This is a regular go to when kids and parents don't agree. Love that everyone can get exactly what they want. Impressed that complex orders are always right as you personalize toppings. We had some great caesar salad with fresh roasted peppers. Love jalapenos and hot honey on the pizzas. During covid they are great with curbside delivery. We used to love this place but this will probably be our last visit. Dining room is dirty. Service is beyond slow. There was a line literally out the front door moving at a snails pace. Once we finally got up to where it was our turn to order we still had to wait several minutes, their excuse was " we have a ton of online orders", then manager9or someone) comes out and barks at the line workers making the pizzas that online orders take priority....Really?? Well you better hire some more help if that's the case becuase everyone in line was fumong at the wait. We waited about 45 minutes from the time we walked in until we got our pizzas. In addition to the super slow service and dirty dining room they managed to screw up our order. One pizza came out 5 minutes or more before our other two pizzas and they just let it sit and get cold on the counter. Then our third pizza was wrong. While I was waiting I saw them burn three other pizzas so badly they had to remake them adding to the pizza backlog. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. I've had better frozen pizza. The gluten free crust was not delicious. It was chewy. There was nothing great about the regular crust either. And the salad we ordered for pickup was missing all of the ingredients. We ordered the roasted pineapple salad and all it had on it was lettuce and canadian bacon. Nothing else! I saw they had 10 or so pizzas on the menu for those who don't like to make choices and then 5 bazillion toppings for those who do. I being intimidated by the choices chose one of the board. I chose the Caspian which is your basic bbq chicken pizza with red onions. I couldn't believe the fact that the pizza was a perfectly crisp 11 inch pizza for only like 9.00. All of their 11 inch pizzas are the same price I believe so if you want a blue cheese, artichoke hearts, anchovies and ranch pizza, you'll pay the same as someone with better taste buds. This is probably my favorite place to eat out with my young family. I have two small kids, one of whom as food allergies. MOD is great for vegetarians, vegans, or anyone with food allergies. They customize your pizza or salad and will explain what allergens will be in each item. If they're unsure they will double check. I've never had a problem with my son coming in contact with his allergens here which is always a huge plus. The pizza is delicious. Thin crust, create your own or choose one of their pre-selected menu items. If you want a salad, order it there and not to-go. The to-go size is somehow smaller that what you would get if you ordered it to eat there. The items to top your pizza/salad are great. They always have a good selection of veggies which is hard to find in a fast restaurant IMO. I always try their seasonal pizzas, right now (autumn 2018) they have one called "The Kevin" which has pumpkin instead of pizza sauce - SO GOOD! I think I might have to go there tonight for dinner again because I want that pizza as I'm writing this review. If you like pizza or a good salad - this is your place! read more

I love this pizza so much!! It's such a great concept for diners to be able to choose our own toppings and have it cooked up so quickly. And the toppings!!! I had never thought to put rosemary on pizza, but let me tell you, it's delicious! I get the following toppings: red sauce, basil, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, mushrooms, roasted garlic, tomatoes, and extra rosemary. Their pesto dipping sauce is pretty fab, too. (You can also get this as a topping.) You can get as many toppings as you want, and it doesn't cost any more! I order the MOD size, and that's good for two meals for me. The only compliant I had about the pizza was the toppings did not seem that fresh. They do serve beer and wine and the prices seem pretty reasonable. I have eaten at MOD Pizza more than 12 times (usually not my choice), and I really want to like the place. It has a good vibe, they have excellent drink choices, and the service is good ... but the pizzas are just meh. I have probably tasted more than 20 variations because we swap pieces, and none of us is really happy. It's not horrible, but it generally isn't any better than a good frozen one: Urban Pie, Screamin Sicilian, Home Run Inn ... etc. Perhaps it is the quality of the ingredients? Who knows. read more

