I chose the sukiyaki broth and my friend chose the tom yum. Meats we chose were lamb, brisket, and chuck roll. Once our order for these were placed, we headed to the buffet. SO many choices! The soup add-on section had all sorts of noodles, mushrooms, veggies, and even seafood items to customize your shabu shabu to your liking. There was also a smaller hot food bar that featured fried rice, chow mien, fried gyoza, fried chicken flats, sesame balls, and a few more.
