If you ever tried Bistro B's, Vinh Binh's egg rolls have more clear noodles and carrots mixed in their filling. Bistro B has a stronger flavoring while Vinh Binh is more of a balanced one. I honestly think each has their own uniqueness and both are good in different ways. I never actually been in the establishment but my friends that live in Forth Worth usually calls their order in and come pick them up.
