Supreme Tostada Nachos ($21.95). The plate was heavily coated with sauce, lettuce, beef, and a nice scoop of guacamole. It's a huge portion and definitely enough food for two people. The flavors were good, but because it's so loaded with sauce, the chips get soft if you take too long to eat them. My one recommendation to the restaurant would be to serve a side of extra crispy tortilla chips with it. That way, you have enough crunchy chips to scoop up all those heavy toppings at the end. Also got a margarita that came in a very large goblet. One order of nachos and margarita and tip will be $60+. $$$

Came here as a family for the first time this past weekend. Parking was ample, only a few parties seated, and we encountered no wait. We asked to sit outside since the weather was nice. Service was ok, we ran out of drinks at one point and had to wave our server down, and again for a box and the check at the end of our meal. The menu was plentiful - lots of apps, classic tacos/burritos/enchiladas, their nacho selection, desserts, drinks, and a kid's menu. We shared a burrito covered 1/2 and 1/2 in both sauces, filet nachos, corn off the cob, and a kid's chicken quesadilla. Portion sizes were great, no complaints here. My daughter found her quesadilla a bit lacking, both in flavor and in temperature. The burrito was also lukewarm, but the flavors were good and I enjoyed the green sauce significantly more than the red sauce. The nachos were LOADED and very flavorful; somehow they never got too soggy with all the toppings. My personal favorite was the corn off the cob (elote bowl?), but it definitely needed Tajin to up the flavor. Overall we thought the meal was OK, no issues but nothing really outstanding. If we go back I'd probably just focus on sharing nachos and the corn.

This is by far the best location I've ordered from. Usually consistent with take out through Uber Eats. My one and only complaint is they can put a few more chips with the nachos. When you eat a couple from the top the bottom ones are stuck to the foil and get a little mushy. Otherwise no issues.

I tried this place for the first time today, and it was a pretty good experience. There were 5 of us, and we were allowed separate checks, which is always the easiest with a group. Our waiter was Anna S. She was very polite and checked on us often. I ordered the french toast, a side of fries, and the mango tango mocktail. The food was pretty good, but that Mocktail was amazing!! Everyone else liked their food and their margaritas. At first, one of my friends ordered the Makers white wine. She said it was terrible, so she took it back and got the watermelon margarita instead, which she said was a lot better. Not a bad first experience. I wish your Westside/Summerlin location was still around, I'd go more often.

Enchilada mini nacho..better without all the pickled jalapeño

Went for happy hour...wanted to see if it was going to live up to the hype. Entered about 5 pm, and nobody was there, just a few people. The server came over and was very sweet and helpful. Hub wanted some queso with beef and I thought I would try the enchilada mini nachos...both of these went with some nice Mexican lagers. The food was quite good...the queso was great. The mini nachos were good, but I would have preferred the fresh jalapeños vs the pickled ones. I ended up stealing my husband's fresh and pulled off the others....the dish is much better that way. I would be back...great venue for watching sports and very pretty inside.

Lunchtime on a rainy day. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was not too busy. I ordered the chicken tortilla soup which was great but for the price, the portion was too small. I ordered the burrito bowl which comes with your choice of protein and choice of rice. It was a big portion and the chicken was tasty but it wasn't much to write home about. I wish that the Sahara location didn't close.

We stopped at Nacho Daddy in Henderson while on a road trip with friends. We were seated quickly since it wasn't very busy. Our server was attentive, friendly, and efficient, which made for a great start to the meal. I ordered the Supreme Nachos. They were very traditional and straightforward tasty overall, but a bit light on the meat and heavier on the beans than I would have preferred. The extra beans caused the chips to lose their crispness pretty quickly. My husband ordered the vegan nachos. The plant-based chicken had a surprisingly good texture, and the vegan queso was flavorful, though slightly runny. The toppings were generous, but unfortunately all the moisture made the chips soggy. I think I would try Nacho Daddy again but try a different type of nacho. I tasted my friend's Thai chicken nachos and they were tasty. Overall, good service and solid flavors, but we wish the chip-to-topping balance had been better to keep everything crisp.

We got the brisket nachos. Honestly, I wish nacho daddy was in a SoCal. I'm going to be talking about those nachos forever. The potato chips were kettle cooked (?) and the queso on them had the perfect spice to them. Pickled onions were delicious and the avocado added the perfect freshness. The brisket and bbq sauce was just a chefs kiss. Our drinks were good too. Husband got a strawberry margarita and I got one of their blueberry mocktail drinks. Very refreshing and delicious. Our server was Alyssa I believe. She was super friendly and checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was going well since she knew it was our first time. The restaurant was decorated for Halloween and was super cool looking. We sat outside, plenty of seats outside. Very clean.

