maybe personal preference but I find the coffee beans too roasted, resulting in a pretty bitter latte (no sweetener). love the vibe here and the variety of food and drink options though! it's also cool to watch bakers bake the pastries.

Mercurys Coffee provided exceptional coffee and drinks at the event hosted by Fields Dealership -- home of McLaren, Lamborghini, Rolls‑Royce, and Bentley. Great coffee and great people.

    So many yummy pastries!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Wow! After years and years Mercurys is still one of my favorite coffee shops! Their Bellevue location is honestly just the best![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We had the lovely opportunity to do a field trip here with our homeschool group and the experience couldn't have been better![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Daphne from HR was the sweetest and wonderful to set everything up with! Bakery manager Erika who gave our tour was also super kind and was so wonderful with all the kids questions! Saul, kitchen manager, Abel, assistant roaster, and Philip, director of coffee were all so incredibly kind and passionate about their jobs! Honestly just the coolest to see and have explained the behind operations of the business! Thank you so so much to everyone who made the experience so wonderful! Moving on to food and drinks.... Have you ever have a sandwich so good that it's literally engrained in your brain? Well their chipotle chicken panini is literally that. Perfect spicy, creamy, bready combination. Paired with the option of chips or salad the meal was absolutely perfect. The carrot ginger juice and coffee were both scrumptious! I also definitely reccomend any of their cheesy bacon, ham, or turkey croissants! Honestly any of their baked goods are so fantastic lol, definitely try out the cinnamon rolls! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Such a fantastic experience! Mercurys is such a fun place with so many yummy options and the best employees! A great spot for everyone![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Our favorite items from Mercurys! Sausage, Egg & Beecher's Flagship, overnight oats, and the Afterglow!
    Anna S.

Still obsessed with this place, it seriously never misses. The Afterglow (no cream, no whip) has been our go-to since day one, and we can't come without getting the overnight oats and everything croissant too. Always fresh, always so good. Service is consistently quick and super friendly, and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the vibe is just easy and welcoming.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] One of those spots you can count on every time!

Busy but line goes fast. Free parking helps. Has distinctive pastries like Maple Cruffin and Ube cruffin. Picked up the Hawaiian Blonde as a treat for a hardworking friend who loves this place. Organic coffee with tastings every Thursday. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Place had lots of tables and sitting areas and was PACKED with happily caffeinating clients.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Love coming to this flagship store. Always bustling with a line that moves quickly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Freshly made items being prepared in the open kitchen that is fun to watch.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had the quad Mexican Mocha with a cup of Ellenos yogurt with granola and blackberries and raspberries today. All were good and filling. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They do a great job with keeping the large dining area tables clean and wiped down.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Definitely will return

Honestly one of my favorite local coffee chains, it took me a few tries but did end up finding my favorite drink - salted caramel cold brew. Staffs are super efficient and always nice, [[HIGHLIGHT]]music is loud and super crowded most of the time so at least for me this is not a place for you to work or read a book.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

The probiotic overnight oats here are my favorite, it's sooo good! The honey cardamom and Carmel silk lattes are the best too. Wait times can be long here, but they have an order online option. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's plenty of inside and outside seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Update; After leaving my only 4-star review for Mercury's Coffee I was quickly contacted by the manager to address the concerns I had in the review. I did not expect that at all since it was a 4-star review. I have to update that review to a 5-star. This is a stellar establishment that actually cares about their customers and customer service. I was already a loyal customer since all my previous visits were great, and I'm an even bigger fan after experiencing the upstanding business culture of this company. Thanks again for hearing me and making my day! I'll be back next time I visit my family!

My friend I didn't realize this place was such a craze, so when we saw the long line we were kind of taken aback, and then wondered if it would be worth it at all. IT WAS SO WORTH IT!!!!!! First of all, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. And don't let the line deceive you, the service is quick. My friend got a blonde Hawaiian and she loved the balance of sweet and macadamia nut. I got an iced chai with oat milk, and it definitely tasted like Oregon trail, but honestly, it was still good. We had a couple of croissants and some lemon raspberry madeleines, those were also good. But the true star of their menu was the turkey havarti!!! The bread is baked fresh in house and is so perfectly salted and bouncy. The garlic aioli they use on the sandwich is also drool worthy, and they give a good amount of meat! The sandwich looks small, but she is MIGHTY! I can wait to have that sandwich again!

    Chocolate Almond Croissant

This is the only Mercury Coffee that has an in-house bakery. I enjoy coming here for coffee and something sweet post dinner when I'm on the Eastside. I remind myself that while they make their own croissants in-house, they are not a patisserie. Once, I reset my expectations, then I can enjoy the baked goods on their own merit. So far, I've enjoyed the raspberry lemon scone, cinnamon roll and the twice baked chocolate almond croissant. The ham and cheese was okay and was sampled prior to my resetting my expectations. Portions are huge and definitely shareable. The friendly customer service has been hit or miss. Sometimes it's friendly and helpful and sometimes not so much. There's plenty of seating inside and outdoors. If you sign up for their rewards program, you get $10 to spend on a future visit.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I'm a huge fan of the aesthetic, the drinks and the food, both in quality and flavors.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The closest location to me is an hour away so when I go, I buy everything and try to enjoy my visit as best as I can. Service quality is honestly spotty - for example, the last time I went, the cashiers were all chatting and seemed to be very relaxed, despite it being busy, and they made me feel like I was inconvenient to them. Not overtly rude but definitely giving those vibes. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Another issue is seating availability, but usually you can find a tiny spot to settle on.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    Delicious baked goods
    Treena C.

