Normally we love this location, but sitting in a restaurant with 2 huge rolling doors open and the front door open and freezing is a absolute no go. I did not come here to freeze while I'm eating and the wind was blowing in from the outside. It's not spring yet nor summer. The ladies besides us were also cold,l and customers at other tables had their winter jackets on while eating. That's not compftable, I would have chosen to sit outside if I wanted that. When we all asked for the doors to close, it took very long and I guess the people working there can't do it. And when told, the manager Max took his sweet ass time to close them. I was already half through my lunch, and when we asked for the front door to close, too it took them again forever, because obviously they need to ask Max. I'm not spending my hard earned money with a Manager that does not care about his customers. So I will make sure to tell everyone not to go there. I hate eating while needing to wear a jacket, I don't need to go out for that! read more

Well I hate to take the time to leave a review and put more effort into what was probably my least desirable dining experience in the last year but be warned, it's even worse than what words can explain. From the time we sat down to the time we were handed menus would still be running the clock since we went out to seek menus ourselves. Drinks? No, you have to beg for drinks and hope they can fit you Into their schedule. Food? Well you should just look online before you come in because you never know when a server may come back around to you. Maybe it's because the restaurant was packed that they didn't attend to us? Not the case it was maybe 3/4 full. I know what you're thinking, finally your food is on the way and surely it'll make up for the lackluster service? Boy do I wish that were the case but an hour and fifteen minutes later and we finally have our food and it looks good but unfortunately that's where it ended. Taste was okay at best but for an hour and fifteen minutes I was starved and was looking forward to a lot more protein in the meal as advertised especially for more than $20 for a plate of nachos. I've had better nachos at the stadium for near half the cost. The drinks were expensive for the clear lack of alcohol as well but that's to be expected these days. We went on the first day of opening, so I will cut the service a little slack, but all in all they were very friendly. That being said, it's the only reason they get 4 stars. I've been to other Nacho Daddy's and I was very disappointed in the food this time around. It all looked amazing, but it was just ok. I had the fried fish tacos, but the tortilla got soggy from the slaw and was hard to eat. My son's burrito was soggy and hard to eat as well. It was WAY overpriced. Ice tea was $4.45 a glass and a coke was $3.95. Drinks are already overpriced already at restaurants. With inflation getting worse, people won't be eating here at these prices. It was way too loud because of the music, we couldn't hear the waiter or each other without speaking loudly. It's really more of a bar than a restaurant now and for a bar atmosphere, it's perfect. The restaurant itself is very nice, but I don't think I'll be going back for food any time soon. I prefer Juan's Flaming Fajitas, the food is amazing and the prices are reasonable. The food was ok. The problem I had with the place is they only have three booths. They were all taken by couples. Seems dumb to give two people a booth that will sit 4. Maybe they should add booths for two people. So my family of four had to sit at a table in the middle of everything. The other annoying thing was our waiter disappeared at the end of our meal. It took awhile to get our check but we couldn't pay for over ten minutes. We just wanted to get out of there. It's nowhere near as good as the old Nacho Daddy. Dropped in to check out the new Henderson Nacho Daddy's Happy Hour. Grabbed two spots at the indoor (feels like outdoor) bar. Started with Daddy's Original Margaritas, which were great. Definitely a good poor with lots of flavor and not too much sweet. Moved to Surf and Turf Nachos and Lemon Pepper Wings. The order came out fast and both were tasty and hot. Could have used a few more shrimp on the nachos but the filet was on point. Chips were evenly covered throughout, which is always nice to see. Wings were great with a good mix of drums and flats. Bar filled up while were there and tables too. North patio could definitely use some canopies or sun blocks (we saw several ppl seated then move) for the 4:30 to 6:30 window. It's perfect indoor/outdoor seating on the east side patio but the north side was in direct sunlight during that low sun window. Overall, great experience. We'll definitely be back!! read more

Excited to try the new location, but so disappointed. They sat us outside and the sun was glaring (they have no shade structures). I ordered a frozen strawberry margarita with sugar on rim. Came about 20 minutes later with salt and looking all separated. No taste, and it seemed like no alcohol in it. Ordered crab and lobster nachos with no jalapeños or sriracha. It came with jalapeños. Asked for new order. When check came, they were like let us take off the second order of nachos. We didn't order 2. They redid due to wrong order and they took back original order. Took another 20 minutes to get the check. Waiter didn't know how to adjust and manager told him he should have just taken off jalapeños instead of remaking order, which I'm pretty sure that's what they did because first bite was so spicy that I couldn't eat it. Came here for Cinco de Mayo didn't have any reservations so decided to be here early 330-4 to stay away from walkins and reservations. We were able to get a table. We're eat light so we don't order too much. We ordered the lobster tacos and lemon pepper wings, good portion size for both. We still walked out with a take out plate. For drinks we ordered the Mexican candy (which had mango and jalapeños) the sweet and spicy is perfect!, the peach margarita is very refreshing. Just wish these drink were made slushy instead of over ice. But all in all our experience with food and drinks was great! read more

My husband and I have been wanting to check out this restaurant. We finally did for Mother's Day. We made reservations through open table and we were seated right away. Initially they asked if high top tables were ok but we requested for a booth and they kindly obliged. Our server (Rudy) was amazing. It was a breath of fresh air to see a server so kind and upbeat. In some restaurants the staff seems to be struggling with coming into work. Having that type of service makes someone not want to come back no matter how good the food is. Rudy definitely delivered In service and gave us hope that their are still good staff out there willing to work and still show great customer service. He was absolutely amazing! Great job Nacho Daddy management t team for picking out a good server during these times difficult times of trying to find good employees. The food was very tasteful.
