Last time with the Service Dept was not unprofessional. I decided to give them a second chance with my new car inquiry. I am currently in the market for new car. I submitted the inquiry 3 weeks ago. The day after, one of the Sales contacted me. And He said he will check with his Manager. 1 week after, One Lady called me to check if anyone contacted me. I said Yes and he was going to check with his manager and that was a week ago. She said she will check and ask that person to contact me back. Now 3 weeks later. No one contact me back about the car. Came for a an oil change today. Daniel was my advisor. Really nice guy. I notified that it was being washed. So I headed out to pick up my car via Uber. Waited a bit, no issues. Once I saw my car I was shocked how dirty the interior was. Dirt/oil on the seat, driver door, center console/arm rest. I reached out to Daniel who took the car back to remedy the issue which I appreciate. I wanted to give this place a 1 star but because Daniel was nice I gave it an extra star. If you guys have black interiors you should check if there's any residual dirt/oil after you get your service with them. read more

Sales / Overall Purchase Experience: Customer service on the sales side needs improvement. Just because you're under construction is not an excuse. This is when you should assure your prospect and new client that you stand behind your product 110%. Funny folks who knew I was buying here told me to be careful. However, you did have the car I needed. Unless you really need that car. I did, pass on this place. I see the service department has great ratings. I'll let you know my car has a few issues. It's so frustrating to deal with this dealer. I take my car in for standard oil change on a Monday and they suggest three other services due to the high mileage on my car, so I agree to get them done. They say it will take a full day to complete all services and I'm okay with that. On Tuesday I received a diagnosis result and other services are recommended so I agree to have my spark plugs and coils. Replaced. This was on Tuesday around 10:30 am. So I'm assuming it will take them the rest of the day to complete the work. WRONG. On Tuesday afternoon I called to get status on repairs and they say it will be till Wednesday morning. But on Tuesday afternoon the service rep calls me to notify me they don't have the parts in stock and my car might be ready by Thursday. So it took them over five hours to realize the parts are not in stock and I can't believe it will take them over one entire day to drive somewhere to get them. So after spending $2800 dollars and $180 in car rental I'm supposed to have confidence on this service dealer. HELL NO. This is what I call poor customer service and for most poor internal procedures with no consideration to the clients time. Bought a spare key fob from them for $500 bucks last month and both service advisors couldn't not figure out how to program it and told me they need to charge another $199, kidding me??? I was furious and pulled up a YouTube video and got that figured out in 2 mins by myself. I was very disappointed in how they handled this situation, the lack of empathy they had shown and instead of admitting they were not familiar with the process they simply said "well I got lucky and sometimes that's just the way it is". After researching this online it is a very very common issue that when you disconnect the battery it shorts the break pad sensor and all you need to do is reset it, there are tons of articles about it, people on forums talking about it, and YouTube videos, for the BMW technicians to act like they don't know about it is absolutely crazy with how much of a regular occurrence it is. This bmw dealership is using this as a way of getting you to replace your break pads when your battery dies, it's a disgusting thing they are doing, in the photos there are a few screenshots of the forums people talking about it, AND they sent me pictures of my wheels off so they did have a key they just didn't want to give it to me because they didn't want me doing the work myself!!! I'm in the process of talking with local news agency's about this because it's probably bigger than just this dealership read more

Can it get any worse? I brought my X3 in to McKenna BMW at 10:55 for a scheduled 11:00 appt. No particular service advisor was assigned to me, it was to be the first available. Huh. It was thirty minutes before a service advisor met me, and when I pulled into the service drive there had been no customers before me. The person that arrived AFTER me was greeted and helped after about a five minute wait. I was then told the mechanics had just left for lunch and the wait would be four hours. Four hours wait for an oil change. And the advertised price of the service offered by text mysteriously jumped by $50.00. Really. No wonder it wasn't busy. I left without getting the work done and without speaking to the manager, as I am sure he is part of the problem. Never going back, obviously. read more

I had been looking for a car for 10 months and had struggled finding what I wanted with the options I needed.
