Came here with my friends on a statue day night and we ordered online ahead of time because we knew there would be a lot of people. I definitely recommend ordering ahead because there was a ton of people waiting inside. It was clean and the workers were nice. We found parking right away but I could see how it would get packed during the day time since there are other businesses in the plaza. The Jasmine mango smoothie was so good! It was tart and sour but also sweet. It all blended together well.
The Molly Tea hype is exploding all over SoCal. This is a fairly new location in Arcadia I've pass by their location in San Gabriel and the parking situation was such a mess I kept driving. This time I came mentally prepared to wait. The Arcadia location is in a bad parking lot too, but it was less bad than the San Gabriel one. I had my niece scan the QR code while I was driving by the front and we ordered from our phone to avoid waiting in line to order. The inside is a crowded mess. You want to minimally want to deal with the chaos. My niece ordered the Premium Jasmine Matcha ($6.99) and I ordered the Premium Jasmine Tea with the Jasmine Whipped Cream with Pecan ($8.08). All the drinks here are one size. So we waited nearly 30 minutes for our drinks in the comfort of my car. Time went by fast cause I was hanging out with my cute niece but I don't think I normally have the patience for this. When we got the text that the order was ready. We fight the hoard to go to pick up. I was sipping my tea and it was average tea... then I'm like wait something is missing. The jasmine whipped cream and pecan topping that we paid for is missing. Mhmm... we go back in and they gave us these cups they probably normally give to delivery orders and just shrugged us off. No acknowledgement of the order getting messed up. No apology. So back to the tea. For me it was average tea, not worth the wait or the price tag. Even worse for my niece. She took a few sips and THREW IT AWAY. Apparently the Jasmine matcha was awful. Yikes. Not coming back. This place is a mess and I don't even love the drink.
If you love milk teas, but emphasis on the tea, this is your place. Tea was really good. Workers were working hard in their assembly lines. Menu was tiny, ordering screen did not have the same info as the menu so I had to keep referencing back. This place was packed! The price you pay is for the demand and tea quality. Idk. Tea was yummy, but my boba was mush. Initially thought that maybe it's always like that, but after reading the reviews, it seems like that had a really off day for boba. Anyway, I shouldn't have spent that much money and waited for a place that is supposed to be quality boba teas and get mushy boba...
I have been eyeing Molly Tea Arcadia since they had their Grand Opening. I finally made it here last weekend. They sit right in between Kai Ramen and JJ Bakery in the Baldwin Plaza. Perfect spot especially with all the foot traffic from its neighbors and vice versa. Parking can be a challenge with the limited lot space. Pleasantly surprised with the good amount of seating inside. Love the long bench right in front of the counter. Wonderful for customers to sit while waiting for their order. Interior decor was warm and welcoming. There's a big cute figurine statue of Molly I presume. They also have merch for purchase. Two self-ordering kiosks available that are easy and simple to use. One all gender restroom available in the back of the shop. Jasmine Mango Smoothie for me. It was amazing! I loved the Jasmine-scented tea with creamy mango smoothie that came with fresh sweet mango and juicy grapefruit all mixed in with coconut milk. SO GOOD! I would get this again. Premium Jasmine Milk Tea with boba for my Mom. She can taste the delightful Jasmine tea flavor. She loved it! She is not easy to please so well done Molly Tea and thank you. Staff was friendly and working hard trying to get all the orders out. Good job! Prices were very reasonable for the quality drinks they offer. They were super super busy. It took some time for my order to be ready. I felt like I was here for over 30 minutes. Maybe it's best to pre-order online in the future. Just a tip. I'm glad I got a chance to try Molly Tea. I'm coming back to try their other signature flavors. Can't wait!
One of the best drinks I've had so far this year! Molly Tea has a social media following from my understanding. My wife and I happened to be in the area late in the evening and we dropped in. The location has plenty of parking, but I imagine it came be a challenge during earlier hours. The location was packed! Almost all the tables were occupied and it was around 10pm. The vibe was energetic and lively. You come in and order on the kiosk. You can feel a bit rushed if you don't know exactly what you want right away. I ended up choosing the Pistachio Jasmine Coconut and my wife ordered the Premium Jasmine Mango Coconut Tea. The orders were being called out left and right. By the time, we picked up our the staff completed my order by adding the cream and pistachios bits. Super cool! Their drinks have outstanding aesthetics. More importantly, they tasted amazing! The tastes and textures of that pistachio drink left me happy and has me nodding with approval. My wife was very happy with her drink and loved every sip. When the drinks match all the hype. I think the matcha white champaca salted cheese is my new favorite drink. I got it with half sugar and it was the perfect sweetness. I honestly didn't taste much of the matcha though, which was unfortunate, but I did love the green tea with the foam top. It looked more aesthetic with the contrast of colors but it's there more for the aesthetic than the flavor. This location is much better than San Gabriel in terms of wait time and efficiency. My drink came out quickly and the workers were pretty nice.
