We got their house milk tea and their pistachio one. The pistachio flavor wasn't super strong, it was overpowered by the sweetness, so may be next time I'd lower the sugar level. The house milk tea is a classic, but also super sweet. Service was super quick. They got to us oretty fast and the place looks really modern. It looks like a good place to study.

This place is always super busy and parking can be a bit rough but there's plenty of street parking. The inside was spacious and the kiosks didn't work so we ordered with the cashier. I've been loving n7 for years and whenever I would go, I would either get their nitro jasmine milk tea, assam milk tea or strawberry hussle with their pandan waffle! I saw that this location recently finished remodeling and offers a variety of matcha options so I had to check it out :3 I got the pistachio matcha and my friend got the matcha einspanner. It was okay. Not my favorite but not bad either (3/5). I do like the other matcha options in the same plaza more. I do like that they have a cute photo booth and we paid $8 for 2 photo strips :) If i come back it would be for the milk teas or fruit teas!

3.5 because the drinks were not good to me, but they have a really cool vibe here and my friends still enjoyed their drinks. I came here upon the remodel and it seems like they added new recipes. Personally the drinks were not that tasty to me. I like to get 0% sugar and their jasmine milk tea without sugar tasted too floral for me.

I used to got N7 a lot even before they reopened, but they've gotten even better. The interior is really nice and super spacious, which makes it the perfect place to study or hang out. They even have a photo booth, which is really cute and trendy. For drinks, my friend got the black sesame matcha and it was so nutty and rich, and I got the strawberry milk tea, which was super creamy and just really good. They're also really generous with their portions, so the sizes feel worth it. The service is great too. Everything comes out quickly, and the staff are really friendly.

I saw that they've remodeled and revamped their menu so I wanted to give them a try after not having them for so long. Matcha is all the rage right now so I tried the pistachio matcha. I absolutely loved it. I asked for less ice, less sweetness and it was just perfect for me. The place is now much brighter and roomy. Plenty of seating to sit and hang with friends. I stopped by March 19, 2026 and they're currently running a 20% off all drinks for their reopening. Would definitely recommend trying them out especially with the discount to see if you like their new, revamped menu

Came back here after their renovations. They're doing the neutral beige minimalist aesthetic; definitely a brighter look from their previous decor. Plenty seating and more spacious. Photo booth room is hidden inside the mirror door, not free (payment is on the left side). Re-opening day promos were free house assam milk tea and 20% off. FYI: cup sizes definitely changed and vary based on the drink you're getting Drinks: House Milk Tea (Assam) with honey boba, 75% sweet, less ice. - It's sweet, I recommend 50% or lower - Boba is soft and chewy :)

Omg! Crazy how much N7 has changed! I like it back then but I like it even more now. The vibe is so nice, it feels so much brighter and more welcoming now. The service was great, she was so helpful and they recommended the matcha banana drink, which I loved. It tasted really good and wasn't overly sweet, which I appreciated. Super happy with my experience and I'd definitely come back again to try the banana milk drink next time!

I've been to N7 a few times and this time my friend wanted to try their matcha menu. I guess they were doing a 20% off discount because they were open again after the remodeling. The place definitely looks more modern and more neutral colors. I got the Matcha Einspanner and my friend got the Matcha Pistachio. The drinks came out to $6 because of the discount. But the cups were small. Kinda bummed about that. I thought my drink was pretty creamy but my friend said hers could have been better. Service was pretty quick. There's a new Photo Booth they added and it was $8 for two strips. Super cute idea! Wish the plaza this place was in had better parking because on weekends it can get really busy.

I love the renovations! They also added new drinks to the menu, customer service is about the same (great), and the drinks never disappoint! They added a photo booth and it's $8. Minimalist decor, plenty of seating is still available, but the lighting is completely different compared to previous layout and I'm loving it! Definitely come check them out if you haven't ^.^

Came here after the reopening and remodeling and the inside looks super aesthetic with lots of seating and a cute little photobooth! We ordered right away and the worker was super nice. The Matcha was yummy but the cream top was interesting tasting. The watermelon breeze was made a little not sweet enough. Still yummy!

I stopped into Paloma Plaza to get...a milk tea. What else!?! I noticed their windows had that brown paper covering the windows and no lights were on. I walked closer to see their notice. "Remodeling in progress..." Excited to see what their new chapter is!?

Jasmine Nitro Milk Tea, lychee Peachee

N7 is a great spot for solid milk tea, my favorite being the Jasmine milk tea. I've been going here since high school and it never disappoints. It just got recently renovated and they are having a 20% all drinks promotion. The menu got completely revamped and they are now pushing for matcha and coffee drinks, but the classic N7 drinks are still available. The interior is now a complete 180 from the broody, dark interior that I was so used to. There's a lot of seating and it looks like a nice spot to sit, chat, and study. Service is also always fast. I'll definitely be back soon to try their matcha drinks. Make sure to come check out N7 for their reopening!

