My friend recommended this place for happy hour as she works around the corner. It's a great little gathering spot, with Foxtail Coffee, Kelly's Ice Cream and food by The Ravenous Pig available within the establishment. The bartender was making up a cocktail concoction (no official name yet) when I arrived. It was a combination of vodka, apple, cranberry and pomegranate, garnished with a cinnamon rim and cinnamon stick. A girl also at the bar had one and stated it "tasted like Fall", so I ordered it, too. It indeed tasted like Fall and it was delicious. (This needs to be on the Signature cocktail list for the Fall!!) My friend ordered the Foxtail Expresso Martini, but she was not impressed with it. It was a cold brew martini without chocolate and cream as she is used to, but if you like cold brew drinks, this might be one you should check out. We ended the night with two glasses of wine and an ordered of Brussels sprouts (excellent, included dried cherries!!) and six chicken wings with garlic parmesan dressing on the side (flavorful). A special shoutout to our other bartender, Chase, who did an exceptional job. When we were choosing our glasses of wine, my friend wasn't sure which Chardonnay to try and asked which one had a more oak flavor. Chase recommended the Tre Chardonnay and then asked her if she would like a taste first. (Very nice taste pour, I might add!) She liked it immediately and requested a glass. I should have requested a taste pour myself as I chose the Sauvignon Blanc and it was way too sweet and citrusy! I expected it to taste a lot drier than that. Chase took the glass back and asked if he could bring my something else and I went with the Tre also. The Milkhouse has an excellent Happy Hour menu from 4-7pm, Monday thru Friday for drinks and four Bites selections (see picture). The servers are friendly, engaging and attentive. We went for lunch on a Friday. Seemed like they were not even ready. We had a nice waitress and the interior was hipster modern is the only way I could describe it. The concept is not a COOP as one would think. It is owned by Foxtail and the ice cream and everything else is run through the FOztail POS. We started with a buttermilk biscuit and honey butter app...not impressed and my companion said it was way smaller than when he ordered it on a Friday night a few weeks ago. The biscuit was very dense and I would have thought it would have been flakey. Also the "honey butter" had hardly any taste of honey. A very disappointing start to the meal. We ordered two smash burgers and curly fries. The burgers had way too much crunch on the edges. Almost inedible...I cut mine off. The tomatoes and garlic pickles were the highlight of the burger. The curly fries were institutional. Frozen and mass-produced. And a very small portion. Check out the pictures. Value for the money I am hard-pressed to find. I can tell this is probably a fun place to go for Happy Hour and stroll across the street to the brewery or vice versa. Came in for a quick drink because I saw they had a seasonal menu! I got the smashing pumpkins, sooo good, almost tasted like I wasn't even drinking alcohol- a must of you like pumpkin. I also tried the apple of my eye, which was our bartenders specialty and it was also so good! I loved that milk house is a combination of a bar/eatery/coffee shop! Definitely a good choice for a date night, to hang with some friends, or even grab a quick treat like Kelly's or coffee from foxtail! I've been coming to the Milkhouse for about a year now, but with their new & improved menu + partnership with Swine & Sons and Ravenous Pig?! It's perfection. I absolutely love the fact that you can grab either food from Milkhouse or Black Magic Pizza and eat inside or on the patio. It's the perfect place to hit up when the weather is nice out! I got to try their new menu & I ordered one of their burgers (OK onion Smashburger) and it was so flavorful! I loved the sauce that they put on it and the fact that the buns were grilled. Our family recently visited the Milkhouse while on a tour with Wandering Palm Food Tours. We're locals, but had no idea this establishment was here. We found it neat that you can order from any of the restaurants inside and pay from the same tab. I finally made it! I don't know how many times I've driven by on the way to somewhere else thinking "I want to go there!" Went for lunch with a group of co-workers. It wasn't very busy, so we got attentive service. The falafel wrap was very good, with a soft pita, flavorful falafel, mixed greens and dry chickpeas with a flavorful sauce. I added some house made Fresno pepper hot sauce for a little kick. The accompanying house made chips were perfectly cooked and salted. The menu itself is pretty limited with the vegetarian options being the wrap or a salad, so it would be good to see bit more variety in that regard. read more