Absolutely love their matcha jasmine salted cheese! If you think their regular jasmine milk tea is lacking sugar, you should definitely try the matcha jasmine salted cheese instead! I think there's a perfect amount of sweetness in this drink and it's very floral with hints of matcha and saltiness from the salted cheese cold foam.
We stopped by Molly Tea around 12:45 on a Saturday afternoon and honestly had great timing because a huge line started forming right after we ordered. Even with the rush, our drinks came out pretty quickly. We ordered the premium jasmine mango coconut tea and the osmanthus oolong milk tea with boba. I usually prefer my drinks less sweet, so I did 0% sugar on the osmanthus milk tea, although there wasn't an option to adjust the sweetness on the jasmine mango drink. The boba here is pretty small and super soft. It was more of a melt-in-your-mouth texture instead of the usual chewy consistency. The brown sugar boba did overpower the osmanthus flavor a little, but it was still a solid drink overall. Definitely think getting the drink sweetened and adding boba would have been too much sweetness. The jasmine mango coconut tea was definitely on the sweeter side, but the mango flavor was strong and the drink itself was really refreshing. Overall, a good experience and I'd definitely come back to try more drinks on the menu.
I'm really glad Molly Tea opened up a second location with an actual parking lot. The other one in San Gabriel doesn't have much of a parking lot and it's mostly street parking. This one is a little bit smaller than the SG one but that doesn't deter away from the quality of the drinks. My go is usually the Jasmine Tea with Oat Milk. Bonus points that they don't charge extra for Oat Milk as most other places do. One thing that I wished they did was have oat milk was an option into other drinks like their jasmine apple tea. The drinks itself is one of the best for the Jasmine Oat Milk tea. The Jasmine is really fragrant and you can tell immediately that it's special on your first sip. The default of the drink is less ice and less sugar (70%), I personally wouldn't do no ice because it tastes a little different. This Molly Tea is really loud since it's a bit smaller. The doors are almost always open because it's usually packed. There is lots of seating but there aren't many tables and they are small so it's nice to sit and chat but I wouldn't treat it as a study place. Service is pretty good but it can take a while for a drink. It is faster than the SG one since that one can take like 30 mins or so. This one you can get a drink in about 15 mins or so. The parking lot has a few entrances but one of them is an exit only or enter only if you enter on Baldwin. It is shared with other businesses so it can get packed. In short -- I'm addicted to this place so easy 5 stars.
I'm glad that they opened a location in Arcadia cuz I never wanted to wait in line in the San Gabriel location and thus I finally tried Molly Tea for the first time last week. The was no line when I went and I ordered at the kiosk a jasmine milk tea and it was pretty clean and not heavy drink. The place was clean and staff was nice. I also never drank from that type of straw before so it was interesting. Def would be back again to try their other drinks.
Stopped by Molly Tea in Arcadia and kept it simple with 30% sugar, which turned out to be just simple and right. The drink was light and clean, and it was still full of tea flavor without feeling watered down or overly sweet. Ordering was easy with the tablet system. Maybe the staff keeps things moving quickly here moreso, but I prefer this location than the surrounding ones. It didn't take long at all to get my drink, even with a busy flow of people coming in at 3:00pm on a Sunday. So there are a few tables inside, but the tables feel more like a quick stop rather than a place to settle with a laptop setup. A solid spot if you're looking for a fast, well-made tea without the extra fuss.
What a cute spot! The space is modern, inviting, and definitely a place worth spilling the tea about! Ordering is easy through the two kiosks up front, and I liked being able to track my order status on the screen behind the counter- it made the whole process feel smooth and efficient (they also announce your number as it's ready)! I tried the Premium Jasmine Matcha and overall, enjoyed it! The jasmine flavor was strong, fragrant, and really stood out, while the milk tasted fresh and creamy. My only critique is that I personally couldn't taste much of the matcha, so I would have loved a stronger matcha presence to balance it out. There's a small parking lot in front, which is convenient, but it can get crowded quickly depending on the time of day. Overall, a super cute spot for a tea run, and I'd definitely come back to try more from the menu!

