This is always great late night quick fix , you can expect long lines at all times of the day and some items to be out but that is because this place is always busy however the food is good.

The food tasted good and it was hot. Took a while so I'm assuming because it was cooked to order.

    Disrespectful hotdog

To be honest, I try to avoid writing these but I've given this Miami Grill location MANY chances. Besides some of the staff being rude af, this location seems to not be able to get things correct too often. On multiple occasions I've dealt with missing items, long wait times in the drive thru, and just bad service overall. I tend to order the number 12 (hotdog combo) when I need a light midnight snack. I suggest that if you do order this combo, tell them to NOT dress your hotdog because it must be too difficult for whoever is handling the food. I ask for light mayo and almost every time, i get DOUBLE mayo. Who eats double mayo on a hotdog? I have no clue. Oh and if you're lucky, they'll put the hotdog boxes on their side so all the condiments can slide to the bottom like they did me! This location get a 0 stars.

I have made several visits, I wanted to be sure of myself before I reviewed…read more I loved every visit, every bite, every interaction. The cheeses is everything anyone could ask for from a traditional steak. All the to the very last bite of the amazingly fresh sandwich was delightful.. their wings were cooked expertly and were well sized. I tried a mix of medium hot and garlic Parmesan. Excellent combo, everyone should try. Last but not least, the Rueben Philly...excellent! There were no words to explain exactly how much I enjoyed it. This dish alone is work five stars! I will be back...soon... The 80's rock coming from the speakers fits the establishment. I am sure from the decor that the music is as original as the establishment.

For my main, I ordered the traditional Philly cheesesteak with tater tots. Wow. It was large, cheesy, and absolutely overflowing with veggies, everything you want in a proper cheesesteak. I'd give it an 8.9/10 easily. The tater tots were also a hit -- crispy, fresh, and the perfect side. I will definitely be back for this combo alone. My fiancé went with the 8-piece lemon garlic wings, and unfortunately, that was the one letdown of the visit. He found them to be pretty tasteless and ended up adding salt to compensate, a 2/10 for him on the wings. However, he did love the fries, which looked and tasted incredibly fresh. What really made the experience special was the atmosphere. Our server knew regulars by name, the kitchen staff were joking with each other, and the whole place had a warm, family-feel vibe that you just can't manufacture. When we mentioned our disappointment with the wings, our server was gracious about it and suggested we come back to try a different style, great customer service! Would we return? Absolutely, even if just for the cheesesteaks. Spanky's is a local treasure and we can't wait to come back!

HUGE PHILLY CHEESESTEAKS…read more.. This sandwich shop is in a busy Publix plaza surrounded by several other restaurants and today we finally tried it. The ordering was simplified by a chart on the front counter which depicted a classic Philly Cheesesteak with sizes outlined at 5" 8" 10" and the behemoth 18" which was the best size vs price at $22.49. They cut the sandwich in half, which was plenty of food for me and the wife. We chose the optional green and red wet peppers. Took a nice pic of the Philly creation on the sizzling flat grill. We took a seat and waited about five minutes for this beautiful Philly to arrive at our table, served by the chef which was a nice touch. The Philly was absolutely amazing. The meat was cut thin and retained the perfect amount of juice surrounded by the gooey cheese. The red peppers were spicy so buyer beware. This was a top 3 Philly for me. The bathroom had nice white tiled walls and cement industrial weathered flooring. The picture on the wall displayed people on the beach holding Capriotti's sandwiches and drinks. The only issue was the door to the men's bathroom would not lock and the women's bathroom did not have toilet paper, although both very clean. The strength of the sandwich and the counter girl, Jesse's personality, will push this rating to five stars.

This JB's Cheesesteak location is a pop-up food truck, and this was my second time visiting. While…read morethe food itself is good, the experience overall has been mixed but what remains consistent is long wait times for food. The wait times are extremely long, and the process feels very unorganized. Customer service could definitely improve. Often, I'll be standing in line and be told to wait when it's my turn, only for the person taking orders to go prepare several meals before coming back to take my order followed by more waiting. It comes off as a bit unorganized. Staffing seems to be part of the issue. There is usually one person taking orders and one person cooking, but the person taking orders frequently switches back and forth between cooking and order-taking, which slows everything down. Additional staff would make a big difference or better organization because there other two locations have the same number of staff and better service with faster meal prep. Another difference compared to other JB's locations is that this one does not include the free piece of Double Bubble gum in the bag, which other locations usually provide. The fries are often a bit too crispy and could use more seasoning as the other locations have on their fries. That said, the cheesesteak itself tastes amazing. I always order the steak with peppers and no mushrooms, and it never disappoints. The bread is soft and fluffy. You can choose between a half or a whole, and they also offer chicken, steak, and sausage options. Prices are reasonable and comparable to the market, and the portions are filling. With better organization, improved customer service, and more staff, this location could be much better because the food quality is definitely there.
