******DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY***** I can't believe this is a real moving company. I get problems and issues arise but the way I was treated was uncalled for. Firstly I hired this company and they showed up at the wrong time. They told me they would be back later on in the day at the correct time. I called Barbara throughout the day and she kept pushing back the time further. Finally I called late in the afternoon and Barbara jus canceled the whole thing as the movers were still at another job. She said she was going to refund me and she referred me to this other more expensive moving company. I had no other should but to hire them that night as I had to be out that night. I kept trying to call Barbara but she would not pick up the phone. Im going to do more research on reporting them to the better business bureau. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! read more

Barbara and the gentlemen at the Moving-On movers helped us a lot with our big move to a house with 4 bedrooms. They were extremely professional, helped take down fixtures and bed frames, and even reinstalled them at the new location. During transport, my mother's dresser mirror broke. They immediately volunteered to either replace or pay for the dresser mirror. I just unpacked my laptop from my office box clearly labeled FRAGILE, only to find it smashed and screen is broken! I also have a broken drawer on my nightstand! And, the fact that she assumes I was ok with them coming late ....I didn't have a choice! I called Moving On a week prior to my move. Barbara answered the phone and was very friendly. She took down my information and said someone would confirm the day before the move. They did! The movers were terrific, friendly and courteous. They wrapped the delicate items and made sure the truck was loaded properly so that nothing would slide around and get damaged. At the new apartment, they had a great process where one guy would unload and the other would roll the items into my apartment. They were very efficient. I'd book them again! read more

Stay FAR away from this company!! We hired them for our move on 2/24/21. They showed up 2 hours late, and omitted that our job should have been an 8 hour move,not 12 hrs. They were to be there by 10am,didn't arrive until 12PM. Took them 7.5 hours just to load their truck. It was only a 3 bedroom home with minimal furniture. Took over an hour for lunch and only took off 30 min. Did not reconnect my appliances,left items still back at the old house. TV's,chairs,desk,pictures. To expedite them,I ended up assisting with dismantling of tables and wrapping up furniture. They charged me a 20% fuel surcharge. Claiming it's because they need to run the engine of the truck for the lift gate. Never once did they have the engine running. Had to listen to one of the workers talk about being locked up in jail. Meanwhile,only one of the movers wore a face covering. The others were not in CDC compliance. My wife had to leave and was unable to stay because of that. They left their equipment and trash behind. Forgot part of our bedroom set so we had to sleep on the floor until I could return the next day for the rest of the bed accessories. 3 hours to offload the truck at 8:30 at night. I ended up reconnecting my appliances myself. The only guy who really worked,had to tell me that "Darren" was milking it. I paid $1700 cash to a company that did absolutely nothing to fix what they did. These guys are crooks and will nickel and dime you for everything. I had to hire more movers and rent a truck to finish the job. Please,if you want to have piece of mind,go somewhere else. read more