This was a nice surprise. Nothing too flashy from the outside but open the door and among other items, the biggest fluffiest croissants are just sitting there waiting for someone to eat them. I loved their croissant combos- -croissants with peppery bacon and beechers cheese, -turkey, provolone and Beecher's cheese croissants as well as creative quiches and sweet treats. Have you seen their cinnamon buns? I chose a croissant with bacon, egg, tomato and cheese. They warmed it up and it was above and beyond! Lots of fun treats here. They have their own coffee beans and they are delicious. So much flavor! They make their lattes with the Rising beans and they are worth purchasing. Service was extremely friendly. We will be back many times over.

Does this place sell Lotus Energy?

Hi Bunny! Yes, we offer Lotus Energy at all of our locations.

Has the company taken measures to protect the baked goods inside within the service island? Are the goods still right up against the glass/plastic barrier without any covering?

😷😐 haha I've been here many times. They do there best to protect the food with plastic wrap and if it's not wrapped it's behind the case. Perhaps you'd prefer a place that just uses photos to display the food. 🤣 I feel like they do. So...

I haven't tried them yet, but I think it's fun that they get creative, especially around the holidays or different seasons. I also really recommend their breakfast burritos. The vegetarian burrito and the sausage burrito are both so good, definitely ask for hot sauce because it makes them even better. The only downside is that the line can get pretty long sometimes. I've definitely waited around 15 minutes before, so it's best if you have a little extra time. That said, once you place your order they make the drinks and heat up the food pretty quickly, which helps move things along. We walked in and the lady behind the counter asked if we were dining in or ordering to go and told us we could sit wherever we liked. She quickly brought us menus. Nothing fancy. Simple menus on a clipboard. We ended up ordering two banh mis, a side of pho beef broth, chicken skewers and egg rolls. I forgot to mention when we first walked in, you could smell the fragrance of the pho broth. It was very satisfying in a foodie way. The skewers came out first. Nothing special. Some pieces were actually a little overcooked or dry. It was like they were reheated too long. They were lightly seasoned and good with the dipping sauce. Next came the banh mi and the broth. The bread on our banh mis was amazing. Seriously some of the best bread I've had in a long time. It was crunchy and light and had a very nice chew to it. I would inhale that bread every day if I could. It's insanely good. The fillings on the inside of the banh mi were fresh. I went with the standard cold cut banh mi and my husband ordered a fried egg. His egg was cooked perfectly, just slightly runny. My only complaint on the banh mi was I wish it had more filling. It was enough. And for $9 I'm not upset but it would have been a 5/5 if it just had more filling. Now that beef broth. Wow! It was so good. The aroma was amazing. The broth delivered on flavor without being greasy or feeling too heavy for a broth. It was light and super satisfying. The egg roll was alright. It was decent. Nothing to write home about but satisfying enough. I just wish they served it with the fish sauce instead of sweet chili sauce. I'll be back. Especially for their banh mi. Bc that bread man. And I did ask if they make it themselves. She said yes.

Perfect place for casual meetups or solo lunch. Get pho if you're hungry, or pair the banh mi with a drink.

85 DEGREE BAKERY @ BELLEVUE…read more Parking at this location can be a bit tricky. This 85°C Bakery is located in a large plaza that's always busy, especially since it's surrounded by popular food spots and restaurants. Because of that, the area can get pretty packed, but I was still really excited to stop by this location. As soon as you walk in, the space feels very open and spacious. I loved how big it was and how many tables they had available. Most 85°C Bakery locations feel more like a grab-and-go spot, so I appreciated that this one had plenty of seating and room to hang out. They also have touchscreen kiosks where you can order drinks and other items without needing help from a staff member. We walked around and looked at all the bakery items, and I'm always a fan of their almond croissants and protein breads. The chicken Hawaiian bun is one of my favorites, and their sausage bun is also delicious it's clearly a popular item. I also ordered their sea salt coffee. If you download the 85°C Bakery app and it's your first time using it, you get a free sea salt coffee, which was a nice bonus. While the food and drinks were great, the service was unfortunately lacking. One customer was confused about her order, and a staff member rolled her eyes at her. The same staff member also rolled her eyes at me and my family while we were in line. Overall, the staff didn't seem very friendly or welcoming. There wasn't much smiling or engagement, and it felt like everyone was annoyed rather than excited to help. We also noticed staff packaging food with boxes out in the open during our visit. I personally think this is something that should be done in the back or at least behind the register, rather than directly in front of customers. Overall, the experience was decent mainly because the bakery items and drinks were fresh and delicious. However, the staff could definitely be friendlier, as customer service plays a big role in the overall experience.