Fairness presentation after delivery via Uber Eats which charges a 25% service "fee". Red onions chunks were not cooked with pizza, looked just put on afterwards. Ingredients were slopped to the side of boxes, per picture. Delivery driver slow walk up my driveway and on his cellphone. I got notification from Uver eats to allow him more time after the expected time had elapsed by 20 minutes. Pizza was room temperature. Plastic bag it came in was properly sealed but sweaty with accumulated condensation inside. I've been to this MOD well over a dozen times in the past 18 months and serveral things have happened to make me downgrade my review: 1. The staff seems to turn over now every couple of months. In the first 9 months it was a pretty regular crew with an exceptional manager who must have been there just to get things rolling. 2. Since the place is now well-established, the crowds have made eating here a royal PITA with wait times before ordering and receiving food easily exceeding 30 minutes on a weekday - forget weekends. 3. The staff is now either disinterested, poorly trained, or some combination of the 2 most of the time. On my last visit, the person making our 2 pizza order decided to sandwich in an online order in between our 2!! WTF? Of course, the 2 pizzas came out around 7 minutes apart. Make the online orders before or after mine, but not in the middle dummkopf. I should have made a stink about it, but thought they wouldn't do it if it negatively affected my experience - right? I no longer plan to come here. That's a shame as the product itself is generally pretty good. read more

I am truly in love with MOD. I might say the staff is really very nice and helpful. I have tried many locations but the staff here is so nice and polite. My family members are like very picky about the taste and the guy helped very well and showed interest in helping too. He assisted us till the end with the pizza that we were hoping for. Pizza are very nice. If you take a large it can serve one person. And they are very well cooked. Best part of MOD is they have affordable price with great taste. I am big fan of the veggie pizza. MOD pizza are very light and so after eating you don't feel like you had a lot for your lunch or dinner. They do fill you up. The service is quick!! Dissappointing service, but excellent pizza. They had 6 associates behind the counter, but very unorganized and slow. The line was almost out to the sidewalk and we were there for over 30 minutes for a carryout order. The biggest issue occurred when they gave my pizza to the wrong customer. This meant starting over. No offer to make anything "right" they simply handed me an empty glass for a fountain drink. If I wanted a drink I'd have bought one. In addition, they weren't going to remake my other pizza, simply allow it to sit and get cold. They did remake it after I asked them to do so. This pizza joint is one of my top-three favorite pizza places. Their food is so well baked and full of flavor, but I've just gotta say that their staffing has some issues. I'd like to address the issues first: their food is hands-down amazing, but the service is not as spot-on. A few people behind the counter in particular were not very efficient and understanding when we were trying to order. They didn't really understand what we were trying to tell them and kept on getting our order mixed up. Apart from that, everything else is great! Their pizza has lots of different new combinations of toppings that I didn't think would go together, but they did! I suggest going to MOD on one of the days they don't get much customers, because we ate there where the customer visits were at its peak, and the line was pretty lengthy. These build-your-own-pizza places are popping up everywhere. After being a little less than impressed by a similar chain, MOD wasn't on my radar. My husband suggested it since we were nearby and he had a BOGO coupon. First, MOD is cheap, BOGO coupon or not! The food is so much better than that other place too. The menu was a little overwhelming at first. You can either make your own pizza, with an impressive list of ingredients, OR you can order a pizza specifically from their menu. You can also add other ingredients if you wish. The best part is that they are all the same price! Also, if you have a smaller appetite or littles in tow, they make smaller pizzas. Standard pizzas are 10" and perfect for a standard appetite - I finished most of mine! I had the "Olivia" pizza with mozzarella, basil, pesto, tomato, and fig balsamic. I added chicken and roasted red peppers to mine. I highly recommend this one, whether or not you add extra ingredients (again, no additional charge!) To drink, skip the usual fountain drink and try their homemade lemonade or iced tea. The Blackberry Lemonade was insanely good, and the caramelized pear iced tea was different. The milkshakes are SUPER thick...a little too thick...I'll stick with the lemonades and teas! Perfect for a quick and inexpensive meal.