We frequently visit their stand alone stores. This was just a scaled down version. There were 10-12 flavor including an exclusive Oatmeal Creame Pie flavor for Swine & Sons at Milkhouse. I also had an Oatmeal crème Pie from swine & sons and a mocchiato from Foxtail. Everything was delicious. After eating we spent some time on the patio with drinks. I really wish Orlando could figure out how to do this food hall concept correctly. The location means there is barely any parking in the lot so you have to park in front of a house where parking is allowed. Walking in there is open seating between the businesses but no one explained how their system worked. A server came to take our order and could take from any business inside. Since we didn't know this, some of my friends went up to order from counters. Our server was friendly, kind and efficient when they were clearly understaffed. Since we were a large group we sat outside and she kept up with our waters, drinks and food well. The outside is covered which is nice, the inside was dark and the largest table looked to seat 6. There are not many options for where you want to eat. One bar, one restaurant, one dessert place and one coffee shop. The Ravenous Pig beer was fine, and definitely overpriced. I ordered the hot chicken sandwhich from Swine and Sons. I asked for the hottest level and there was no spice at all. It was a good portion of chicken but didn't come with a side. The curly fries were good, but $5 for a small amount. The food menu only had burgers, chicken or salad as entree options. Overall, it was fine but overpriced for what is 4 spots sharing a relatively small location. read more

We came on a Monday night and sat outside. It's a cute spot with indoor seating and a bar and an outside patio. The place is made up of a collaboration of Milkhouse, Foxtail Coffee, Swine and Sons, and Kelly's Ice Cream so you can get items from all of them. For a Monday night, the service was very slow due to them apparently having a large party inside. I've been wanting to try this spot since it was first announced and finally got the opportunity to do so! This cool spot has several local places housed within such as Ravenous Pig Brewing, Foxtail Coffee, Cicchetti, Kelly's Homemade Ice Cream, and you can also order from Itsa Chicken next door. We were there during brunch time and Cicchetti was offering a brunch menu so we ordered from that. We shared the Eggs Benedict which was prosciutto, a poached egg, hollandaise sauce served on a buttermilk biscuit with a side of breakfast potatoes. We both loved the eggs Benedict and I particularly liked that it was served over a biscuit; many places seem to use English muffins and the biscuit just was tastier to me. The potatoes were amazing! My potato loving boyfriend raved about them. They were crisp on the outside and so fluffy on the inside and they even included a few purple potatoes! For my beverage, I saw Ravenous Pig Brewing and Foxtail teamed up to create a blonde coffee beer. I had to try it and it was delicious. The only downfall was the service. Our server was friendly and attentive at first, but we waited about 20 minutes after we had finished everything and still hadn't been checked on so eventually I found her and asked to check out. It wasn't super busy so it felt like maybe we had been forgotten. Overall though, we enjoyed the food, the ambience, and our drinks and I'll be back for sure! read more

This is not what you envision it to be! This is actually a great place that is a bar/restaurant crossover ! It's an ideal place to come hang out with some friends and chill out. What's shocking is the incredible value price: $10. Go here! Now about the service received; Sean was helpful and kind when I wanted a yummy coffee but not too fattening (just worked out!). First she suggested Cafe con leche and we worked backwards from there: Almond milk & honey rather than heavy milk and white sugar... it came out super delicious like a cappuccino! Met friends at Milkhouse after work for happy hour. Really good drink specials / drinks. We tried several different cocktails and here are the two favorites: the Paloma on tap and a spicy bourbon martini cocktail -- couldn't find the name on the menu (looks like the pdf was from the holidays. We shared lots of