But this did look appealing so I said why not be different today lol They also had food tried the bulgolgi burrito it was okay very hearty on the meat and had two eggs on it but I felt something was missing? The café immediately caught our eye - it sits in the corner of a brutalist building with a clean industrial aesthetic indoors. The overall space feels surprisingly relaxing! This has become one of my go-to study spots to do work at :D I really like how they have a ping pong table to play at whenever there's a small break in between work sessions. My impression of the place is that it's airy, with large windows in an industrial modern looking building. Immediately entering the shop, I was greeted with the smell of fragrant coffee. I am a matcha lover downnn and this lychee matcha revived something within me. I expected the lychee juice to taste artificial but it tasted as if I peeled and ate a lychee fruit- it was so fresh and juicy. The flavor of the lychee juice and matcha was IMMACULATE. It's my new favorite, local cafe. The service is always kind and friendly. They are exceptionally quick with service and getting your drink to you. Always helpful. Always personable. I don't know when Muso opened in West Adams but I made it here in January 2025 and wish I'd discovered them sooner. I came here around 9:30 am on a Sunday morning and the coffeeshop was super quiet. There was no line to order and the staff who were working were friendly and welcoming. There are a couple of seats inside the coffeeshop but it's very tight inside. Most of the seating is outdoors, and there are a mixture of low tables and chairs, as well as benches that are more optimal for anyone who wants to work on a laptop. I got two drinks, which came out very quickly. I got the coconut matcha cream top and the chai latte. Both were excellent. The coconut matcha would be a refreshing drink on a hotter day. The chai latte was comforting, and not super sweet as they can be sometimes. I'd rank this as one of my favorite coffee shops in LA and will be back. read more

I came here because I wanted to try their Guava Matcha latte. Unfortunately, it just did not hit for me. I felt like the combination was a little odd and the guava added a very grainy texture. I definitely prefer mango or strawberry flavors in my matcha. I also tried the Turkey Provolone Croissant which was pretty good. mu.sō Coffee is such a beautiful addition to the West Adams area. The space is clean and modern, with a calm, welcoming vibe that makes it a great place to relax or get a little work done. last week I went here with my coworker to try out some drinks, and I had my eye on the guava matcha. the place itself is very nice inside and outside too. there's a lot of tables outside that get the right amount of sunlight and it's a bit tucked away from the street view which is great. they have a bathroom downstairs that I believe they share with another business, just ask for the key. street parking is available around the cafe. so I ordered my guava matcha while she ordered the dutch mocha, and then we both got the Virtu protein bowls which I have had at another cafe (I think Virtu makes their bowls in an unknown location then sells them to cafes), it's always tasty just expensive lol. the matcha was honestly not my fav! the guava flavor at the bottom was delicious and fruity, but the matcha had no sweetness whatsoever so once the guava was mixed in, the drink tasted like nothing. I had to add some simple syrup at their little drink station but I wish it already had come a bit sweet. my coworker did enjoy the dutch mocha but she also had the same complaint as I did, it was barely sweet. that's really the only downside but I suppose it's good if you like your drinks without any sugar at all lol. read more

The outdoor seating is absolutely beautiful as there are plenty of plants and the building itself is quite modern and a comfortable space to do work or to chat with friends or family. mu.so coffee is a very cool and modern coffee shop in West Adams with some unique drinks. To get here, they do have their own small parking lot or a good amount of street parking all around the area. Came here for their famous guava matcha latte since I was in the area and had a few hours to kill. They do have their own parking lot in the back but I found free street parking the block prior and walked over. The entrance is slightly hidden but there is a sign marking where to head into. There is a bunch of outdoor seating, both in the front and back of the cafe, but limited indoor seating. Because it's further close-ish to the ocean, it can definitely get chilly here with the wind even on sunnier days so I definitely recommend bringing a jacket. Service was super quick.
