They take your credit card information online in case they decide to show up but don't give the curtesy of a response or timeline for service. The summer has passed by without any updates. Our neighbors were also long time customers and ended up replacing their own liner because of the same lack of communication.

They oversell warranties that offer nothing in return. They discard customers, their concerns, and their rightful requests for help on manufacturing failures with BRAND NEW equipment they have been sold. They do not stand by the guarantees they peddle. DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from Signature Pool & Spas in North Kingstown. You have been warned. You'd be better off digging a hole in your backyard with a shovel and waiting for it to rain. At least that would be more reliable.
