The food here is so delicious! & there are many choices in their deli menu, both veg & not. Great for take out or they have some tables for eating there & then you can order a super strong dark coffee & maybe even a baklava for dessert. Plus there is a wondrous grocery. I purchased the most high quality olive oil from there. I got a huge container & then divided it up into smaller glass bottles & stashed in a dark cupboard. Seems expensive but really, if you do the math, it is price competitive per ounce & best quality I have found. Fascinating just to walk the aisles of their grocery full of olives, cans of stuffed grape leaves in various sizes, & on & on glorious mysterious to non-Middle-Eastern-persons offerings As I am emerging from my Covid Cave, I am so happy to see they are still there. This is my first time visiting this place. I did not have any expectations before visiting. I usually don't go to gyro places so I didn't know what I was ordering. I got the lamb pita sandwich and a cup of coffee. When I took the first bite of the sandwich I was absolutely blown away. The pita was sweet and chewy. The lamb was cut into long strips instead of mince meat like other places usually are and also well seasoned. The sauce had a like kick to it, like a black pepper spice, and extremely delicious. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. I cannot wait to go back and try different types of food. It is one of those hole-in-the-wall places but I would rather go here than any sort of chain restaurant. read more

Small Mediterranean grocery store + restaurant. The food is amazing. My favorite gyro place in Seattle. My go-to is the gyro salad, which has a rediculous pile of delicious gyro meat stacked atop. The veggies in the salad vary. I've had it below with a plethora of delicious veggies :) (pepperchini, beets, other pickled veggies and tasty things I don't even recognize) in addition to the basic (salad, onion, cucumber and tomato). This is technically a grocery store, but they have a large dine-in section and the shawarmas and gyros are good. I like this place because the food is good quality, it's fast, there is plenty of parking, and there are about 30 seats available. Definitely a hidden gem. We left our home on Queen Anne headed to the Lowes in south Seattle. We were starving and wanted medeterranian food but weren't close to anything so we just kept looking along the way. We passed Mexican, Vietnamese, Italian but kept driving. We passed Lowes still looking for a restaurant. At some point I said let's turn around a go back, my wife pulled into a parking lot to turn around and right in front of us was Medeterranian Oasis! Very tasty food. We had the lamb & beef gyros, chicken gyros, gyros platter, and falafel balls and fries. The lamb& beef gyros was really good. Good balance of meat, sauce, and veggies, and the pocket pita made it less messy to eat than a standard pita. The fries were nice and crisp, very good. The falafel balls were pretty good, and with the dipping sauce were great. I didn't try the chicken gyros, but it looked good too. read more

nice new mediterranean spot in shoreline, which acts as a grocery store too. The flavors are unique, and like the pickled veggies that come with the dishes. The hummus is not as thick as im use to, but still pretty good. The pitas are made in house, which is always cool. The gyro meat is good, i just like mine crispier. Ive also had the shawarma combo which consists of chicken and lamb, it was a little on the dry side, i think if i had a little more sauce it would be ok. I happened upon this place while shopping in the area, and I am SO glad I took a chance to check it out. Not only is the food delicious, but the staff was so welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and had a delicious meal. Homemade pita is the first good sign, and the hummus was the best I have EVER had in my life. Everything we ordered was perfect. Im eating a piece of falafel as I type! I have had a lot of middle eastern food, and I must say Palestinians always make an impression with how much love goes into the meals they create and their nature to share food runs deep. Arwa was so sweet to me, I told her about some amazing Palestinian food I ate a lot with my old high school friends, and memories of my favourite dish, Maqlooba, which she invited me back to come eat with her as Ramadan approaches. I have fond memories of celebrating Ramadan with my friends and I felt so excited to be welcomed to come celebrate and fast again. Arwa made sure I left with some food and if theres anything I know about Palestinians (and likely most middle easterners, Im not sure if the rest of the staff are all from there or not but it still holds true) is that you will never leave without a full, happy tummy. Unlike a lot of Americans, I always find myself leaving the homes or restaurants of Palestinian and Middle eastern people with a box or plate of food to go that weighs more than a baby! Needless to say, the service was beyond 5 stars, the food was absolutely perfect, and the grocery market even had some products from my own country, Hungary! This is one of the best experiences Ive had eating out in a long time, and the love in this establishment goes a long way in my heart. I will be happily commuting from capitol hill just to eat here and show back the love I have for the Middle east/Palestinian cuisine and culture! This is a different take on Middle Eastern food than I am used to but it is delicious. I had the lamb Shawarma. It was not as hot as it could have been but was seasoned well and tasty. The lamb was of very good quality and did not taste gamy. The humus was also different but tasty. The pita was cold. My wife had a chicken shawarma sandwich. I had a bite. It was out of this world! falafel was done right. Was good but not as good as the Sultan on 175th and Hwy 99. May come back and try a different dish. read more

Great middle eastern store close to my home in my shoreline where i can get freshly baked bread at reasonable price, much much lower than the close by Central Market or Safeway. Good place to get my favorite Arabic food dishes such as falafel, shawermah and beef kofta. Prices are reasonable and staff are very friendly. Many times i was treated with extra seeds, food at no cost. Hummus and babaghanouge (roasted eggplant with garlic, lemon and sesame oil) are my favorite as side dishes. Enjoy read more