Much more convenient compared to the San Gabriel location with ample free parking and the line is much faster to order. It's very cute and vibrant colors inside and the storefront has this cart that is used for multiple influencer photo props. I ordered the premium milk tea with boba and another drink to get the Molly prize. Though I had to remind the staffer about the extra item since they got a billboard flashing about it behind them. So happy that Molly tea opened another location because I hate the parking and long lines at the San Gabriel location. Parking here is a tad bit better compared to the SG location because they have a bigger parking lot, but at the same time, it's shared with other stores in the plaza so parking can be difficult depending on how busy the other places are. I came on a Saturday and parking wasn't too bad. I did an online order before coming so I thought I would be able to just hop in and get out within a few minutes. Boy was I wrong. The pickup section was pretty chaotic. People were standing in front of the pickup section shoving their phones towards the poor girl. Took me so long to pick up my drinks that my husband came in to see what was taking so long. I ordered the snowy Jasmine for myself, which is the premium Jasmine milk tea with their signature whipped cream and pecan pieces. I really like their Jasmine milk tea. It's pretty floral and milky. I got the premium Jasmine milk tea for the hubby and he really enjoyed his drink as well. Will definitely be returning to this location in the future but I hope they improve their pick up process! read more
Finally had to opportunity to try Molly tea after hearing about it from friends in NorCal. Glad they opened up chains in SoCal, let alone, one in Arcadia/626 area. I came here on a Thursday afternoon with no lines at the ordering kiosk/counter, but drinks still took about 10 minutes to come out. The staff wear microphones, which makes hearing what they are saying up close/in-person quite difficult (ie. when asking questions at the ordering counter) - they should designate which staff wears microphones vs. not. For my visit, I really wanted to try the pistachio foam, but they were out of it. I ended up settling for Tongmu Lapsang milk tea: with jasmine whipped cream and pecan. Overall, it was a good cup of milk tea with the tea flavor being strong and aromatic. Tongmu Lapsang tea is black tea from the region of Wuyi Mountiain. It has a smoky aroma with logan-honey note finish. It was creamy and smooth. I ordered it with the Jasmine whipped cream, which came in a separate side cup and the pecans were in a small plastic package, which indicated it's pre-made instead of fresh house-roasted. I did not understand why they didn't just put the whipped cream and pecans together with the drink. Instead, I had to take the lids off of the cup and put the cream on myself, which kind of made a mess. The jasmine whipped cream was good though - light, airy and subtly floral. The pecans added a nice and fun crunch. Unique to Molly tea is their proprietary straws -- it's like 3 coffee stars glued together instead of the traditional boba straws. I guess the concept is that it slows your drinking down so that you can enjoy the flavors of their drinks better. I'll come back whenever I am in the area as a special treat if the lines are not too long. Their tea drinks are quite good, but minus 1 star for the nuisances of their service and for the price tag (my 1 drink costed $11.58) ... now that's steep!!! read more

