this place is yummersss!! we were craving jajangmyeon and jjampong (spelling?? idk sorry) and this place really hit the spot! we def preferred the jjampong over the jajangmyeon but both were really solid. the portions were huge, and everyone was super full after. we also got the tangsuyuk (sp again sorry i really don't know) which was good, but the kkanpunggi was definitely better. i would definitely come again - the service was great and friendly, and the food came out super fast! highly recommend :) read more

I am a huge fan of Korean Chinese food. I have been eating this since I was a little child. I was very stoked to have a new Korean Chinese restaurant in the PNW. We dont have good jajangmyeon or jjamppong in the area. I popped in for lunch and order the Jajangmyeon. When the bowl came out, it looked mouth water delicious. Usually when you mix the jajangmyeon it should be able to mix with ease, but this was not the case. A balance with the black bean paste and noodles were off. The noodles were over cooked with the black bean having too much starch inside. When mixing all my noodles broke and had orzo jajangmyeon. In my experience of good Jajangmyeon, the minute you take your first bite you should get a burst of black bean, stir-fried onion, pork, and salty flavors. The first bite I took was unfortunately bland. Service was present, not the best. And the ambiance was decent. Will update this review further trying other dishes there.. I didn't expect much from this place, but jjajang, sweet/sour pork, and jjampong were all very tasty.

Food was delicious. Service was on point and informative. Take-out starts after Saturday! Big portions. I didn't expect my soup to be a shareable type of noodle but it was so worth it. I'll be going back as I live nearby as well. read more

This is a great spot for the classic Korean/Chinese meal. It's a little up north, but worth the drive. The restaurant itself is small, so don't be alarmed if you have to wait. I've been here a couple of times and each time, we got the Kanpunggi (fried chicken thigh tossed in a sweet, sour, and spicy sauce) and it's so good. Perfectly fried, perfectly crispy, not too breading heavy and the sauce is slightly thick so that the chicken maintains its crisp. We've also gotten the Jjajangmyun (black bean sauce noodles) the Jjampong (spicy seafood noodles), and the Tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork). The noodles are always good, but there's something about the Tangsuyuk that just wasn't it. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. The pork was fried nice and they give you the sauce on the side (which is perfect to keep the pork crisp). The sauce itself, I think, was lacking. Either it wasn't sweet or sour enough- somewhat bland. There's still more on the menu I want to try, so definitely drop by! read more

I been here 3 times in past 2month and 1st visit it was so good. Jjajangmyeon sauce and noodles cooked perfectly and spicy noodle great fire flavor. 2nd visit I ordered combo b and Kkanpunggi was disappointed with heavly fried with tiny dark meat inside..if they used white meat probably better texture. And jjajangmyeon this time had dashida taste so idk if they accidentally put it in or part of ingredient. 3rd visit everything tasted fine but noodles was overcooked so it didn't had chewy texture as 1st visit. and sauce too watery. Seafood noodles always tasted good with fresh ingredients. Sweet n sour pork is good only problem I found is outside looks big but inside skinny strip of pork or nothing..it was all corn starch batter. so wish they fix that issue. Service was crazy slow. Food was crazy overpriced. My tea was served in a cheap red plastic 1980s-Pizza-Hut-style red plastic cup. Rice doesn't come with your entree; you must order "extra" rice even though it isn't extra rice... it's just normal "included-with-your-order-and-served-to-you-everywhere-else" rice. I was offered no napkin, no water, and no refill on my tea. The spicy shrimp dish I ordered wasn't at all spicy. It was as if they used bell peppers to try to add some heat. I've been using Yelp for a long time but this is my first review. Food was pretty good but there are other factors that are way sub-par. Between my husband and I and a 7 year old, We ordered $25 Seafood Jajang Platter, $17 JJampong and $25 Tangsuyuk. 1. While waiting for our food and seeing what other people were enjoying, I happened to watch the table next to us that got their plate and were making a lot of commotion about the food they received. They were taking pictures, turning it with their chopsticks so they can take a better picture and looking closely and discussing about the food right above it. However, it must have been a wrong order. They talked to the server, he picked it up, talked to another server and must have realized it was my order. He brought it to our table and put it down in front of me. I asked him to bring us a new order because I've seen it at the table next to us for a long time and I've seen them taking pictures and talking over it. He said they didn't eat it so it's okay. I had to ask him THREE times that I did not want the food that other people might have sprayed their saliva on while they were taking pics and looking at it closely. He did go and talk to the kitchen and give us a new plate but this is not acceptable. If I had not payed attention to the commotion to the table next to us, I would not have known that I was getting a plate that had sat in front of group of people for 5 mins while they they took photos, talked over it and poked at it. 2. It's irking that the some restaurant's automated tip suggestion is AFTER the tax. This place is one of them. Please check your receipts. read more

Took my elderly patents for a late lunch on Sunday around 2 40ish. We were told to come back around 4 pm if we wanted to dine in because they were busy that only takeout is available. I saw that they had a few empty tables available, and the staff didn't want to let us sit there because they were "busy."" That experience itself said it all. They don't deserve my business.
