Pleasant staff and clean dining area, but it should be since COVID. While I didn't try the pizza, I did try the Cliff Hanger Sandwich. After the 1st bite, the quality of it would have had me jumping from any cliff without thought! By far, the worst sandwich I have ever paid good money for with a few pieces of pepperoni sized very thin salami, some small scraps of lettuce which they advertised as crisp (cough), mayo, and a slice of tomato. There was supposed to be cheese on a decent tasting roll but I it would have been a hard sell to convince me there was any cheese on it. Add a few potato wedges and you have the Cliff Hanger for a whopping $8.99. I would have been better off getting a Panini sandwich from the deli at the supermarket next door for $4.99. While the manager was nice enough to double the amount of salami on it (didn't take much) by bring it out in a separate container as the pieces floated in grease since it was heated, it disgustingly a total ripoff; it certainly was not worth 1/2 of what I paid given that even though the potato wedges were ok, they did not stock any ketchup for them, just ranch dressing. Again, I did not try there pizza but if the sandwich was any indication, the next time I want a pizza and especially a sandwich, I will be at the local market in the frozen food section instead. 90 minutes later and a PBJ is sounding pretty good... The owner needs to seriously reevaluate even having any sandwiches on the menu and should just stick to pizza since they seem to be getting far better reviews. Either way, a trip to any deli will be an education on what a sandwich should at least look like in regards to meat serving size. read more

I order pizza regularly from Mountain Mikes in Corona and on three separate occasions I have experienced ingredients missing from my pizza. One time, I decided to dine in and ordered the MT. Veggiemore and noticed the tomatoes were missing. When I went to one of the staff members about the issue, the girl handed me a plate of raw tomatoes. The second time, I added artichoke to my pizza and was charged extra, but did not receive the artichoke. Tonight, I ordered the Robbers Roost and noticed that the green onions that were supposed to be on the pizza were no where to be found. Finally a place that uses good quality pepperoni! This is some good pizza served in a very nice and clean restaurant with very good service. We have been there twice and were well taken care of both times. They serve beer and wine and have numerous special pizza options. Staff is friendly and courteous. There are many other pizza places in the area that are just as good, if not better, regarding both the quality of the food and the service. Would probably not recommend MM. The worker who took our order wasn't exactly personable. Additionally, we asked her if we could split the pizza so that we could have half of one topping and half of another. At many other pizza places we've been to, this still counts as one topping because there is technically only one topping on each part of the pizza. While I understand this particular place may have company policies against this, it could have been handled better. She was extremely condescending. Also, 50 cents for a little tiny souffle cup of ranch dressing? However, the location was very well kept and clean. The tiny little baby pepperonis were cute and funny to me and were really good. An hour and a half later (this place is only 2 miles away) - our order shows up wrong (wrong pizza, toppings, ect) and the garlic bread was this burnt as hell cracker - basically looks like they took pizza crust, baked it then brush garlic butter on it. We called - took us 20min to get them to pick up. On hold another five. Then they say they're sorry they were out of the garlic bread, sooo... you gave me burnt buttery crust? both were super super cold (pizza and cracker thing). So we can and then girl only offers us 20% off our next order - bruh you mean the coupon that's on your website for everyone? No, we want our food lol I'm hungry. So after they go back and forth they offer to replace the pizza, only - cause they're out of the bread. So first off I'd like to explain why I gave Mountain Mike's only a two star rating. their pizza was amazing. I've actually always been good with their pizza and their salad bar is actually really good as well. They have a lot of varieties of toppings at the salad bar and they add a little bit of extra stuff. But as for customer service I have to give them a low rating. I'm not saying that the people there weren't nice because they were but, I actually was injured at their place yesterday and they kind of seemed like they really didn't care or take it seriously. I was wearing my normal flip-flops that I wear everywhere and when we came into the restaurant I noticed that there was a lot of crackling under my feet I walked to go view the salad bar and almost slipped on the floor and had to grab my husband so that I didn't fall. nobody at that point bothered to do anything knowing that somebody just slipped in front of them. The girl at the register said oh I'm sorry about that. no Clean up right away or nothing so I placed my order and went into the restroom and as I was coming out of the stall to wash my hands once again my foot caught the same substance in the bathroom and I slipped and fell against the stall edge and bruised my whole forearm with a huge knot you could see the injury it was visible and my arm hurt. I told the girl at the front desk that I slipped and hit my arm in the bathroom and hurt myself and once again I'll she said was I'm sorry no offering to get me an ice pack no anything. So I figured she would tell the manager and he would come out and talk to me regarding the injury or make a report or anything and nothing happened I had to ask for the manager let him know that there was flour all over the floor that was causing me to slip and that I slipped and hurt myself in the bathroom and he also didn't do anything about it except say I'll get that cleaned up.I'm very disappointed they didn't offer to make a report , get me an ice nothing it just kind of upset me that something like that would happen it could've been worse I could have fell forward and hit my head on the sink luckily I caught myself and fell into the stall edge. Once I told the manager about my injury I had to go back up and ask for an ice pack because my whole arm was swollen and I could not put it down or rested upon the table or anything else without being in pain. So all in all their food is decent the mozzarella sticks that she is wasn't multi it they weren't that good and the boneless chicken wings that my daughter had she said were only subpar. It's a pretty cool place to go to but obviously dangerous and a little disappointing in the customer service area. read more

I really want to give this place a better rating. I mean the pizza was very good. The cashier was sweet as all get out but there was only two other tables occupied when we were there. The pizza took almost 40 minutes to get there. I can live with that. Heck just get another beer. The problem was that the pizza was no where no way hot out of the oven. The pizza was okay while the meat ingredients were awesome, the cheese was a little plain and not as flavorful which affected the overall flavor of the pizza. Long story short: went online and ordered a heart shaped pizza for the family, for a quiet Valentine's Day at home. Delivery ETA was 45 minutes. An hour and a half later, no pizza. I tried to call to check status and the phone just rings and rings. I call back 5x, still no answer. Not knowing if we will ever get our dinner, I decided to DRIVE to the place to see what the heck is going on. I walk in, they check the system, they say "we show it's already been delivered" (which it HADN'T), so they try to call the driver. No answer. The young girl helping me goes back to talk with the "Manager" and they then offer to remake my order and give me a free soda or beer to "make it up to me." I decline, hoping they can sense my extreme frustration at the situation. I have to ask them to refund "at least" the delivery charge and my prepaid tip (which they do, but that's it). While I'm there, the driver delivers the original order (2 hours later); I opt to take home the remade "hot" pizza and go home to salvage what is left of our family dinner. My $0.02 ... you'd think they would refund me my money given the hassle, or at least send the Manager out to apologize for the debacle ... nope.