Loved how they opened a location in arcadia, it's def more convenient for me. I tried their new camellia series and i rlly liked the camellia oolong and camellia matcha. i also tried the jasmine milk tea, which is usually my favorite. The mango pomelo was super refreshing and a great balance of flavors Service was rlly fast, i only waited around 10 minutes for my drinks. lots of seating inside as well read more

Hidden in the plaza, this tea shop is the most amazing spot I've had so far. It can be a bit packed in the plaza and parking is hard to get, they offer online orders for pick up. Would be easier to get an order ahead of time but going inside is great too. They use a kiosk for ordering tea. The best one I had so far, is the snowflake jasmine tea. The whipped cream is so creamy and they add some sweet nuts on top too. The boba is extremely soft, not too soft that it's sticky- it has the right consistency. Very loud place but the vibes there is great even to hang out with friends or a date. The people who work there are nice too just busy so don't get the wrong idea if they don't respond right away. read more

The parking situation is a lot better than the SG location, I can say that but can also get really full since there are other businesses in the plaza. Molly Tea in Arcadia is now open. You can find this location in the same plaza as Sushi Kisen, specifically right next door to JJ Bakery. My husband, our little girl dog (yes this place is dog friendly) and I came by this location two times since their grand opening. And on both visits, I ended up ordering the same drinks: White Champaca Milk Tea, $6.99 prior to tax- I have never had champaca tea before and it is just delicious. This type of tea is made from white peony petals. The floral flavor of this tea is light but very delicious. The milk added to this tea makes it creamy. Premium Jasmine Milk Tea, $6.99 prior to tax- I am not much of a jasmine tea lover but having Molly Tea's jasmine tea is very, very good. And also because this is a milk tea, it was also nice and creamy. I also ended up purchasing a drink for my coworker and she thought it was just delicious and excellent. ------------------------------ From our first visit, the employee who took our order told us that their drinks are not very sweet but the recommended sweetness level is 70%. The funny thing is the girl helping us told us that she typically likes to order the drinks here at 100% sweetness. But for myself, I like to keep things at a low sweetness level, so I opted for my drink to be with 50% sweetness and no ice. At this level, I feel it is probably similar to 25% sweetness level at other tea houses (which is what I typically order). Overall, I really enjoyed my tea drinks and would definitely come back, although the price is a little pricey. But the quality of their drinks is something you can taste. read more
The trick to ordering Molly Tea and avoid waiting as to order way ahead of time online. I am absolutely addicted to the premium jasmine Matcha tea, I don't know about you, but I always shake the drink before popping it open with a straw. I have ordered online a few times here and never had to wait a while outside of the communicated expected wait time. The line can be pretty long, opening day, there was a line of wrapped around the building. Thankfully, parking in this area is fair, but also expected to be packed if there is a special promotion going on. There is plenty of seating inside, if you want to chill, which the ambience can be quite loud and you will have people waiting and standing around you. I love that there are a photo opportunities to show off that pink cup, or the flower logo. Definitely an iconic place to place Molly Tea. read more
Their tea shop just recently opened, and we decided to check it out this week. The interior is absolutely beautiful, very stylish, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. Since it's newly opened, it wasn't too crowded yet, which made the experience even better. I brought my friends visiting from Taiwan to try their milk tea, and they loved it so much that they each had two cups in one day! That says a lot. First time trying at this location; previously went to the Molly Tea in San Gabriel. The parking is slightly bigger but still limited since it is also shared with other restaurant's. There is also not that much seating inside the store. Got the Premium Jasmine Matcha and Premium Jasmine Milk Tea. The drinks were delicious and you can definitely taste the Jasmine in the drink. You also will get the drinks in a cute cup and bag; and the straws are pretty unique. No kiosk to order, but the wait was not long and the line was quite swift compared to the other locations. read more
I had a lovely experience at Molly Tea (Arcadia). I ordered the Premium Jasmine Milk Tea ($6.99 - 70% Sugar - Less Ice) and the Matcha White Champaca Salted Cheese ($7.49 - 70% Sugar - Less Ice). The drinks tasted distinct and delicate. I felt stress seep slowly away as I slumped into the plush chair. (Quick Note: Molly Tea's Hours are Sunday to Thursday 11AM to 10PM; Friday & Saturday 11AM to 11PM.) I arrived at Molly Tea (Arcadia) on Thursday (around 10:30AM). It opens at 11AM, and I was first in line. Friendly Staff even welcomed me inside to wait. Parking is competitive but available; I was able to find a parking spot in this very wide lot. The posted sign states, "2 Hours Limited Parking Only." There's no self-service kiosk, so customers order at counter. Staff is professional, very focused, and diligent. About eight minutes before opening, a line started to form! Popular!!! Staff even used a face microphone which reminded me of Darth Vader. My drinks took two minutes and 24 seconds. Good time!! As mentioned, I enjoyed the Premium Jasmine Milk Tea ($6.99 - 70% Sugar - Less Ice) and the Matcha White Champaca Salted Cheese ($7.49 - 70% Sugar - Less Ice). The Premium Jasmine Milk Tea is delicate and fragrant; it carries a distinct crisp tea flavor. The Matcha White Champaca Salted Cheese is milky with a lurking heaviness from its cheese. The matcha felt fairly faint, but it's a thoughtful & aromatic drink. Personally, I preferred the refreshing, well-portioned Jasmine Milk Tea. Regarding ambiance, Molly Tea (Arcadia) is a glittering gem. It's gorgeous, modern, and extremely clean. The location contains seven tiny tables and three midsized tables. I spotted zero electrical outlets. There's also a gender neutral restroom. However, the music felt very loud. All in all, I felt welcomed and happy at this location. Overall, I found genuine joy at Molly Tea (Arcadia). The drinks tasted much better compared to other locations. And the lines moves swiftly with its dedicated staff. If you love thoughtful & refreshing tea, this is a very easy recommendation. 4.9 out of 5! GO!! read more