The daddy's buffalo wings were pretty good, but I'm not sure they're worth $20 for 8 wings. Maybe come for them during happy hour when it's only $10. As for the surf & turf fajitas, it was awful. There wasn't much taste to it. The vegetables were very watery (also seems strange to have cherry tomatoes mixed in), the shrimp is the frozen shrimp that has little taste, and there isn't much beef.

Just got into town and saw the "Nachos" sign. Had an inkling for decent nachos. Tough to find good nachos nowadays even in San Diego. Anyways, showed up 10 minutes before closing but they were kind enough to get me a seat at the bar. Ordered their "best" nachos and a lemonade. Very generous portion with lots of toppings. Was expecting carne asada or shredded beef but the "beef" was chili con carne. It was actually very tasty and came with guacamole, sour cream, beans and lots of cheese (canned type not shredded). Service was fantastic and so happy they fed me at closing. My fresh made lemonade stayed full as did my water glass. I'll be back just for the service and hope to have more time to peruse the menu. PS - loved the open air seating.

I had to give one star so I could write this review. If you leave it up to me, they would've got no stars. We ordered the supreme nachos and the pork enchiladas which were awful not enough meat on the nachos and then left they're hungry. Very, very disappointed to get home with my carry-out order of Golden Knight Nachos to find it covered in peppers when I specifically ordered NO PEPPERS. Read many reviews of this place to find many other customers disappointed as well with their orders being wrong. The food here is very expensive, which I don't mind paying extra if it's good, but when you pay $25 for an order of nachos and you ask for NO PEPPERS, you expect to not have any peppers, instead my nachos were covered in peppers. This is my favorite local, go-to spot. Came in on a Friday around 7pm and easily found a seat at the bar. Giustina was helping us at the bar and was able to take great care of my girl and I. We ordered two classic margaritas, lemon pepper wings and filet mignon nachos with white queso on the side. Never fails. My boyfriend and I came here on a Saturday afternoon and our experience was amazing! We sat at the bar and Natalia greeted us right away and let us look over the menu while she got us water. I'm very indecisive but Natalia recommended the Spicy Cucumber Margarita and now I'm totally addicted! She also recommended the Surf n Turf Nachos & Daddy's Wings and everything was just sooo yummy. i will leave a 1 star because the food is good! Horrible service me and my family walk in and requested a booth and they walk us back to put us at a regular tabel! I asked for a booth she walked me back up front and told me it's a 45 min wait! ok that's fine then she told me that we all needed to wait outside! remind you no one is in the lobby behind them or on the side area! I asked to speak with manger and she said yes we can looked at me kinda of weird like why would we need to wait outside! then the girls behind her said well JOHN said no one is allowed to wait inside! This place gave us such a great experience. We waited a short 20 mins and then were sat by one or their lovely hosts. Our server came over right away and took our orders. (Thank you Sierra). My first time at a Nacho Daddy, and it was their opening day. I expected things to be a bit rocky while they worked out the inevitable kinks, but my server, Haley, didn't miss a beat. Let's start with the service. This place is a coin flip either it's gonna be bad or it's gonna get worse. The girls pump the drinks and food that is by no means even comparable to real Mexican food they don't even know what half the ingredients are!! this place is a mess. Management is not even anywhere near getting things together!! Overpriced, overcooked, or undercooked don't order the lobster it's not fresh!!! It's tortilla chips and your choice of toppings this is literally a 7-11 with inflated prices!! Such a joke. Driest tacos I've ever tasted!! Please don't call your self Tex Mex if your not willing to bring authentic flavor it's disrespecting everything on your menu!! Las Vegas top worst places to get some food!! Spend your 30$ on some street tacos from people who care about the food not the money$$$ Taco trucks will outperform this place because they don't understand real authentic food!! read more

I've been a there about 3 times between those hours and did not make a reservation. There is also open seating at the full service bar.

If you're looking for a truly enjoyable breakfast experience in Las Vegas, I'd recommend trying Cafe Duval, Broken Yolk Cafe, Truffles N Bacon Cafe, or CraftKitchen instead. We've consistently had better service, more flavorful food, and breakfast dishes that are actually worth the price. Sadly, this was a subpar breakfast experience and not one we'd rush back for.

Even more overpriced was the tea bag and some hot water for $4! I will say my server was incredibly kind and probably one of the best I've ever had. Shout out to Ellanay! After all was said and done though, I was not impressed and quite upset I didn't go to my usual spot up the road, Scrambled.