I called Moving On a Saturday Morning shortly after having a moving company no call/ no show. Moving on was able to book me the day of and successful move everything i had all within 2-3 hours. The movers were incredibly nice and had excellent customer service. Not only were they able to move my things into my new place, but they educated me on how to disassemble my furniture. Barbara her self was wonderful! she stayed in contact with all the way up until the movers got to my house. Had to move last minute and came across an ad for this place online. The rate was very reasonable compared to other moving companies. The two guys that showed up were very careful and did an excellent job of making sure nothing got damaged. They even brought down a huge couch off the balcony and back up another balcony. The movers were great guys but there manager or whoever the lady that you book with and deal with when comes to payment, well she kills it for the guys who actually put in the work!!! Barbara is very nice and so are the movers, the movers were aware before they came to my house of the items that needed to be moved, they said no problem, they are very careful with all people's belongings. That was an untrue statement, a few pieces of my furniture were damaged even though they were wrapped and also almost every piece of my concrete figures were damaged. I have an oil painting on canvas that was damaged by the movers placing other pictures against the canvas, I contacted Barbara, she said I should have told the movers how important that painting is, but why should I have to tell them, they are supposed to be professional movers and should treat people's belongs like every piece is irreplaceable. Stop searching for a mover and call Moving On! They are absolutely fantastic. I called Moving On Movers in a desperate situation when I had to change our moving day last-minute. Barbara answered the call after-hours and was eager to accommodate our move date and specific needs. She called to confirm the day before and the morning of the move. There was a move before ours in which the customers underestimated the time it would take to move their items, which caused a delay in our movers showing up. This wasn't their fault at all and it was the risk we took booking the 2nd move of the day. When the guys showed up (she gave me 4 guys for the price of 3 for the inconvenience), they were extremely professional, energetic, efficient, and personable. We couldn't believe they had already been moving for hours before they showed up at our place. They were great with our kids and careful with our items. They only thing that bothered me was they showed up an hour late and it took them an additional hour on top of the 3 hours I was quoted to load and unload my stuff ( I have a one-bedroom apartment). However, I month a later after the service was completed, I was trying to sell my bed frame and thought her guys broken my frame because I couldn't get the screw out. I know everybody doesn't have the same experience. However I received a great service from this company from the beginning to the end. Barbara responded promptly to my inquiry and always kept in touch with me. The day of the moving the guys were right on time and to be honest I didn't see them to take a single break. We were moving out from a 2 bed apartment so I didn't think we had a lot of stuff. I completely underestimated the amount of things we had so obviously it took longer that I had anticipated. However thanks to them the move went very smoothly. The guys were very professional, strong, quick and had the best attitude. I had two very heavy dressers that I wanted to keep. Now i feel bad for those two men. It was a little bit too much. But they never complained. This is honestly the quickest and most professional moving service ever. I called last minute and they sent me two movers within an hour to empty out my Uhaul. It took them 30 minutes to empty out my entire office full of heavy desks and chairs. They stacked everything neatly in my garage. I will definitely be using these guys again. Moving is such a headache, but if you want to make your life a lot easier make sure you call the folks at Moving On. I had one day to move 40 miles from Fullerton to Rancho Mission Viejo. I had checked with several moving companies who were mostly over priced per hour with crazy trip and fuel fees. I found Moving on Movers on Craig's list and they were reasonably priced. On the day of my move they arrived promptly at 9am as I requested. Both guys were great. They used the utmost care when handling my furniture and belongings. They spent extra time to cover and wrap everything. And, they are fast! They completed the entire job in way less time than I expected and that was with a 40 min drive to my new location. The folks at Moving On Movers were professional, dependable and very hard working. Moving sucks and hiring movers can be scary, but these folks really came through and made a potentially stressful day very easy and stress free. I will definitely recommend them to anyone moving. Yes! Barbara IS super nice, as the previous review stated. She was so helpful in getting the move of my dads apt scheduled ASAP due to a flood ( next day, who does that? Moving On sure did, that's who). Ricky and Tim arrived on time and got to work right away, but not before taking care to listen and have an understanding of what was to be packed and how to unload at storage and my time restriction as I live quite a distance and had a class in the evening that I couldn't miss. Ricky also carefully reviewed the contract with me making sure I understood all the terms. They were both very friendly but kept working the whole time. I haven't had a moving experience in over 25 yrs, but I can say that the last one was not memorable, at least not in any regard to the movers. This company was awesome all around. Barbara booked my move and she was lovely to deal with, so friendly and helpful, and she got back to me very quickly. They were actually the only company that even responded to me the day I inquired. The team they sent me was great, my movers were so helpful and professional at all times. I had a lot of stairs (3rd floor unit to another 3rd floor unit) and they were still so gracious. I've had some nightmare moving experiences, but this was not one of them. All of my items were relocated with zero damage. I had to move on very short notice due to renovations, and this company made that as stress-free as possible given the circumstances. If I could give them no stars I would. Barbara is just a nasty old women who needs a serious attitude adjustment. Never was I notified that the "fuel" fee was 20% of the entire rate. ( ended up paying 88 dollars for a 5 mile drive down the ride that took 8 minutes to get there) i had instructed them from the beginning to dissemble 2 pieces that were drilled to my walls and re assemble them in the new place. Only after they took them down and got to my new place did they tell me they couldn't assemble them back because they didn't even have a stud finder. Shoe rack was ripped. After they were apparently done with the load the supervisor came upstairs and had me sign a paper and told me they would meet me at the new apartment. I was already about 15 minutes down the road when I get a call saying that they forgot 1 wardrobe box and there tools upstairs in my old place. So I drive 15 minutes back to let them in and what do you know. I was charged for that time too. After I confronted Barbara with these concerns she did absolutely nothing to help. Not only that she was extremely rude and nasty on the phone. Oh wait. She threw in 3 cardboard boxes LOL thanks barb. What terrible customer service. My 2 night stands were scratched that cant be undone. But that wasn't her problem either. When it clearly states that furniture would be shrink wrapped. ( as you could guess it wasn't) ended up paying 528 dollars for a total halfass move. Totally disgusted with this woman. Nobody use these people!!!!!!! What a joke. Thanks for nothing barb read more
