We were pleasantly surprised with a chicken price fixe lunch, and our end of year Christmas celebration was a success! The selection of chicken dishes were impressive. A delicious house salad was served with a hot fresh basket of garlic knots. The chicken de Vinci was incredible - grilled chicken and Italian sausage with broccoli florets in a sherry cream pink sauce was incredible! It was served over penne pasta (cooked perfectly ala dente). The chicken parm also looked amazing as did the chicken Marsala. All of the food was cooked perfectly, with oversized portions that were all tasty and delicious! Our server Joseph was patient, attentive and accommodated all of our requests. Ground pepper offered from a jumbo pepper grinder made the meal even better!!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]We were all pleased with the food and the service and the dining room was decorated tastefully for Christmas.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Dessert was also fabulous - homemade cheesecake was one of the best we've had at a restaurant. Came here on a Saturday night with my wife, daughter, brother-in-law and his family. They had no seating available in the dining room, but they were able to accommodate us in the counter service section. They immediately put 2 tables together since there were 8 of us. Very nice, it's hard to get a table of 8 on a Saturday night without reservations. The place was hopping. My wife and I ordered a Stromboli and a Chicken Sandwich to share, my daughter ordered 2 Spinach Slices. All were fresh, came out nice and hot and tasted great. We enjoyed our meal, and then left to walk around Babylon Village. Just what we wanted to get a quick bite and then see what else the village had to offer. This place is always crowded and I was always curious about well why? I found out! Their food was incredible / I stopped by for lunch and thought I'd just get a slice but after going in and seeing all their specialty slices I could t resist, I went for a chicken francese slice which I thought was a little different - something you don't see yoj often at your normal pizza joint. The slice was bigger than my face! Idk how else to describe it but mesmerizing. The flavor was all there as if you'd ordered an entree of chicken francese. Really blew my mind. It was busy that's for sure but they were still really quick with getting out my slice. terrible food. don't understand why it's so crowded. massive portions of bad food piled high. sorry but true. reply: i ordered the chicken with eggplant , spinach and mozzarella. the sauce was very salty and the spinach was piled on top to wilt. my husband ordered surf and turf. he asked if it was with lobster. the waitress who was very nice but overwhelmed looked at him like it was a silly question. well it came with shrimp. my mother ordered linguini with a basil cream sauce. there was a pile of raw arugula on top. just doesn't make sense. read more

Mulberry Street Restaurant in the middle of the lot off the side street of Main St. In Babylon is near an appliance store as a landmark and there is a sign saying Mulberry Street along with listings of merchants in that lot. There is regular and handicap parking in the lot both in front of the stores and in back near to the Carriage House. ( see pix) The entrance is to their pizzeria and bar area with dining area in and on the side. It was very noisy. There were real flowers on the tables and the oddly place plant on the floor. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Add the extra star for our capable caring waitress Angela.. She even was good at packing up the leftovers from a full meal for us. The crew set up a table for a party of 7 nearby very quickly and efficiently. We started with what I recommend - Meatroll appetizers then added a salad along with bread on the table. Chicken cutlet an short rib entrees and we were too full to finish or have what looked like delectable desserts. On Fridays they close at 10pm. As they are near the Argyle Theatre it was too late after the show to come back for dessert. A tip here- right nearby in the same lot is Sweet Sensations ice cream shop which was opened and a place we stopped in as well. read more
