Pizza here was so good and crunchy!! The bbq pizza is my fav by far, the sauce was so sweet and good and was topped with lots of chicken! They have ranch there too which is a need more me since I can never eat pizza without ranch. They also have that good cubed almost like chick fil la ice that is so good the ranch dipped in the pizza made it so good and service was fast! Lots of options to add to your pizza!!!!!! read more

I went to mod Pizza near the Norfolk Premium Outlets today to have lunch with my 83 year-old mother and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! Not only was the food fantastic but their employees went above and beyond to make our lunch dining experience superb! A gentleman by the name of Rome took care of us at the cash register and he was professional courteous and would be a valuable employee at any establishment. Ordered two pizzas online for pickup and the website said they'd be ready in 17 minutes. That was at 6:17pm. At 6:42 we got one and I asked when the other would be ready - turns out it wasn't even in the oven yet. At 6:55 we finally got the second one, by which time the other was lukewarm from sitting on the counter. I'd grade it as a B- pizza and A- price, but the operation behind the counter was a disorganized, unmanaged mess. read more

So, i went there on my veggie day and I loaded it up with all the veggies i could find there on my pizza . And it turned out to one of the best pizza i ever had. Fresh ingredients, pizza base is super thin and crispy, variety of sauces and perfectly baked . All in all it was a great pizza. Now the bad part, seating !! Pizza is not bad, but they stick their bare hands in the dough while making the pies. They only wear gloves to put the toppings on. So disgusting. Service is totally incompetent. I've ordered curbside pickup twice. The first time no one answered the phone when I got there to pick it up. I called several times over ten or fifteen minutes. The second time I tried curbside, they did answer the phone, but never brought the pizza out--even though they knew I was right outside! I had to get the credit card company to chargeback both times. This place literally pisses me off every time I go. Today we ordered 2 pizzas online for curbside pick up. The order was supposed to be ready at 6:29PM. We arrive and call at 6:34PM. Of course, they're backed up on online orders. Something about being short staffed and working with half an oven. It will be another 10-15mins they say. We call back in 20 mins. They have the audacity to say its still not ready and will be another 10 mins! At this point we just ask for a refund, but you already know that will be 3-5 business days. I hate it here. read more

Wow!! What an amazing experience. The staff was great, the food delicious, and the store clean. The minute i walked in with my wife, you can feel the energy of the staff. They greeted us with a nice hello. It was our first time but they were patient and walked us thru the process. They have preset pizzas that you can choose from or you can build your own. They also offer sides like cheesy bread sticks and salads. My wife and i split a pizza and salad. They even have local beer and wine in a can!! The store was super clean but they have only been open for a little over a month. I will definitely be coming back. I hope the cleanliness maintains. What a fun time!! read more

My pizza was hot when I arrived and collected it from the very well marked Online Pickup area. My drink cup was already there, too. I decided to stay and dine in and there were plenty of clean tables to choose from. There is a central station to pick up plates, salt & pepper, hot pepper shakers, etc. and it was clean and well organized. The pizza was good and I will definitely be back. Traffic can be a bear to get to the store but once you're there it's totally worth it. The place was packed and for good reason. So today was my first experience at MOD Pizza and I have to say I was very impressed by a lot of things. The first person I spoke to was very welcoming and asked if it was my first time eating there. I told him yes and he explained how the process worked and made me feel very comfortable. In fact, every single employee I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. I got the meat lovers pizza and was just blown away by the quality of the food. The restaurant was also very clean inside and out. As I was finishing my meal the same first person I spoke with came over and asked if the meal was good. Found out after talking to him that he was the owner and we had a short conversation.
