I went in on Friday from North Carolina and paid $50 plus tip and my nails starting coming off that night. I popped one off and said it was only a fluke and I will fix it when I get back home. By the time I got home Sunday they all starting popping off. I don't mean breaking I mean the whole nail literally popped off. One nail I found in my purse. The two stars are for the great pedicure I received. When u declined the gel manicure in favor of a regular manicure, my tech gave me a bad manicure. She took no time at all. My nails looked worse than when I do them. She didn't want to cut them. She barely filed them. She left me with my hands in front of a small fan. Never even directed me to the drying station. I will say that another lady who came before I did left with fab nails. I think it's all about which tech you get. Also probably shouldn't have mentioned that I was from out of town. read more

I used to love this place, but I won't be back again, it was Sunday morning and I figure I should call before heading there, it was 930 and the owner answer and told me to come at 1015 since they open at 10, I show up on time and there was 3 workers which all of them were busy with 3 people, I requested a mani and pedi so the told me to choose a color and wait, 5 sec behind me show up 2 more girls who waiting with me, once I sat on the chair to do my toes I figure once they finish I would be next, turns out they help the girls behind me and another lady who apparently had more priority and had an appointment when I was already seating with cold water for 1 hr waiting, I felt unappreciated, like my business didn't mean much, of course I walk out after asking why I wasn't help yet, they couldn't figure something better to say but to say they were sorry and once they were gonna finish with 3 of those customer who came before me I was gonna be help. 1 hr with appointment what upset me the most is taking people before, so why bother to make an appointment if at the end of the day thy will take who ever they want next. read more

So I came here due to my regular nail salon being a 45 minute wait and the reviews were pretty good. I wish I would have waited the 45 minutes! When I first came in me and my daughter got a pedicure. She was started on in a decent time but my feet was soaking 30 minuets! Finally Tommy came and gave me a GREAT pedicure. My nails was a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STORY! MY daughter was asked to sit on seat 1 and the owner acted as if he was going to do her manicure but he did NOT ! He proceeded to start cleaning up his area and just left her there and started working on someone else nails in the pedicure seat! Rude AF! We were there first. She had to wait in between me getting a fill and having 2 nails replaced. The lighting wasn't all that good but my nails looked okay while I was examining them BUT when I went outside, I was HORRIFIED. The nails that was replaced did not match and you could still see color that was suppose have been removed. The clean up, nail size, and my daughter's simple manicure clean up was not to par but I didn't have time to go back and cause DRAMA due to working 67 hours of OT and getting my daughter's school supplies, I was on a time crunch! If I had, I would have went back in there and raised the ROOF! The 2 stars is for the pedicure and Tommy being nice but NEVER will I set a foot in that small ass nail salon AGAIN! This place is HORRIBLE! First off all, all these reviews were bribed. There's a huge sign saying if u write a good review you'll get $10 Starbucks gift card. Let's start off with... I went in to get a gel manicure. I had one nail that needed fixing due to crack. They lady put a acrylic top layer and white shaping cut my finger. Then she only did to rounds of gel, so my nails did not harden. Why I usually do gel in the first place. (If my nails were harden I wouldn't even write this review but I'm upset about it) The only thing she did well was her painting is very neat. Then she pumped lotion on my hands. No typical hand rub. I was so over the service I paid and left. And meanwhile the lady next to me got hurt to! Was a waste of time and $30! This place is a joke. Employees have potential but arent usuing it! They can keep there $10 Starbucks card and $30 I paid! I will never return nor I hope you don't make the same mistake as me and going to this horrible place! read more

probably the worst nail salon I've been to, I called to ask about prices for a full acrylic set w/ gel, coffin shape, & was told the total would be $35.. went in it was very unorganized. a woman did my set & I told her exactly what I wanted & she gave me very thick nails, which I did not want, & the gel was extremely messy w/ air bubbles. as she started to out the acrylic on my fingers started burning so bad!! I get my nails done every two weeks if not every week and this has never happened to me! the filing was so off, my nails were different lengths. she asked me if I was from out of town & I said yes.. then she concluded to tell me my total was $50. that is ridiculous for the set that was put on. steer clear of this place! read more

We got there a bit early and they were ready for us. Very friendly staff and did a great job on our pedicures! I'm giving them 3 stars because my pedicure experience was GREAT! However after that, I waited almost an hour for my manicure. During my manicure the manicurist would rush me when I spoke about how I wanted my nails like the shape, color or design. A little rude after making me wait. Not very good work probably because she was rushing. Now the cost. Too expensive!! I usually pay $40 in Los Angeles for regular pedicure and gel manicure. Recently moved to Las Vegas and was looking for a new nail place. When I lived in San Francisco i went to the same nail place for 3years. Im very picky when it comes to my nails ecspecially when im spending $60 or $70 for glitter and 3D. Im OBSESSIVE about sanitizing tools and pedicure spas and they were top notch. I walked in and they were very welcoming and helpful in deciding on a design. They offered me drinks like coffee, bottled water or tea. They offered to change the music or tv to whatever i preffered ( i was the only customer at that time). I got a fading gel full set with 3D design charms. My nail guy took his time, was maticulous and very detailed. Constintly asking if I liked it or do i want to change anything. I pointed out little details and he fixed them no problem or attitude and I am a difficult customer lol. Overall experience was amazing and I absolutely LOVE my nails. Im never going to any other nail salon in Vegas!!! read more
