    Mitchells Famous Chicken Gumbo.

I can't say everything is good bc I never was able to stay for breakfast, I was here on a modeling gig. I can say what I got here is not just inexpensive but freaking good! I got a ham, cheddar, and egg sandwich two days in a row! It was so good. Now the hash browns were very greasy. I also tried there chicken gumbo and I would not recommend! The flavor is more spice then season and overly rued. It was giving trying but not accomplished. I've had better gumbo in Chicago. However the sandwich was fire. The hashbrows were ok, I don't hate them, I purchased them twice. My opinion still stands on the grease it heavy on grease but perfect for a hangover lol. Everyone was very nice in the restaurant. The service can be slow bc the coworkers talk more about personal things vs getting the orders done but it's still good! I was actually upset, I was late to set ,bc the girl stopped to have a convo before grabbing my order lol. However it was still a good croissant sandwich and I'd come here again if ever in Lakeland. Lastly, they make all they're treats! I didn't try them bc I'm not a sweets person but if I was the Oreo red velvet cake would've been the first choice!

I had to fight my 8 year old daughter from eating all of my egg whites. They had gluten free toast that was fresh and tasty. Our lavender almond milk latte & Matcha latte were perfection. Will be back everytime we are in town.

Nice quaint Coffe shop located in down town Lakeland. The ambiance is Awesome some business, some students studying, some church talk and some walk-in regulars. Love the vibe trendy yet hometown friendly! Ordered the Salted Caramel Crunch Toffee Cold Coffee. I like a salty and sweet cold coffee. It was good! I am used to 7 Brew in Louisiana, which the (Salty and Sweet) is off the chain. I sat and read a good book and would return if I lived in the area. I recommend it!

    Pistachio muffin.....yummy.

Michael and Emma/Hannah were incredible and provided excellent service! The ambiance is cute and it's clear that a number of people go here for not only a yummy meal, but also a great working space that's very unkept. The muffins were yummy and fresh (I enjoyed the blueberry and pistachio muffins) and I tore up the bowl with avocado, scrambled eggs and parmesan cheese that I removed and substituted with turkey. It was delicious! Check it out and enjoy!

Very cute coffee shop in downtown Lakeland. We stopped here while visiting the Farmer's Market on a Saturday morning. There was a line; however, it moved quickly. I ordered two frozen lattes (similar to Frappuccino): snickers and caramel. The snickers latte tasted like a chocolate or mocha latte. The caramel latte was very good; good coffee flavor and not too sweet. For food, we ordered croissant egg and cheese sandwiches (I substituted the pork meat options for Turkey deli meat); it was very good. Overall, I would recommend this coffee shop. Nice area, tasty and reasonably-priced food, and good coffee. My rating is more so a 3.5.

A long-time favorite of mine. Mitch has upped his game by adding a lot more food options besides pastries. If you bring your own mug, you can get coffee at refill prices. The service is always top notch. Free Wi-Fi and a nice place to hang out in downtown Lakeland.

Went during the Saturday Farmers Market for some breakfast and was very pleased. The prices are fantastic and the food is decent. Will definitely return with friends and family. Service was fairly quick and not too busy. Sitting outside the area could use some touchups but was not complaining with the yummy food I had on my plate.

I don't live close to this coffee places. I happen to to be near the area and I wanted to support local businesses. I was actually at my salon when I overheard them call in coffee orders. I was curious. I have visited once before. This place is super cute and spacious. The staff are super nice and they make breakfast. I got the I dream of Jeanie coffee. It was good. I almost got one of their giant cookie.

If you can find a way to get here though you absolutely should. I've been here a couple times and had people bring me things from here and I'm always very happy. My favorite thing I ever had here was a chocolate peanut butter pie, which was mind blowingly good. However, everything I've had from here has been pretty spectacular. I highly recommend the cookies here. I really love cookies, but their brown butter cookie is incredible. The pastries are really good too. I really enjoy the glazed croissant and I recently had a lemon twist that was very good. Finally, the sandwiches that I've had from here are both really good as well. I've only had the breakfast sandwiches, but I enjoyed the hot honey sausage biscuit and the bacon breakfast sandwich. 5 stars.

With how popular this spot is, I'm honestly surprised they don't have someone helping guide new customers through the ordering process. Even when ordering online, the atmosphere can feel pretty loud and hectic because of the crowds. That said, the food is amazing! I truly wish them the best because they definitely have something special. They just need to find a better way to manage the flow of customers and make the overall experience a little smoother.

We've been coming here for the better part of 10 years. Seriously, this place is fantastic. Today we came in just after the lunch rush. And what makes me write a review after all this time is because The Reuben has been added to their sandwich lineup. I am a sucker for a good Reuben. I love some of the various versions out there like a Grouper Reuben or a Turkey Reuben but there is nothing like an original. The bread is their marble rye which was already freakin fantastic; patty melts are phenomenal here. The ratio of corned beef and sauerkraut was spot on perfect. Don't you just hate it when it's out of balance? The cheese was perfectly melted and the dressing was oh so good. It was sandwich heaven. My apologies for having no pictures. I don't know if I was especially hungry today or what, but when the food hit the table the hubs and I dove straight in.

We finally got a table to share with other people. My Mom and my older brother Bill ordered the Corned Beef and Cabbage. They said the Corned Beef was pretty good, but the Cabbage was tough and not good. My brother Jonathan ordered the Pancake special with sausage and home fries. They didn't warn him that the pancakes would be green, lol. We thought it was pretty funny, but he said they didn't taste that good. He loved the rest of his breakfast. I had the French toast and bacon with hashbrowns and scrambled eggs. I loved the French toast and bacon, but didn't like the hashbrowns and eggs. It was really hit or miss. The restaurant didn't seem very clean either. We had fun anyway.

Appetizer of fried green tomatoes was marred by slices of tomato that were so thick that the knives on the table were incapable of cutting them. This same issue carried over to the green tomato blt, which was almost impossible to eat bc of bread that was also too thick. The bacon was so overcooked as to be dry sticks that shattered into tiny bits when you tried to eat the sandwich. The fries were allegedly hand cut, but looked & tasted like (cold) seasoned frozen steak fries. The FSKB chicken salad croissant was just a soggy mess. And the eggs Benedict featured "Canadian Bacon", which is a US marketing term for round slices of bacon, not Back Bacon or Peameal Bacon that is actually served in Canada.
