I wish we had worked with this company directly rather than having the job subcontracted out 4 times. Once they picked up our stuff from the other moving company, they communicated well about their time frame and extra fees associated with delivering to Seattle (have to move things from a semi to a uhaul). They were not told about the 2nd location they needed to deliver to and that was an issue that we worked out with the company that subcontracted to them, but they made it happen. While this whole moving experience has been absolutely awful, I'm sure working directly with them would have been a much better experience. They are hard workers and upfront about extra costs. DO NOT USE MOVING RELOCATION SERVICES. They either broke or lost multiple items. They claim they don't have the required documents that their insurance company requires when you need to put in a claim. So you are out of luck. Do not believe anything Chris the salesman says. He's your buddy up until you sign the contract then he doesn't know you or even attempt to help you. Customer service is nonexistent. Do not pay cash. Pay by credit card. Make sure the manifest is 100% accurate and legible before they leave you home. When they deliver your items compared everything to the initial manifest. If som is either broken or missing either pay them with a credit card (where you can put a hold on payment) or check which you card also put on hold. This way they won't get paid until you the customer is satisfied. LET THE BUYER BEWARE read more

Well if you don't care about your stuff and want to pay lot of money for your move, definitely hire them. Worst moving company i have ever worked with. They charged us almost double of what they quoted us on phone and my most of my stuff when arrived had scratches. Two guys came to home with entire truck already full. They spent almost 2 hours to first make space for our stuff. They then loaded our stuff and randomly wrote the space our stuff took and charged us almost double of what was quoted to us. The guy (he called himself CEO) even before he started started scaring us that the prices always go higher and all. They assured that our stuff will reach in a week but actually took 3 weeks and we had to constantly call them. In the end when we got our stuff the guy who delivered was the most rude person i have ever met. He was throwing our stuff, didn't want to take of tapes, and was swearing all the time. When we opened our stuff, there were scratches ( I will also post some pics )on my couch, table, my TV screen was broken, they misplaced our rug and also one of our luggage was also missing (which we got after a month of delivery with us calling them constantly). We haven't got a single penny yet for all our loss. My suggestion is that you guys go with a better relocation service and never ever choose this company. read more

I was very nervous about using a moving company. Everyone has heard the nightmare stories from friends. But I didn't have any nightmare scenarios with these guys. It wasn't with out some bumps but they were flexible and helpful, and cut me some breaks to make up for misunderstandings or miscommunication. I was tense the whole time but it turned out there was no need to be. In the end my stuff got to my new house, mostly unbroken and fairly quickly from the date it shipped out. I'm not very easy to impress but when a business does manage it I remember and will use them again. I'd use these guys again and that says a lot. read more

Mr Personality, Michael offered fantastic delivery service with his assistant Jeff. They navigated the 3 floors to my apartment and a small space made smaller with big furniture - without a scuff. Our move was seeming to be a nightmare with I&A moving and storage but once I received a call from Michael that he was on his route to deliver our household items to Washington from California, his voice just seemed so assuring that I knew this was truly happening! I moved from California to Washington in 2016. This company made the move much easier. They packed up the house and loaded everything. They cleaned up afterwards and didn't leave a mess like some other companies I have used did. They deliver all my stuff on time when they said they would. They didn't break anything and moved everything where I wanted it to go. I hate moving for the fact of packing and unpacking and they made this much better for me. I would definitely use them again. I went through another company who then hires different moving companies to pick-up your belongings & drop off your stuff 1-2 weeks later. The actual Company I hired FINALLY did something right & called Avi to my rescue! Avi & his associate Tommy were awesome! Michael and his team did such a great job with our move from Irvine california to Bellevue Washington. They came within 3 days of leaving california. Titus and Tommy assisted Michael in getting our stuff off the truck and placing it in our apartment and storage space as we directed them. They were very cordial professional and extremely friendly. They reassesmbled my furniture and when I asked my glass table be rearranged as it was placed upside down they cordially complied. We even had cups of chai together. Michael called me to inform me when he left california, called me when they were delayed and called when an hour away. Amazing company to work with, and completely reliable. My experience with this company was not so good. First they lied about my delivery date(moved from California to Texas In June) . 2 weeks later they were at my door and had lost my whole bed. Not only that, they damaged my 42 inch flat screen t. V. That was supposed to be in a crate. But was just wrapped in blankets and boxes and charged me for extra for it. They finally found my bed and I had it with in a week. I had to put in a claim for my t. V and here it is October and the claims department told me they dropped my claim because the company wouldn't return their call for more information. I look in the mail today and moving on relocation sent me a check for $100 to replace a t. V that cost over $300. Are you kidding me?. I will never use them again. the owner is joke, this whole company is a joke. They were extremely friendly and arrived in Oregon earlier then they said they would which we were over the moon about. They called giving adequate notice and arrived right on the dot. Wow Michael and his crew were amazing. Moved from Southern California to Portland Oregon. They took literally 1-2 days to deliver. The delivery was said to take 7-14 days and wow I'm so glad it came earlier we had to get an air mattress for the first two nights. Came at 8am exactly just like he told me before. Man I can't say enough about these guys. Very nice guys and very personable. Would definitely recommend and use them again! The worst possible moving company. They work with Anthem Claim Management which is not a claim company, they only reject your claim. They ask for 100% over your quote, simply charge you for stairs (at pick up and delivery both), elevator, long distance, heavy items, bad shape items etc. All positive values are their friends. The gay in the video who is CEO is a very good cheater. They lost, broke, and ask for more money. You would not get your stuff without damage. The claim company for the best scenario pay you 50$ for 2000$ damage. Strongly recommend to have a look at "Anthem Claim Management" reviews too. read more

I was provided misinformation about delivery policies. When shipper called to confirm pick-up date, was told that it could take up to 21 days to arrive vs. the 3-5 that the salesperson told me. And, salesperson was no longer with the company. So, I was told I would get a full refund on my deposit, but now cannot get anyone to call me back to confirm they have done that. (Credit card shows it has not happened yet.) I just filed a complaint with the DOT. read more

This company should be shut down. To start I was promised a pick-up date of either 7 or 8 May. The sales rep, Janet told me I would receive a phone call one day prior to confirm the pick-up date and time, I never received the call. I was called by the drive on Sunday 8 May to tell me he was an hour away and on his way, I told him I had someone else already as they had failed to confirm their pick-up, as promised. I was immediately called by Janet and asked if I would accommodate the move on 13 May with a 14 May delivery. I agreed against my better judgement. They do not us a dedicated crew, and hire locals to load and unload (I moved from San Diego to Phoenix). My items were delivered on 14 May, with items damaged, a couch, tool box and TV stand badly beat up, total cost of these items is over $6,000! I have filed a claim with Anthem Claim Management (their claims representative). There was no excuse for this, the items in the truck were not properly secured for shipping, I noticed when they opened the door that shipping material and moving equipment was just laying there and not tied up, these items slammed up against my items causing the damage. They use an unmarked truck and were unable to load the tool box (the driver had to rent a U-haul trailer)... What moving company is this ill equipped? I was pressed for time and had no choice when they showed up, but would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. read more
