When I called, they told me to come in anyway, which I really appreciated. Once I got there, everyone was so kind and accommodating. I asked about getting a fill and changing my nail shape from coffin to something new and they immediately said they could do it. They were so patient with me and even didn't charge extra for the shape change since it was my first time there, which meant a lot. They stayed open past closing to finish my nails and I didn't feel rushed at all. Via did an amazing job and I absolutely love how my nails turned out! Overall, such a great experience. Their pedicure bowls are cool sparkly waves and they have a beautiful light fixture hanging in the middle of the salon. I came here on a whim while getting my brakes done at a local mechanic. I was in desperate need of a mani/pedi so I decided to check them out. A mani/pedi was an affordable $45 and it was great. I wanted to do a fall manicure and Tina who did my mani did an amazing job with each design. Various designs on all 10 fingers for $12. This was for sure a $100+ mani/pedi for $57. Service is fine bc they tried, but i really don't think they should've switched out my tech at the end.. the person assigned to me should be the one to finish their work with me. I paid and left extremely unsatisfied w my bumpy messy nails and am now headed to another spot to get them fully removed and possibly redone.

My nails came out great!…read more But they cut to much of my toe skin side really bad. I realised they added nail glue to my toe to stop the bleeding!! Which is not safe can cause infections. Im sadly in pain and still bleeding luckily the south coast mall workers gave me a bandage and was able to get home and wash my toe with soap and water. I kinda wish they offered me a bandage and warned me about the nail glue. I would have said no to the nail glue on my cut.. I'm praying I don't get an infection from the glue.
