What a scam. If I could put zero stars I would I went here to get only my break pads changed to save some money. Toyota was charging me $700 for break pads change only after changing my oil. So I went to look at different options and went to Midas. I communicated with them, told them what toyota said I needed to change and got quotes before heading in. Got to Midas, they checked my breaks and told me my rear rotor and break pads needs to be completely changed, my front change pads needs to be changed as well. They also said my strut and shocks were leaking. Mind you, my car is a 2018 Toyota Highlander with only 49,000 mileage. They wanted to charge me $700+.. Toyota (a bigger company might I add) didn't mention anything about my struts and shocks, so it was so shocking to me. I trusted my gut and said no so I left. Went to Mr. Brake on W Dessert Inn and Jones and was told only my break pads need changing. My rotors are still good and most especially my strut & shocks were not leaking. I am never coming back here. Not sure if the technicians and or mechanics don't know what they're doing or they're really out here trying to scam people money AND breaking cars that are not even broken. With our cost of living now, I felt so scammed. Do better! I feel bad for the older man that was there before me because they were telling him the other things he needed to fix in his car and to come back next week

First of all, my boyfriend went in for an oil change and came back with a $2,000 bill for a service he did not approve. Secondly, when he got the car back it REEKED of cigarettes, as if one of the mechanics was smoking inside the car. Later, we found cigarette ashes all over the steering wheel... disgusting! How is smoking in a customers car allowed?

Manager is a scammer and just wants your money!! Takes your car for joy rides then says nothing is wrong!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!

I had several issues with my new to me car and they didn't have or (if they did, they didn't) use a diagnostic tool on the car & wasted 2 weeks of my limited warranty. This is my 7th German car. Apparently I had taken one of my previous cars here, years ago and left them 2 stars, without saying anything in a review. I do believe in second chances though. So I tried them again. Big mistake. After 3 trips to diagnose what ended up being a clock wheel (I think?) issue that was fixed by the dealer, I had to go out of pocket on. They were quick to bill the warranty company and used the coverage for the diagnostics. I was literally told that they "banged" on the computer and it was what was causing my issues. In what world is that a diagnostics technique? Also, why would you tell a person that you did that? Each time I went to pick up my car, they were collecting big money from the other patrons, for what sounded like pretty pedestrian service. Idk. Maybe they are less unprofessional with men, but I am happy to drive out of my way to get more reliable and respectful service. No thank you, EHFI.

I came into USA Auto Service for a squealing noise that only happens when my AC is running in hot…read moreweather. To be fair, they did attempt to replicate the conditions, and I chose not to proceed with a full diagnostic at that time because I initially wanted a visual inspection first. After that inspection, I was quoted $1,800 for a compressor replacement by a technician named Gary. What concerned me was the level of confidence in diagnosing the compressor as the issue without a full diagnostic. From what I understand, and based on further research, it's very difficult to definitively determine that a compressor is the cause of a squealing noise without running proper tests under load and evaluating related components like the belt and tensioner. To be clear, I did decline diagnostics initially, but I was still reassured that the compressor was the issue, which didn't feel like a fully supported conclusion. I also looked into pricing, and while compressor replacements can be expensive, most estimates I found for Las Vegas are generally in the $700-$1,200 range (with some variation depending on the vehicle). That makes the $1,800 quote seem on the higher end, especially without a confirmed diagnosis. Part of me speculates if the high quote may partially due to me being a woman, however, I can't confirm this suspicion to be true. I did not move forward with the repair and will be getting a second opinion. I would recommend others ask for a full diagnostic and possibly a second opinion before agreeing to major repairs. After more research I'll be trying Busy Boots for the second opinion, as they have higher yelp ratings.

Called up and scheduled an appointment with Jon. Upon his arrival we just knew things were about to trend in the right direction. He has such an incredible personality, is patient and overall, has a down to earth demeanor that is a RARITY (and refreshing to see) in this city. After attempting to "kick" the starter and run diagnostics on the battery, it became evident that both needed to be replaced. The battery was only a few months old, but as is the case sometimes, there is a chance you might end up with a dud. Based on Jon's suggestion, we managed to get a replacement from the nearby auto parts store, and within a couple days, the starter replacement arrived, and Jon not only installed it but even helped change the oil in my mom's car as well and answer some of her questions and concerns. We will definitely continue to use, as well as recommend Jon to friends and family. Thanks Jon! BTW: The Rooster, with his leather jacket on, says hi. :D

Who rides around with a dang black cord hanging from their tire onto their gold vehicle tied with a dang ZIP TIE!!!! The new gas tank cover was only sitting half inside the Jeep when I drove into the shell station. That's just embarrassing and your company should be ashamed of themselves for the poor workmanship. I will NEVER REFER anyone to your company and I will be sure to leave this picture and the inappropriately installed new gas tank cover that was installed wrong and caused me to make a 2nd trip only to have the original one reinstalled due to the terrible workmanship. How dare Red Rock Repair think this is acceptable!! I should've gone to the dealership as the prices I paid to your company was excessive. You guys charged double the price I paid in 2023 for the same parts that I purchased and brought into your establishment. I trusted you guys because when there was a different owner Danielle Villa in 2023, she made sure the quality of work was excellent and professional.