Had a GREAT time at lunch today (3/25)!!! This location is waaaaaay better than Fremont street. I know it's brand new so not really comparing apples to apples...just sayin. It's so clean and airy and bright. If the weather is not too hot I'd suggest getting a table outside. (We didn't but it looked so nice and relaxing). Before I begin BIG SHOUT OUT TO JAZZY JAZMIN our server. Whooo hooooo!!! She was excellent and patient because me and my friend are a handful. LOOOL. Jazmin was very attentive and checked on us often. Thanks Jazmin! We got a free margarita by "checking in" on the Yelp app. It was well worth it. I got the spicy jalapeño cucumber something margarita. It was nice and spicy with the tajin around the rim. YES! Can't remember the name but it was the bomb. Quickly followed up by the peachy something (uuugh I can't remember the names). Both were excellent and put me in a BIG MOOD!!! The food came quickly which was shocking. It was fresh and hot. We ordered that queso dip trio with the queso, salsa and guacamole. ORDER THE GUACAMOLE!!! It is EVERYTHING! We also had the fish tacos and lobster tacos. We would definitely order both again. Also they have an ENTIRE VEGAN menu. How awesome is that. Overall this is a nice spot for good food and fun. It is appropriately loud (which is what you would expect with margaritas!!!). This used to be my FAVORITE restaurant, for over 10 years. Recently they redid their entire menu and for one it looks so cheap like an Applebees or something instead of the nice Mexican cantina style they had before. What really did it was getting ride of half their nacho options, like the Thai Chicken nachos which is literally the only thing I've ever ordered, in 10 years. I'm a concierge on the Strip and used to refer everyone to these restaurants, never again. We walked out last night and while I cried the whole way home, I will not be going back again. You have ruined everything and seriously adding all those extra drinks and daiquiris? Come one you're literally known for your margaritas why are you diluting the menu? This is such a disappoint and you've lost one of your most loyal costumers. I've been to every location in town, even when you still owned that stupid chicfila and access to a nacho daddy has been considered a factor in moving out of state, at least it was. We have been regulars at this restaurant since it opened. Always were happy with all parts of it. However, as of about a month or so ago it all changed. We did give it a second chance this week when we had family in town. So twice now we've noticed changes. I'll review our recent trip since there were 6 of us. All our meals were too spicy (which I usually like). I got the Lemon Pepper Wings which are usually spicy but these were so spicy I could only eat 2. My wife got nachos which didn't even resemble prior orders and they were too spicy. My daughter daughter got Fajitas which didn't even look like fajitas. There weren't strips of chicken just a pile of meat. Our house margaritas were awful. They were so sour and they made us pucker. My wife sent hers back. Our meals were not served at same time but in 3 intervals. Something big has changed there. Maybe new management. We won't be back! I no longer recommend this place!!! read more

My disappointing experience at this Tex-Mex restaurant. My visit left much to be desired. The Filet Mignon fajitas were a major letdown, with an excessive amount of veggies and a disappointingly small portion of meat. The overpowering saltiness further marred the dish, earning it a 1/5 rating. The Queso with beef wasn't any better, also deserving a 1/5 rating. It seems like quality and taste were sacrificed in favor of quantity. Service didn't save the day either, as it was slow, earning a 2/5 rating. It's clear they need to improve their staffing situation to provide a more efficient dining experience. To top it off, the price was unjustifiably high at $50, making it feel incredibly overpriced for the subpar food and service received. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place, given the disappointing food quality, slow service, and high prices. read more

We had such an amazing experience at Nacho Daddy on Cinco de Mayo! Even though it was super busy, the entire staff kept everything running smoothly and made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. The food was absolutely delicious, drinks were on point, and the energy was perfect for the holiday celebration. What really stood out was Kitchen Manager Brian taking the time to personally check in on our table to make sure everything was great. That level of attention and customer care made the experience feel extra special, especially on such a hectic night. Our first visit to this restaurant was with a large group of about 16 people. The restaurant was exceptionally clean and had a relaxed atmosphere. They also had a full bar. Given the size of our group, we were fortunate to have two attentive waitresses. They provided excellent service, were incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. One of the standout dishes was the lemon pepper wings. They were incredibly delicious, bursting with flavor and perfectly seasoned. The rest of the food was equally impressive, each dish bursting with taste and expertly prepared. So second visit to nacho daddy food again was very good but when we walked in not very busy when I asked for a booth we were told that those were for reservations only again they were not busy. The fajitas plate was not what expected for $28.00 lots of veggies but not much meat very disappointed. I had an amazing lunch at this place! The Nashville nachos were delicious, and they had some really interesting drinks on the menu. I ordered $5 margarita and it was served right away. My server was super attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. I'll definitely be back to try something else on the menu! Oh, and don't forget to check out the scorpions by the entrance.
