I should have read the reviews before trying this place, unfortunately we did not, it's a standard low quality ingredient restaurant, the server didn't know what actual maple syrup was... smh.. we ended up ordering omelets my wife received the steak omelet and I ordered the country omelet, I received several bites of steak in mine, I'm guessing they cooked them together, once we received the food no one checked on us until it was time to pay the check, anyway the food was mediocre nothing exciting, our bill was approximately $62 for low quality food, we will not be returning. read more

Had the pleasure of having breakfast at Morning Glory Brunchery yesterday. Husband had an early doctor's appointment which we always follow with a breakfast out. After a google search, I found this gem hidden away on McKellips. Maria greeted us at the door with a warm smile and invited us in. We ordered the eggs benedict florentine. They were perfect! Hollandaise was so smooth and delicious. Seasoned potatoes that came with it were plentiful and delicious too. So glad we found this quaint little restaurant, we will be back. read more

Was looking for a breakfast place early in the morning near Falcon Field Airport. Not a lot of choices. Recall eating at the Iowa Cafe years ago and it sadly was listed as closed in 2018. Found the Morning Glory Brunchery and first in the door at 6:30. Ordered the steak and eggs breakfast special served with home fries, and asked for an english muffin. The steak was a small breakfast steak, cooked the way I asked. Eggs were a bit overdone but all was tasty. Service was good. Mother's day brunch was nothing but horrendous! I read the reviews here thought this would be perfect to take Mom too. Boy was I wrong. Pancakes: cold Corned Beef: all fat! (couldn't find a lean chunk) Hashbrowns : empty container Boiled Potato bites : very stale and mushy Scrambled eggs: hard gravy: salty fruit: not ripe (watermelon was blah, strawberries about a week old/dry) desserts: day old-prepackaged Definitely not worth the almost $200 we spent for 5 of us!!!!! Then, they charged us, in addition to $30/plate, $3.50 for coffees and $4.75 for a pump of french vanilla in a coffee. They wouldn't even take our cheesy $5 coupon. I don't know who these people are leaving all these wonderful reviews, but this is NOT THAT PLACE. HORRIBLE!!!! No omelets, made to order anything, or any other variations. We stopped at Morning Glory Brunchery today On Baseline in Mesa. What a sweet place to have a delicious breakfast. We ordered Irish coffee first and then an amazing veggie omelet & a ham scrambled egg breakfast. All delicious. Our server, Freddy was awesome, too. Coffee refills and friendly staff made our spur of the moment decision to stop there a great choice. We didn't have to wait too long to be seated, but there was a crowd by the time we left. This place has been on his radar for a while so we decided to stop in and give it a try. It is a small place, but there is ame seating and the decor is modern. We were seated immediately and our waitress was friendly and attentive. Their menu has many breakfast and lunch options and I am a sucker for biscuits and gravy so that is what I chose, I added sausage links for an extra charge. I ordered OJ and water for beverages and the OJ was very good, it tastes freshly squeezed, but am not sure if it actually is. A short time after ordering our food arrived and on my plate was two open faced biscuits covered with gravy and an open faced sausage link. I was ready to dig in. The biscuit was soft and flavorful and the gravy was good, a little too much pepper for my taste, but I ate it anyway because it was just that good. The sausage was flavorful and complimented the biscuit and gravy well. Our waitress checked on us several times and made sure we were happy. I'm leaning more towards 2.5 Stars but since that isn't an option, I'll give Morning Glory 3 Stars. I ordered breakfast on UberEats from them today and it was nothing special. I ordered the Meat Lovers Omelette and the French Toast. The Meat Lover Omelette was just average, the portion was quite small. The cheese was not fully melted and the meat was quite salty but I've had worse omelettes. The Potatoes were undercooked and there were not many of them. The French Toast had a sour flavor that left a bad taste in my mouth. There were only three small slices of bread and the bitter flavor really caught me off guard. Overall, I would probably skip this place and try another competitor. I've had much better food for half the price. read more

Our server Joann was the best part of our first experience at Morning Glory Brunchery, and it was pretty great in general! The establishment is cutie and fairly quiet. The time of service and receiving beverages and food was timely and the quality of that food was DELICIOUS! I don't usually like pancakes, but I'm so glad I took the leap because those are the best chocolate chip pancakes I've ever had. Truly. So we wanted to go today and get brunch we spent less than $50 with tip and got a whole lot of food huevos con chorizo and French toast combo we're so good! I definitely recommend trying this spot and the staff is so friendly and smiley, restaurant is very clean and well set up with a roomy floor layout! My group chose the Santa Clara Skillet, Eggs Benedict, Western Omelette, three of us got the BLT with avocado. They came with perfectly done onion rings. All was very good, but the Santa Clara Skillet was the favorite choice. That mix of chicken, onions, green peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, and cheese was yummy. The service was excellent! My mom has been coming here for a while and she kept telling me that I needed to check it out. We went here on Sunday around 1:30 pm and it was pretty much empty. I'm glad I came it is so....good I was impressed. I need to bring my husband here for burgers which he loves to see if they're good. The fries and fry sauce are so good! My mom had the portabello sandwich and omg it was amazing. I've never had anything that was so "fresh" tasting and rich at the same time. It was made with their homemade focaccia. I would come back and split that with mom. It was huge. I ordered the breakfast burritio which honestly I'd have to say was eeeeeehhhhhh. I ordered it without sour cream (which I don't think would have contributed much to it) and with steak. Unfortunately the steak was kind of fatty so I had to take a bunch of pieces out. Make sure to ask for their homemade salsa instead of the pace picante they served by default. I don't really know how to improve the breakfast burrito but it needs much more flavor.
