Very typical meet fresh dessert, lots of seating space and well decorated inside with their Seattle mural

wow i'm just really disappointed in how this franchise has gone downhill. the place felt unclean, unsanitary, and honestly concerning overall. while waiting for my order, i watched a customer return his waffle because it didn't taste right. the employee, who was on her personal phone and not helping with the busy line, actually took a bite, yes, TOOK a BITE (in front of the customer) of the returned waffle and said she'd keep it and make him another. then it got worse. an employee who had been sitting at the tables on his break, on his phone and drinking boba, came behind the counter and grabbed cups from the inside with his bare hands without washing them first. only after touching the inside of the cups did he put on gloves. this was wild to witness. either the franchise owner needs to seriously rethink their staff, or this location shouldn't be operating at all, because this clearly doesn't meet basic food safety standards in washington state.

    Q Mochi Milk Shaved Ice

Got the mochi shaved ice to share between 3 people and it was a great portion size. It was flavorful on top, but the bottom got a bit bland as we kept digging in. I do wish it came with more toppings, and the ice wasn't quite as finely shaved or fluffy as Korean bingsu, but still not bad overall. I'd come back for their other items since I'm a huge fan of their taro balls and jelly.

I've been craving traditional Asian desserts. I came by on a Friday night. The place was packed with large groups but we were still able to find a table toward the back of the restaurant. I ordered the grass jelly with taro balls and the tofu pudding with taro chunks. The grass jelly was good and not overly sweet, which I like. The taro balls had a great chewy texture. The tofu pudding was a bit lacking in flavor, but the taro chunks were a great addition and helped balance the dish overall.

Food was good. My favorite would have to be the Shaved Ice. We have tried a bunch of them from hot, cold, waffle to drinks. All were equally good. But we all have our faves and that mine! Place is pretty big and they have the logo when u walk in so you can take some selfie with it. Lots of choices. Service was fast. Must try!

I absolutely love this place! They have both HOT and COLD Taiwanese desserts and treats. Their shaved ice and grass jelly desserts are a must-try with so many different options. There are plenty of seats inside with a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy the sweet treats. Service is friendly and efficient and there is plenty of parking, too. Highly recommend!!

Love MeetFresh! I usually get the shaved ice to share but was feeling a bit full from a prior meal, so my parter and I opted for an icy grass jelly dessert. This was the perfect serving for two, already full people! Ordering is mostly done through self-serve kiosks which I don't mind, and our order came fairly quickly! Will absolutely be coming back for shaved ice once it warms up!

Ripped silica gel packet in my dessert

Be careful when you eat here. Found a ripped silica gel packet in my dessert, with the beads spilled into the food. Unsanitary and disorganized.

I came in to grab some dessert. You can order at the kiosk, online or in person. The employees there were really friendly and helpful. The interior is very clean, modern, and has cute decor. Check out their monthly specials for great deals. I got two desserts for $16.99. I packed one to go for later. The desserts taste light on sugar, which is common in Asian desserts. I felt like it tasted okay for my red bean dessert. It felt like it tasted a little watered down. Overall, it wasn't bad for the special. I would not want to pay full price of the individual desserts.

In the mood for shaved ice but didn't feel like driving to Snow Village or Sulbim. First of all the shaved ice was coarse and didn't have a good texture. Furthermore it lacked the flavor. Also there were a few hand written notes asking people to bus their own table. That is fine but the way it was written and posted on the wall just gave me a bad vibe. This place has a good potential but would require some serious makeover.

What a great place to get Taiwanese desserts! Clean open space with friendly service! Lots of options to pick from too. My favorite was their bubble waffle but their taro pasta and balls are so unique and refreshing. I highly recommend sharing! I'd come back!

    Strawberry shaved ice

So disappointed. The shaved ices were bad, plain taste The milk tea was plain as well. The waffle was not as crispy as Happy Lemon. It's not worth $56

Pretty big dessert place, there were only a few other parties when I went. My sisters and I ended up sharing a tofu pudding and a side of grass jelly. We opted for dining in but ended up getting a takeout container.. ofc it was not too sweet so it was good

Got the double taro signature with peanuts and it took some time but wasn't overly sweet. Order online before you head there.

The mango version was refreshing with chunky mango pieces, though I personally wished it had a little more topping. The black sesame had a rich, nutty flavor that would be perfect if you're a fan of black sesame. My favorite was the tiramisu, it had a generous, flavorful tiramisu layer on top that paired really well with the coconut. I also liked that the desserts weren't overly sweet or heavy, making them a nice option when you're craving something light and refreshing. The staff was friendly, helped us choose flavors even though we arrived close to closing time, and the service was quick. I'll definitely be back to try more flavors. Parking is free, though, and I didn't have too much trouble finding a spot nearby. This location is definitely one of my favorites compared to the Bellevue Square location. It's much more spacious inside and has plenty of tables available if you'd like to sit down and enjoy your dessert. The staff were also super friendly when my mom and I visited, which made the experience even better. I've seen this place all over social media, and as a big coconut fan, I knew I had to give it a try. We ended up ordering the Red Bean Coconut Dessert and the Plain Coconut Dessert. Our total came out to around $20. The plain coconut dessert was about $8, while the desserts with additional toppings were around $12. They even added fresh mango on top, which was a delicious touch. The coconut pudding texture is incredibly smooth and creamy, making it a really refreshing dessert. Another nice bonus is that you get to keep the glass jars they serve the desserts in. I also noticed they have a selection of bottled drinks available to take home as well. Overall, I had a great experience at this location and would highly recommend stopping by. If you're a coconut lover, this is definitely a spot worth trying.

YEZI COCONUT DESSERT @ BELLEVUE SQUARE…read more Good catch! Here's the corrected version with it described as a dessert: This location is inside Bellevue Square, which makes it a super convenient option if you're already shopping at the mall. If you don't want to go into Bellevue Square, they also have another location just a couple of streets away in downtown Bellevue that's a standalone shop. Honestly, I'd recommend either location depending on where you are. I've been to the downtown Bellevue location before, and while I liked it, parking can be a little difficult since it's mostly street parking and the area is pretty hilly. At the Bellevue Square location, parking is much easier. You can park in any of the mall garages or outdoor lots for free. It's first come, first serve, but weekdays are usually not too busy. Weekends tend to be much busier, though you'll probably still be able to find a spot. The shop itself is very small and can feel pretty cramped. It's difficult to move around when there are a lot of people inside, and the lines can get a bit long. There are only a few tables available for seating. I stopped by with my mom to try the Mango Mochi Coconut dessert that I'd been wanting to try for a while. It came out to around $12. The dessert itself was really good, I loved the coconut flavor. It had a smooth, pudding-like texture with soft mochi pieces that made it unique and super enjoyable. One downside was the customer service. The staff didn't seem very friendly, and everything felt a little rushed. I also thought they had a rewards program here, but apparently it's only available at some of their other locations, which was disappointing. Overall, the dessert was delicious, and this location is incredibly convenient if you're already at Bellevue Square. That said, I personally prefer their downtown Bellevue location because there's more seating and the staff there have always been much friendlier.
