We usually order out and pick up pizza but tonight we decided to try and be all you can for $9.99 a person. I guess you get what you pay for. The service was bad for one. The pizza that was under the heat lamp was there forever apparently just judging by the drive pepperonis on top. The salad bar was picked through and not fresh. I ordered online for delivery. One medium pizza with three toppings and one large pizza with three toppings with 10% tip (just under $5) I spent over $50 and that was with the $4 coupon online. The pizzas were a size smaller than I expected. The medium is the size of a personal pizza you'd get at build your own pizza shop and the large was more like a medium. They don't measure their pizza buy inches but by slices and the slices are half the size of a normal pizza slice. Each about 2 inches of crust. Like a kids pizza. The crust was dry and the over pizza was dry. Definitely not worth the money, very disappointed. I gave two stars because we still ate it. The staff is doing a great job during this pandemic. I order food for me and my staff and they did an amazing job. They made us 70 individual pizza and delivered them nice and hot. The driver took very good precautions wearing gloves and a mask while handling the pizza boxes. The pizza tasted amazing as always. I ordered her for the first time through Postmates. I ordered it me large pizza and one 24 piece traditional wings. The pizza was pretty good. My fiancé doesn't like spicy, so I ordered plain but with Buffalo dipping sauce. I spent $75 for just two items. I expect my orders to be perfect if I'm spending so much money. I received the wings with no dipping sauce so I had very plain wings. If they take care of their mistake through this review I will give them another shot. Lets be real here. This is not a pizza parlor that I would normally step into. It is (gasp) a chain. And I have had one of their pizzas when we were down in San Diego. I've had better. But, hear me out. This isn't a bad pizza either. It's OK. This particular store is clean. You can expect to be served by youngins. The service is as good as the person who is there that night. And it was good that night. We ordered one pizza to go. The pizza came out beautifully crusty, and decorated. Yes. Decorated. Generous piles of meats, artfully arranged as only a control freak would desire to do. Crisp pepperoni lined up in single file, with one dab of sausage on top of each pepperoni. And Canadian bacon masterfully surrounding each pepperoni tower. The cheese is adequate, as is the tomato sauce. It looked good. It tasted good. It does not by any means jump to the front of the line, ahead of my favorite deep dish Chicago pizza place. But if I were at a party, I would eat a second slice. I just bloat out like Violet Beauregarde in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory when she eats Wonka's magic chewing gum. Their pizza is by far the best pizza I have ever eaten. I am highly picky with my pizza, I have tried many places, and non honestly compare. So far I have tried their pineapple pizza with garlic sauce, their alpine with garlic sauce which had everything on it and their regular pepperoni pizza. All are amazing pizzas! I've also tried their BBQ wings. They weren't my favorite, but I'm not a big fan of that kind of taste. I'm dying to try their buffalo wings! Now I have never stepped foot where the magic happens. We went to this place after a long day of work, pizza was good and the staff was friendly except when I stood up to rocky my fussy baby, I noticed there was a dead cockroack on the floor right behind my hair. It was so gross and very off putting. This was our first time here too. We sat at a table near front half of the restaurant. When we had arrived, our table hadn't been wiped and there were crumbs from the previous diners. We had to ask for it to be wiped down, again the staff was very friendly and I appreciated that but seeing a dead cockroach on the floor ruined it for me. read more

TIMBERRRRR!!! Mike the lumberjack might have made timber on the mountain better than pizza in the city. I don't mind paying a little more for quality, but a little more for bland does not sit well with me. Unseasoned, bland, boooooooring pizza should not be sold at a premium. It's been quite a while since I've gone back here, after a few stops to see how it was actually performing before writing an update I can say they have better staff at least in the afternoon. I usually stop in for their 50% deal on Tuesdays and it's pretty quick to get a pizza there and the hostesses are always pretty upbeat and recognize the regulars. The pizza is nice although a little thin on sauce, on regular days it's not bad but the XL / Mountain size is pretty costly which knocks it down a peg in my book. I like it but when I'm buying for extra family coming over it's a steep price really. Unfortunately as someone who has visited since it opened you feel the pinch of the price increases as things go on. Overall it's improved over past experiences, the staff notes that after 5pm the place and orders really kick up into high gear so if you want your order quickly then try to run in before that. I can say it's usually a max of a 20 minute wait anytime before that. I appreciate that management has taken a step to improve upon what was essentially a completely apathetic atmosphere where quality, customers and satisfaction were dead last for the location.
