We randomly stopped in here on Tuesday night for a drink and it was a great experience. Booths are tight if you are plus size... FYI. But the guy seating us was accommodating and pushed one side of the booth back so I could be comfy. I got the Spicy Mango Mojito which was quite tasty. Drinks are not only delicious but beautiful, here are pictures from a dinner trip, along with me lunch trip today of the skinny margaritas! Service has been great, the waiters/bartenders have been extremely attentive and quick. Atmosphere- the music really makes you want to get up and dance, it's high energy.... you will never have a dull moment at your table... those long awkward silences will not happen here! Food is delicious, if you like the Mexican food that is just slopped on a plate and all looks the same don't come here! This place is special! EAT HERE!!!! As you can see from my plate... THIS WAS AMAZING!!!!!! The food, AMAZING! The atmosphere, AMAZING! The service, AMAZING! You can tell with every bite that your food is fresh! I almost inhaled my food in 10 mins, I had to stop myself from eating! I got the California Burrito with no pico de gallo with rice and beans. Been driving by Mi cancun since I moved here and decided to stop by for a quick bite on Saturday night. So glad I decided to do take out as the place was packed. I walked up to the front and was greeted with a "what do you want?" look. I explained that it was my first time there and I wanted to take a look at the menu. So, after thinking it over I went with the choose your own with a spinach quesadilla and chicken enchilada. I was feeling super fancy, so I ordered a side of guacamole as well. I waited about 10 or so minutes for my food and it was brought to be by the one person that was similing and actually wanted to help. When I asked a question about the Yelp check in offer I was snapped at a little about not being able to use the coupon because I was not eating in. Once I got home everything was good, except the quesadilla which was soaking wet...like a diaper. I was not able to eat it at all. The cheese was runny and wet and it was such a disappointment. So, I decided to email my concerns and I received no feedback, unfortunately. So, I concluded I wont be going back. We stopped by on a Friday for lunch. First time here for us. They have some great outdoor seating. Everyone inside was friendly and helpful. A lovely lady went from table to table offering fresh guacamole made at your table. I heard it was delicious but we did not partake today. We had the spicy steak tacos. Lunch portion was 2 tacos, rice and beans. I think you could also choose a side salad. The steak was indeed quite spicy !! We loved it !! The chips and salsa that every table receives also included some spicy salsa. We would come back. Would like to try the margaritas. Maybe on taco Tuesday. This is a great restaurant and should be your first pick for Mexican food. The service is awesome and fast. It has a fun atmosphere. I ordered Carne Asada plate, there have been a lot of great reviews about it. The taste was on point and the expected side items were tasty too. When I've ordered this from other restaurants I've been asked what temperature I'd like it, I never was asked and when the plate came I was almost laughing. What surprised me was the size of the steak... I didn't take a picture but it's safe to say you can imagine a double slice of deli meat. It was so thin and I was laughing at the size. It tasted good but the price for what you get should be adjusted or just give a real slice of steak instead of giving a deli-slice. I've been in this restaurant many times. Decor inside and out is interesting, neat. Those servers are fast!! And the food is always good. Live Guacamole is excellent. California Burrito is good too. The Parrillada Mix single portion is big enough for two people. All their meals have great tastes and are NOT spicy. If you have the tastebuds to handle spicy, ask for the spicy sauce. Went there for Mother's Day after making a reservation for 11 people and we were asked to reach on time. We reached 5 mins before but were asked to wait for 30 to 60 minutes. On top of that, we received attitude when we complained. Please be aware of this place if you are one of them with large party. Complaining doesn't help either. I moved here in 2020 and this was literally the first restaurant I went to. It's a really good. I love the food. They do a great job of adding flavor to their food. They're cocktails are good. Salsa is good tableside guacamole is fun and good. The biggest thing I like about this place is how quick they are. Since most Mexican restaurants marinate their meats. This restaurant was a lively experience! My friends and I went here one evening as it was close by. The inside was colorful and inviting. They had awesome music, and the staff were super attentive. I ordered the tacos al pastor which came with 3 tacos, rice and beans. I also had a reward on yelp for a free queso dip. The tacos were pretty dang good and pretty stuffed. The rice was pretty standard and the black beans were perfect. Sometimes when I order black beans it lacks flavor but these were delicious. The queso was also pretty good with the chips. 3.5/5 - I've heard good things about this place so I really wanted to like it. I got a veggie chimichanga, and the vegetables inside were unseasoned. Maybe I'm just used to seasoned fajita veggies but these did not have the Mexican flavor at all, and were quite bland. I'm also not used to broccoli in Mexican food but it seems like all the restaurants around here have it. Queso and salsa were okay. Everything was just okay, I didn't hate it but I wasn't particularly satisfied. I also don't appreciate the $2 charge for any change/substitution. They charged my husband $3 for a tiny bowl of shredded cheese to go with his fajitas...and he doesn't get the rice, beans or vegetables. You'd think they could give him some cheese for free since he just gets meat and tortillas. For 2 cheese dips, beef fajitas, a taco salad, steak quesadilla and a kids beef burrito (which they brought with chicken) and three drinks it was $73...and that was with using a coupon for a free item!
