It was a weekend night so we were expecting it to be packed, however when we got there they had plenty open tables. It's a casual spot very sports bar meets Tex mex restaurant playing lots of old school music and newish reguetón. Our server was great, she was knowledgeable about the menu and provided some recommendations. We had the surf and turf nachos which were LOADED ! This was our server recommendation so we went for it and they were delicious! We also had the seafood combo which had a Signature fish taco and lobster and crab enchilada. After a night of wedding festivities and attempting to curb any signs of a hangover, the best thing you can do is go to a Tex-Mex spot that's not only opened early but has a margarita check in deal to boot. Your Yelp check-in will grant you a drink and you can upgrade to a better tequila if you'd like, or stick with the well. Either way, it's a treat. I've tried the Nacho Daddy on the Strip and this is a very similar experience. They have a dedicated vegan menu with a lot of options that include mock meats, so if you're into that kind of vegan diet, then this place will make you feel junky and whole like you used to before. I went with their loaded nachos topped with vegan crema and cheese, and it was a great snack to go with my drink. A bit heavy? For sure... but with good company it was all well worth the extra calories on a busy weekend. Just don't do it too often otherwise you'll face the consequences. The location seemed busy but they were able to seat us immediately. We had the Hamburger Nachos and the Thai Chicken Nachos. The Thai Chicken nachos tasted great. They were slightly sweet. The hamburger nachos had bacon but tasted like nachos you could get anywhere. They give you a ton of food. The music was a bit loud for me otherwise I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The restaurant looks very clean. I shared the chicken tinga nachos and it was delicious. It's easily shareable for 2 people and thankfully had lots of shredded chicken. It had a good amount of seasoning for the chicken and the rest of the nachos. Heard many good things about Nacho Daddy, so I knew I had to give it a try while I was in town. I tried the vegan chiken nachos as well as the cheese enchiladas. I loved the variety and the amount of toppings they put on the nachos. I would not recommend the filet nachos, honestly you couldn't tell the difference between if it was filet or any other beef cut & the salsa they topped it with added a strange element to the dish. Came in here as a group of 4 while visiting Fremont Street. The place has a great vibe- music may be loud for some people but it was fine for us. This time we stayed at the Golden Nugget so we could experience more of the Fremont Street. After our ATV riding we were so hungry. When we arrived they didn't have seating for our party of six yet. But the two hostesses who welcomed us really took care of us. We sat at the bar maybe like a good 10 minutes before they told us our table was ready. For food we all decided to get different types of nachos so we didn't get the same thing. We each tried each other's nachos and they didn't disappoint us at all. We also purchased their lemon pepper wings. They are really the unique hidden gem of this place on top of their margaritas. The lemon flavor was all natural with cilantro, salt, pepper, garlic, and butter. They were so juicy in flavor and the best lemon pepper wings I have ever had to be honest. They have a huge menu of very varied nachos that you won't find anywhere else. Margaritas are big and pretty tasty as well. I've always had good service even when it's busy. I've been here twice now, once with a friend, and once for a united states bartenders guild event. Both times the service was great, and the restaurant itself is open and well kept. The queso here is absolutely fantastic, and they have a great triple dipper deal with the queso, guac, and salsa. Their chips are also fantastic, and I've had a few different types of nachos, all were great. My only complaint here is that it's a bit touristy, so the prices match that. It's a super fun place to bring people visiting Vegas, and their new location downtown is huge, so great for parties as well.