Known for their bring pink cups, Molly tea serves drinks that you may never have heard of. Come here with an open mind and willing to try anything new! I visited during their soft opening. Drinks: Since it was my first time, I elected for the two basic, and most popular drinks. I enjoyed the apple milk tea because of the fruity and unique apple taste in the tea. The tea used here is strong and can be experienced in every sip. It is something I have never tasted before, but a good way. Fresh milk is used here but since I'm lactose intolerant, I substituted for oat milk. In my opinion, the drink was better with the fresh milk. Service/Ambiance: The service is helpful and drinks are made in a timely manner. There are plenty of tables and seats to sit and wait around in. The store is clean, but loud during busy times. Overall, I would rate it a 5/5 because of the quality of tea and complex taste in their drinks. These drinks are not watered down and the quality goes far beyond its competitors. I would recommend. It was their grand opening over the weekend and they had their bogo deal for their drinks! As a big Molly Tea fan, of course I have to go! I went on Sunday around 1PM and the line wasn't bad at all! I had to wait around 15 mins to order, so the line went pretty fast. I had to wait another 15 mins for my drinks, which is so good! You can tell the staff work super hard to get everything out with such efficiency. I ordered their classic Jasmine Cloud and got the Jasmine Tea as my bogo option. Their Jasmine tea is amazing as always! They even have a raffle station in the front if you give them your receipt. This location has a different vibe compare to the San Gabriel location with a lot of seatings. It is a little smaller, but a lot more cozy and modernize. read more