apps -- we shared the mozzarella (HIGHLY recommend), wings (really good), cheese board, several of the toasts, a couple dips (including the shallot - VERY popular), and the burgers and fish sandwich. The fish sandwich was surprisingly really good. Skip the burger. Did not enjoy (dry, overcooked, bland) which is a shame because 4 of us got the burger and wished we hadn't. They have a wonderful arrangement of restaurants! Kelly's homemade Ice cream ~ a local favorite for dessert! Foxtail Coffee ~ a local coffee chain with hand crafted drinks. The Ravenous pig ~ they don't serve food at this location, but supply the name for the cocktail and wine bar. Bagel Bruno ~ The brunch operation of the location. Best Lox bagel I've had in Orlando so far! And Cicchetti by Bruno ~ light bites and small pub fare. I love the little creations they have and greatly enjoy trying new menu items. This wonderful experience of a restaurant also hosts live music often! They are a great addition to the Milk District and and a nice classy feel to the hipster strip from Gringos to The Nook. I wanted to check out this new "concept" and was not what I was expecting but was still pleasantly surprised. I thought this was going to be a Food Hall and it sort of is but there are some differences. You can go to the counter and get Foxtail Coffee or sandwich from Bagel Bruno. Should you choose to sit down then it becomes like a table service restaurant. They have menu's for Cicchetti (by Bagel Bruno) on the table. Beer, Wine and Cocktails are offered. You can choose starters, light bites or a meal. I decided to try their coquito and it was pretty darn good. Sometimes they can be too heavy or light on the liquor but this was perfect. We tried the Salami Tower which was pretty large and had a great variety of meat, cheese, olives and crostinis. The Focaccia bread was served warm with burrata cheese. The big surprise for me was the Burger. Very tasty double patty that was dripping with cheese. Don't fill up too much because there is a booth with Kelly's Ice Cream for Desert too! This seems like a perfect spot to work remotely and get some coffee and/or food. You could also do a "date nite" here and even have a group from work meet up at the end of the day. read more

I was in the area while Milkhouse was in a soft opening and decided to stop by. I came in early, so not everything was open. I ordered a turkey bagel sandwich from Bagel Bruno on an everything bagel. It was a really solid sandwich. I'm not usually a fan of tomatoes, but the cherry tomatoes added a nice burst of flavor along with the avocado and garlic aioli. When I visited Foxtail was also open as well as Kelly's. I sat on the covered porch and enjoyed my sandwich. Although it was a cool day (for Orlando standards), it was really nice to sit outside. There were several tables outside as well as inside. The bar looked fully stocked and I really want to come back in the afternoon/evening when more of the offerings are available. I visited a few weeks ago to try something new. The vibe was as expected and the restaurant was clean. We found the service a little slow for the business of the restaurant. It did seem the priority was those at the bar. Food was good. I had the pork sandwich and my husband had the smashed burger. He did bite into a hard piece of gristle in the burger. HORRIBLE service why are there three people on the floor and not one wants to come up and greet you or get your order. I find it crazy that I was there for an hour and a half and saw three different parties leave because nobody talked to them. It took an hour for a burger to come out and even longer for a pastrami sandwich which should've been done in twenty minutes. There's no reason for your kitchen to be backed up if you have zero customers in the first place. Servers are absolute bitches and they ignore you and do everything but serve you. If you're getting paid to do a job, you should try to do it!!! Overpriced and dumb as fuck. Bathrooms are cute though don't get me wrong and music choice is good. The Milkhouse features Kelly's ice cream, beer from The Ravenous Pig, coffee from Foxtail, Italian small plates from Ciccheti, or you can grab a chicken sandwich from It'sa Chicken next door. They also have a full bar with liquor and other options if beer isn't your thing. They have a great dog-friendly patio that often has live music, so love to bring our pups here to grab a drink and something to eat. The cool part about Milkhouse, is that there's a Foxtail Coffee & Kelly's Ice Cream there as well if you're looking for a dessert.
