them I guess a loose ground cable fried some components according to them , all the parts that were damaged were covered under the sulev warranty but they did not want to Honor it their excuse was that my car was in a previous accident before , not every car is perfect I got stuck with a 800$ diagnostic bill and they wanted over 7000 to repair the car I had to tow my car out of there immediately now I am car less , I wouldn't recommend bringing ur car here they will find a excuse not to cover warranty work read more

I had the most unique experience at McKenna! I wasn't planning on buying a car last Saturday. I had gone to the dealership for their cars and coffee in conjunction with the Porsche showroom next door. There were classics and newer Porsches that were beautiful, but a grey 2022 BMW 530i was distracting me! I asked a salesman named Lucas Rodrigues if he had any information on the car, because it was priced very low in my opinion. Within minutes we were driving this car with 6000 miles on it and it was awesome. Edwin the manager took my 2020 Avalon TRD in trade and the finance manager Marco put together an offer I couldn't refuse ; ) I couldn't be happier in my new BMW and wanted to share this great story. Come here if you want to get screwed! Bunch of crooks... I came in for an oil change, but ended up spending over $1000 after their "assessment". Part of that included a new front passenger tire, although I had not experienced any challenges with my tires. After leaving, I drove approximately 3 miles and my brand new overpriced tire blew out. Please see the attached photos for reference. I was on the 605 when it blew. Talk about the scariest thing ever. I could have died after trusting my car to Team McKenna. While waiting for the tow truck to come and help me, I was harassed in a parking lot by a man who would not leave me alone. I could not even move my car to get away. He was literally driving in circles around my car, threatening to do things to me physically. I returned my car to McKenna, which was a HUGE MISTAKE. When I arrived to pick it up again, I was handed an INVOICE!!!! An INVOICE TO PAY FOR "LABOR." I'm assuming they had to bring someone qualified in to do the job, which is why they had the invoice ready for me... Because there is NO LOGICAL way that I should be paying for labor when they botched the job in the first place. Daniel, one of the managers was incredibly unhelpful and his facial expressions, tone and voice were so obnoxious that I just wanted to leave, so good job Daniel!  He offered no useful information or any logical justification for this robbery. However, there is a wonderful service person named Leilani who is super sweet and kind. She was the only good thing about the dealership that I will never be going back to. Update:   Hello Hudson, I'm also very disappointed with my experience at McKenna BMW!  We have a lot in common already! A budding friendship? First, thanks for the comment. But here's the deal, I've been through a lot emotionally because of my experience and I'm not really into quietly filling out a form or being quiet. I came here to renew my lease. Initially I had an appointment with someone else, but she could not make it so I got paired with James. I am so glad that happen, because James is extremely well versed, and is a very chill person to talk to. I told him what I wanted. Unfortunately they didn't have it in their inventory so he took time out to even order the car for me. He also helped extend my lease and get me the price I wanted for the new car. On the day I came to pick up the car I brought some of my immediate family with me. They had a bunch of questions, and wanted to test drive the car. James handled it all really nice.