Total line and drink wait time was 30 minutes, went by really fast considering the amount of customers. + Premium Jasmine Milk Tea ($6.99; half sweet): nice fragrant jasmine flavor, perfect sweetness, any less wouldn't have been good (8.2/10) + Peach Tieguanyin Oolong Milk Tea ($6.59): super fruity and peach forward, good tea flavor too I wouldn't have known there was milk in this (7.8/10) Loved the little freebies. Came here for the grand opening and took advantage of the BOGO deal to try multiple drinks. The free drink was limited to be their floral drinks. The drinks were ordered with 30% sugar and think it's just right. Ordered the snowy Jasmine, matcha jasmine salted cheese, dancong oolong tea, white champaca milk tea, and pistachio jasmine coconut (ordered 70%). The snowy jasmine was the best with the buttery toffee pecans, light whipped cream and had a strong floral tea flavor. They had multiple people working so the drinks were ready fairly fast and the line moved quickly when I went in the late afternoon. read more

WAU I'm so glad a Molly Tea opened closer to me :') My go-to spot was the one in San Gabriel. Between the two locations, I prefer this one more. I noticed the drinks are a lot less watered down & even the parking situation is a lot better than the SG location. I came on a Thursday around lunch time and it wasn't too packed to my surprise. My order is ALWAYS the Jasmine milk tea. I love Molly Tea so much because my Jasmine is always so floral and fragrant. I'll be back soon! :) read more

Very good drinks! Line wasn't too bad but depends on time and day. You can order online to make it faster. Parking is not bad, but the space inside is on the smaller side for the amount of people here. Don't plan on staying to get a table to sit and chat. Jasmine tea was perfect. DO NOT get the boba it's oddly large with no taste, just get the tea. Staff was friendly and professional. read more

Popped up to the soft opening today with my wife, extremely excited that this location is a lot closer to my home as opposite to their San Gabriel location. Of note, because we were there for their soft opening, they had a special combo that came with a magnetic pin and jasmine tea sachets! The premium jasmine milk tea was still the perfect balance of sweet and milky without being too strong either direction. I personally prefer it to other milk teas I've tried from differing brands. I also enjoyed how much more spacious the location is especially with parking. Will definitely be back, I am cautiously optimistic that their wait won't be as bad with the use of virtual ordering from their app. I will say that because they are still working out their early kinks that we may have just gotten lucky since we were one of the first patrons. read more

It's actually open now. Checked it out today. They are giving jasmine milk tea and apple tea samples outside and tea sachet if you leave a review on Google or Yelp This is the ultimate tea experience. I've been to the one in SG many times and so glad this is within walking distance from the Santa Anita Mall. Very nice friendly staff who speaks English well yay read more
Came on their grand opening today and it's a lot more organized than when the San Gabriel one opened. The drinks are just as good as their other locations. I will say their white champaca and jasmine ones taste a lot more similar than what I remember with the Jasmine having more of a floral after taste. First time visiting this chain tea shop from China. Nice, elegant, simple decor with indoor seating. You order at a kiosk. Our favorite was the premium jasmine tea with boba and premium jasmine milk tea. It had a pleasant floral taste and it's not too sweet. The peach oolong milk tea and premium jasmine apple milk tea was only ok. I felt the fruit flavor and the tea were too faint and not enough flavor for me. I felt this place was overhyped, the drinks were overpriced and the cups too small. read more

My favorite drinks are their snowy jasmine milk tea and their white champaca milk tea. The interior is cute and modern and there's a good amount of tables and seating. Service is very friendly and professional although can be a bit slow during grand opening. There's one gender neutral restroom. They're located in the JJ Bakery plaza, so parking there is free but not ample depending on the time/day. read more

Super happy that Molly Tea is opened in Arcadia now! I've been here on grand opening week multiple times and tea is on par to San Gabriel and the ones I've been to in Guangzhou China. I feel like maybe less people go to this one as it's less known that they are open here compared to the San Gabriel location. I'd definitely will be going to this one more since I won't have to wait over an hour for my drink and it's way closer to me now! read more
