Cups are filled and a bug is found floating in one of the cups. Since there were a few gnats flying about in the restaurant, I just assumed the gnat landed in the cup and died. I flag an employee and hand off the cup while requesting for a new one. New one arrives and I fill it up with tea. Again, THERE IS ANOTHER BUG. AT THIS POINT I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT THE BUGS ARE COMING DIRECTLY FROM THE TEA KETTLE. Our entire fam stopped drinking the tea and I am forced to flag down yet another worker- this time someone more higher up. The gentleman immediately nods his head and grabs the tea kettle. NO APOLOGY, NO QUESTIONING MY ALLEGATION, NOTHING!!! Another staff member comes out with another tea kettle of chrysanthemum and I immediately decline. I request to have jasmine instead. Good move on our part because the jasmine loose tea was not bug infested.
