The tech left and told me that the fixtures were not functioning and would need to be diagnosed with another visit. I was given a quote for 1100 dollars to fix the issue. A different company incorrectly installed my fan and it started to drop from my ceiling and cracked the dry wall around it. Premo was amazing, came out and reinstalled the fan properly and explained what went wrong from the previous install. They also did an amazing patch job. In the process, Adam and team broke the stairs immediately, and reassembled them with screws sticking out and chunks broken remains used to "level" the remaining stairs (photos of all work attached.) While on site, Adam asked for "200-300$" outside of the scope of the signed contract for the same work that would have been done with or without the additional request. Through the phone exchanges and emails regarding these issues Adam was arrogant and dismissive, yet also took blame for the stairs and will not resolve the issue. Adam's team poured our concrete before a heavy rain, but failed to redirect a gutter (as it had originally been before construction) from pouring directly onto the concrete causing a water stain from the pooling water on the fresh concrete. Again, when confronted with this issue and asking for a resolution Adam denied blame and said "wait a year". As of 6/11/26 there has been no reply nor efforts made on behalf of this company to repair any personal property damage nor resurface the concrete stain/ finish the job as fully paid for. What impressed me is that Dean and Robert took both and made them better, using their real knowledge of how concrete works. The control joints are placed right, they put in real drainage with actual drains and grading built throughout, and it looks clean and classy without being overdone. Flatwork around the entire house, driveway, front yard, backyard, both sides, fencing, gates. Did they get everything perfect on the first pass? Almost. What separates them is that when something was off, they owned it completely. No excuses, no pushback, just fixed. They paid attention to details that other contractors I quoted either missed entirely or only caught after I nudged them. Dean caught everything without me saying a word. Every day at the end of their shift they cleaned up and secured the site, even when it wasn't convenient. Robert ran a tight field operation and cared about every detail like his reputation depended on it. I have a young kid at home and that told me everything about who these guys are. I had my own engineer come out and review the work on-site. He looked around and said, unprompted, "You've got a great crew here." Engineers don't hand out compliments. That meant something.
