We were new to town and needed a groomer. We have two small lhasa apsos.. Well one is kinda chunky but still kinda small haha. One of our guys also is a huge pain to groom as he doesn't like being touched sometimes. We found this place on Yelp and it has been great! Both of the dogs had the same groomer for several years so we were worried they'd be a problem but everything went well. It is a bit expensive compared to my other groomer but the nails were trimmed and the cut was excellent. We will definitely be going back. Also the communication and call backs have been very timely and the pups are very happy when they get home. read more

After looking into the usual places I take my dog (petco and petsmart) and not finding an appointment, I decided to try something different. I got on Google and found this place near my home. From the phone call I got such a great feeling about My Dogs Groomer, she said she was booked but after asking a few questions and realizing I had a puppy she decided to squeeze me in which I appreciate so very much. When I got there she explained what would need to be done because my fur baby was a hot mess. When I went to get him I expect a bald ugly dog but I was very surprised to see he still had furr and wasn't completely bald. She did a great job and he looks amazing. She also gave me some recommendations on how to keep him from matting up so bad. I will for sure continue to bring my dog here. I brought my dog here in a last minute notice. I called Marcia and asked if she had an opening. All my dog really needed was a quick bath and to trim his nails. He was excited the minute we walked in this place. As soon as you walk in Marcia greets you with the biggest smile. Which makes a huge difference because then you know your dog is in good hands. I dislike places like petsmart or petco where they are only interested in over charging you than caring for your little human. Every dog deserves an excellent groomer. It's like when you go to the barbershop, you go with someone that takes care of you. Just like a dog, they rather be treated comfortably than rough. I seen some places like petsmart where the dog is misbehaving they stick them inside a cage. Marcia doesn't do that she lets them roam the place so they feel comfortable enough. So thank you Marcia, homer was very happy and he smelled amazingly good. I will be recommending all my friends to you. Fellow yelpers be sure to bring your little humans here. I have a bichon frise. My husband was never totally happy with Kevin's groom. And needless to say neither was I. It's too short or he doesn't look like a dog. But here... my husband and I said finally! Perfect! And Kevin knew he looked handsome. When I picked him up, he was happy to see us but not rushing to leave. This place is clean and doesn't smell. I discovered My Dog's Groomer by accident, I had been looking for a new groomer for my poodles since the visit to their previous groomer left two of my guys with eye infections. I messaged My Dog's Groomer on facebook on Monday, and she was able to accommodate my three little ones. I took my three poodles to Marcia at My Dog's Groomer and I had one of the best experiences I have had. Her shop smelled great, was very clean, and her shop had a great and homey ambiance. Marcia is wonderful and extremely nice. What I enjoyed about her business and Marcia in general was how comfortable my dogs felt in there as well. I have visited two other groomers and my dogs were extremely nervous, and I had a hard time getting my dogs to even enter, but with Marcia, my dogs made themselves at home. Marcia also didn't kennel them, when I picked them up they were all together and they were free to wander, which personally, made me feel more comfortable as I hate seeing my dogs in kennels. Marcia did such a wonderful job with my little ones, she made them look so precious, and she based the cuts off of a picture that I showed her. I would definitely go back to My Dog's Groomer and to Marcia for grooming. read more

I never write reviews, but I had to with this place I've read the reviews and say the stars. I decided I would call to set up an appointment, but it asked to leave a message. I have left at least 6 messages for my first baby and still haven't been called back. So just a warning to those to wish to use this place be prepared for a long wait to be called back. That is if they every really call you back. Once I hear from them and if I ever get an appointment I'll put up another review. read more

This was my first time taking in my Sophie, I had been driving for 45 minutes (One way) to have her groomed at Petsmart for the past 7 years, NOT ANYMORE! I have found her new groomer and I'm really excited! She did an amazing job with my dog and I when I picked her up, she wasn't in a cage, she was being held by staff and very calm. My dog is a poodle mix. I usually bring my dog to a different groomer, but wanted to give this one a try because it's so much closer. First off, Marcia complained that my dog bit her. The haircut looked so good for only one day and the next day it was so uneven so I had to bring him back to the old groomer to have it fixed. My dog's groomer mentioned that his paw was shaved!!! And groomers usually just trimmed around it not shaved. So now that explains why he bit her. Also my dog groomers mentioned that his hair was so uneven everywhere. So won't bringing my dog here ever again! read more