N7 just remodeled with a complete makeover and many new menu items including matcha and phin dripped coffee! They are currently doing 20% off. There's a photobooth in the corner on the right of the entrance which is unique and fun. Cashier was patient and attentive while we were deciding what to order. I went with the pistachio matcha and my sister went with the house milk tea with lychee jelly. She really enjoyed it and missed this drink while they were still remodeling. The pistachio matcha was very creamy and thick, with a stronger matcha flavor than I expected but not bitter or harsh. I enjoyed it with less sweetness. Pistachio cream was nutty but not too overpowering so it felt just right. Personally, I prefer the old look that N7 had. The interior and overall design back then made the brand more distinctive and iconic. However, the cafe feels like a cute place with a softer aesthetic to study and hang out at now. We're glad N7 is open again and can't wait to try more new drinks!

I had to fight a small child to keep her from stealing my milk tea! That's how good it is.

    What are their hours?

    On 30th July,2021 , its open till 9 pm

    Average sweetness for milk teas?

The milk tea tastes like sweet milk, if you prefer to taste the flavor I recommend going with 50-75% sweetness

Anyone know if their milk teas actually have a good strong TEA flavor? A lot of these San Jose places dont have much tea taste in their milk " tea" .

Their jasmine MT kind of just tastes like sweet milk. If you want any tea flavor at all from this place, I'd suggest getting 25-50% sweetness.

    Are they currently hiring?

There's a sign for hiring part time

    Is Wi-Fi available here?

    Yes

I ordered a large Thai milk tea with honey boba and double espresso shots, along with an order of popcorn chicken. The total came to nearly $24, which would be easier to accept if the quality matched the price. The Thai milk tea, even at 75% sugar and with added double shots, tasted watered down and lacked the rich tea flavor I expected. The honey boba was equally disappointing, with little to no noticeable honey flavor despite being marketed as such. The popcorn chicken was crispy, but I specifically ordered mild seasoning and received something that was noticeably spicy. If you're sensitive to spice, be aware that their definition of "mild" may differ from yours. What disappointed me just as much as the food was the service. There were three young employees working behind the counter who appeared far more engaged in conversations with each other than interacting with customers. There was no greeting, no welcoming atmosphere, and no effort to explain or recommend items from their menu. For a first-time customer, the experience felt indifferent and uninterested. The gaming kiosk tables are unique and appear to be a major feature of the business. However, I left with the impression that much of what customers are paying for is the gaming setup rather than the quality of the food, drinks, or service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location. There are many other boba shops and popcorn chicken spots that offer better flavor, better value, and better customer service at similar or lower prices. Given my visit, the numerous glowing reviews don't reflect the experience I received. I came in expecting a highly rated destination and left wondering if the ratings are based more on the gaming tables than the food and drinks themselves.

It was a Wednesday and Devin and I were looking to make it a productive work day. We stopped by later in the afternoon. There is ample seating but most of the booths were occupied when we arrived so we sat at a table. Club music was being played loudly so working here would not be ideal if you have to present in meetings. The tropical paradise fruit tea would've been better with a topping or two, but in an attempt to cut down on calories consumed I've began getting drinks without toppings. Unfortunately fruit tea without toppings is just not the same, but this was totally my choice and on me. The WiFi worked well. There are some outlets under the booths but none at the tables. I've been to other Rose Tea Lounge locations and I'd say that this one is definitely more club-like than others. Not the ideal place to work remotely by any means, but that's not to say that the drinks are bad or ambiance is poor. If you're looking to chat and catch up with friends, this spot would be a good choice.

The donuts were made to order, and I still remember the two young employees who worked there. They'd happily let you know it might take a few minutes because they wanted you to experience the product the way it was meant to taste. That kind of pride in what you're serving is rare, and it made a real impression. There's something different about that kind of enthusiasm coming from employees versus an owner. An owner has an obvious stake in selling you on something, but when the people making your food are genuinely excited for you to try it, that energy is contagious. You can't help but feed off of it. Fast forward to this year. My daughter loves coming here since we frequently visit the amazing Chinese restaurant next door (China Delight-highly recommend), so I've brought her a few times. Unfortunately, it's been a different experience. The donuts are always pre-made, and the focus seems to be more on cleaning and closing down than on having a fresh product ready for customers. To be fair, the staff is always friendly and I do appreciate a clean shop , but when I'm choosing between a spotless floor and a donut worth eating, I'd rather have the latter. I'll note that I usually come a bit after dinnertime, so maybe timing plays a role. But after a few visits with the same result, it feels more like a shift in priorities than bad luck. I genuinely hope this place finds its way back to what made it great. The bones are there. The location is great, the staff is kind, and clearly there's a customer base that wants to love this place.
