Mostly eaten Corned beef hash. Very good.

First off... was it exceptional in any particular way? Not really. The Decor is dated. The Service was friendly and professional, but nothing exceptional. The food was enjoyable, Tasty. We had no complaints. We also were not wowed by anything. If you need a solid breakfast/brunch/lunch location, you cannot go wrong with Mimis. It may not be the newest or trendiest spot, but its consistent, good, very reliable.

One thing I forgot to mention in my original review: the French Toast Monte Cristo is no longer on the menu, but when my husband asked about it, Tawny went above and beyond and checked with the kitchen. The chef remembered how to make it and was happy to prepare it for him. That extra effort and willingness to accommodate a guest really stood out. Thank you to Tawny, the chef, and the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable!

I have lived and shopped in the same area as this restaurant for many years but never stopped in. After having breakfast here recently I am wondering why I never stopped in. The breakfast here was AMAZING! The hash actually had chunks of meat in it instead of just being straight up mashed meat. The croissant was warm and buttery. Didn't even need the butter it came with. The potatoes were cooked to perfection and the eggs were spot on to my requested preparation style. The restaurant interior was nice and quiet (we were the only ones there on a Sunday morning that early). The decor is beautiful! Our waitstaff was on top of it and very polite. We didn't have to wait for anything!!! We will certainly be back

Service was amazing, we loved our server Fernando. The food portions were big, delicious and felt very homey. Loved the bread pudding as always and tried the brownies for the first time and they were delicious

Late-morning brunch at Mimi's Cafe was exactly what we needed. This casual spot blends French and American favorites in a rustic, welcoming setting, always clean with friendly service and comforting food. After a late night, we rolled in around noon for breakfast and I ordered the Bacon, Ham & Sausage Omelet: packed with hickory-smoked bacon, ham, pork sausage, andouille sausage, tomato, and melted cheddar cheese, served with roasted potatoes and a bran muffin. Hearty, flavorful, and the perfect brunch pick-me-up!

Not usually a fan of chains. Service was top notch (great job Alma!). Great coffee and omelette. I was very surprised and impressed.

I've driven by this place so many times and finally decided to stop in on a Saturday afternoon. The decor is very cute and gives fall vibes, which I loved. We typically don't do appetizers anymore but decided to give the wings a shot since we didn't expect to see them on the menu. They were cooked to perfection and the sauce wasn't super spicy so I was able to enjoy a couple as well. My partner had the turkey club, he loved it paired with the fries & honey mustard sauce. I had the sandwich trio with the Tuna melt and caesar salad. The sandwich was more than I expected, the toast itself was cooked with parmesan cheese and that added to the melty warmth of the tuna. Exceptional, It was so good I didn't have any left to take home! They're doing holiday dinner pre orders and I'm thinking of ordering the ham dinner.

Instead, I was left waiting alone in a room past my scheduled time with no update, no check-in, nothing. No one came to let me know if the interviewer was running behind or if there was any change of plans. I ended up having to leave and follow up myself. What stood out most was how invisible I felt the entire time I was there. I noticed I only got acknowledged when I spoke up first -- otherwise, staff walked past without a word. As a Black woman, I can't help but notice these things, because they add up over time. I'm not saying this was intentional, but it left me with a strong impression about the level of care and attention given to guests (or candidates) who aren't proactively advocating for themselves. I really wanted this to go differently. Cooper's Hawk has a great reputation, and I was rooting for a good experience -- both as a potential employee and future customer. Hopefully this feedback helps them look at how guests and candidates are treated when they're not in the room to see it.

Music is always on pointe and I would never change the look or ambiance of the place either. My last trip here though I had to ask about why the menu had stopped changing as often since we were one of two parties there in the middle of happy hour and there was a large framed picture of a bartender with a bunch of signed notes on the bottom of it beside me at the bar. It turns out that one of the oldest curators and bartenders of the bar and restaurant had passed from a drunk driving incident and I had not known at all! Gosh I was so disappointed in myself that I had ever complained about not having a new menu to try after that...but at the same time it was amazing to hear so many great anecdotes and to learn so much more about him and the history of the bar itself while dining this time. I had a lot of fun times at this bar - including remembering the first time I met that bartender and sharing that memory with the staff that told me their story. They also shared that they would be coming out with a new menu very soon and some of the new items and ideas that would be rolling out so I am also very excited to go back! New food menu tomorrow too?! What?! I was almost tempted to back today to get more of their amazing dishes from the main menu!! Thank you Cat for the amazing hospitality! Whether helping guests, clearing dishes, resetting tables, or simply making sure everyone was taken care of, he did it all with the same smile and genuine courtesy. What impressed me most was that the hospitality wasn't limited to our server. One of the hostesses stopped by our table just to see how we were enjoying ourselves and stayed for a little conversation. It's a small gesture, but those are the moments that turn dinner at a restaurant into something memorable. Add a guitarist performing in the background, a warm, relaxed setting, and an upbeat energy throughout the room, and Cork & Craft manages to feel polished without ever feeling pretentious.
