12/19/24 Getting lunch! Chicken Chow Fun with tofu added, spicy & cheese won tons ordered. The worker was very kind and said it would be ready in 10 min. I went to pick it up shortly later. Greeted by nice worker, paid for order and received with god day wishes. Nice restaurant. Large and spacious. Clean and spacious. Lunchtime! Order split. Chicken Chow Fun with tofu added was spicy and Really Delicious! Good amount of chicken & tofu and Great, large pieces of both. Fresh & tasty too! Spicy sauce includes made it even better! Cheese Won Tons were crunchy & tasty! Mother said hers was REALLY GREAT! Fortune cookies completed the GREAT lunch ! Lots of leftovers! We both have another meal! Good service and Great lunch! I could have sworn I wrote a review on Mings. We tried the other Chinese Food restaurant in Tower District and weren't impressed. However, we happened upon Mings and were very blown away. As much as of a foodie or yelper that I think I am, I am pretty basic and like what I like. My favorite Chinese food was Kowloon with the previous owners, their spicy chicken was second to none. However, Mings has now taken over as our favorite Chinese food. I love their walnut shrimp and their chinquan chicken! So flavorful and spicy. I've never been inside and usually order to go, but I've always been satisfied.

I came here yesterday evening after craving Chinese food and I have no regrets. It was empty inside, but I can definitely say the staff is extremely friendly. Food is extremely delicious and definitely worth the price you pay for. I will definitely be coming back next time I am in Fresno.

There's a reason why this place has been around for so long. Friendly staff and reasonably priced GREAT food. Everything is served quickly and food is fresh as can be. 10/10 would recommend.

Eaten here a couple of times recently. What I like is .....a very good value. Been there, just about 100 years. Very courteous service. Family atmosphere Had the oyster beef. Was pretty good. Tried other dishes and they were good too. Would recommend you use your restroom before arrival here, because theirs is not really open for consumers. Update....2023. Changed from 4 stars to 3.5 in my limited experience and book. Rounded up of course to 4 stars. Comfortable seating. Had the oyster beef again and it was tender but not quite as tasty as I remember earlier. Not sure about the very good value.

I've been passing by Ming's for *years* (probably more like decades) and this was my first time ever trying their food. All in all, it was a mixed bag of dishes. While we really liked the sizzling rice soup and the "yee-fu wonton" dish, the tomato beef curry chow mein was just so/so (it did not taste like there was any curry in it), and the chicken chow fun was also just ok. The inside was also not super nice for dine-in (we ended up getting takeout), even having no bathroom for patrons. The prices are cheap and the service was fairly fast and the server helpful, but even so, I would only give this place three stars.

Great food, God's prices and it's a little hole in the wall. Everyone should try it in the Tower District.

We were seated almost right away, which was a great start to the experience. We ordered several dim sum dishes, including the Pork Barbecue Buns, Custard Buns, Deep Fried Taro, Pork Siu-Mai, and Fried Squid, and every single item was delicious. The flavors were spot on, and everything tasted fresh and well made. The servers were also friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout our meal. Our food was for pickup and everything was ready on time and piping hot. We ordered a lot because we weren't sure of the portion sizes, but they were massive so we had leftovers for days! We ordered steamed pork buns, orange chicken, crispy sweet and sour pork, beef and broccoli, low mein, and Yangzhou Fried Rice. Everything was delicious and loaded with flavor. The standouts were the yangzhou fried rice which comes with shrimp, chicken, and vegetables. Loved all the meat here and big chunks of veggies. We all loved the orange chicken and the crispy fried pork especially. I tried to get my kids to sample the steam pork buns, but they wouldn't, which just meant more for me! Pillowy soft and full of tender BBQ pork, they were my fave. Truly a hidden gem right in the heart of Clovis!

The family dinner comes with a bowl of sizzling rice soup, An egg roll a pot sticker and foil wrapped chicken. My entree was crispy beef and my husband's entree was Kung pao chicken. Start off the soup was very flavorful, Definitely not your ordinary soup that you would find in the most places to start. The egg roll was a straight veggie roll but it was crispy and flavorful. The pot sticker was probably one of the best I've had in town, The wrapper was not too thick, Silky, Slightly crispy, And the filling was light and delicious not heavy. The Foil wrapped chicken Was different than any other place in that it was lighter and not overburdened with a salty sauce. As far as the entrees, My crispy beef was amazing, So crispy, With a delicious sauce. My husband's Kung pao chicken was so tasty, Everything was fresh and the chicken was not dry. The only downside to our entrees was that they were listed as spicy, But I think you have to ask for really spicy if you look like you can't handle it or something I don't know it just wasn't spicy at all. But we will definitely return and maybe ask for real spicy next time LOL.

I called them the day before I needed the trays. The lady I spoke to was so kind and accommodating she said it was never too late to place an order. I ordered half tray of broccoli beef and one veggie chow mein she gave me my price after tax and gave me the option to pay in person or over the phone. The day of pick up was NYE 5pm my husband was the one who picked up my order under my name. He arrived promptly at 5pm and said the food wasn't ready 5mins after 5pm he said he was about to leave. Literally a 16min drive from the restaurant to my house then another 14min drive to the Nye party we were attending. Upon arrival the food was still piping hot, it smelled AMAZING and they gave sooooo much food!!! It was nearly packed in trays with foil in a box and the food was piled high. I did notice that the veggie chow mein I had ordered was a combo-chicken, beef, shrimp and veggie, no biggie!!! But the food was delicious as always!!! There was so much leftovers. I would definitely use them again for my catering needs.
