Tim B, George and Ira were very professional and easy to work with during the purchase of our 2026 Aviator. We received a good offer on our trade and a great deal on our Aviator. It was such a stress free experience. Thank you! I completely recommend .

While the name has changed because it used to be Loren to now Napleton the sales staff at least remains very nice even though they've all changed. The service for a Hyundai has also changed drastically. They no longer wash or clean your car before they return it. There's no covers or protections on the inside around the steering wheel or even of the seat when the Porter drives your car around. The service team barely picks up the phone even during regular working hours. And most recently depending on who I spoke to at the service department I had different answers for the same question around duration of a repair and service that I was bringing the car in for. What keeps me coming back at my car has some free service that comes with it and the fact that I really do like Hyundai I think Small improvements could definitely make this place really shine, especially since it's located in Glenview. Yes I'm sure there are people who can afford more expensive cars and still choose to buy a Hyundai. But why compromise service and quality and the client or customer experience simply because the car price point is a little bit lower. The waiting area here is also decent so no complaints there at all.

I was there at 7:45am and all 3 service advisors were super friendly and happy for that early on a Friday :) I set up camp in the lounge to get some work done and after listening to the chef chat with other customers (again, both the chef and even the customers were all super nice and friendly) and seeing several people get some good looking food, I caved and got the French toast (it was great). I love that they don't try to upsell me. They said my car was in great shape and they didn't have any recommendations. I fully expected to have to replace my cabin filter because I'm at 21k miles and that's part of the recommended 20k service (which I didn't get). I would DIY that myself anyway, but they said everything is in good shape, so that saves me a bit of money for now. My only complaint is that I don't have memory seats because they always adjust my seats (even just for the car wash) and I can never quite get it back to my sweet spot lol. I'll keep that in mind for when I'm ready for a new car haha. I will always bring my car here and if/when I'm ready for an upgrade, I would 100% purchase from Fields. I'm just waiting for Lexus to offer another 0.0 or 0.9% financing special since I waited too long and let the my grad student rebate eligibility expire.

I especially want to recognize Bany, one of the salesmen. He is always extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to show me different vehicles and make sure I have a great experience. Even when I'm just browsing, Bany always takes the time to answer my questions and make me feel welcome. The managers and the entire staff have also been exceptional. They have an incredible selection of luxury and exotic vehicles, including Aston Martins, Maseratis, Lotuses, and many others. One of my favorite experiences here was test-driving a Maserati, which ultimately led me to purchasing one. I now bring my Maserati back here for service, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Glenview Luxury Imports is easily one of the nicest dealerships I've ever visited, but what really sets them apart is their customer service. The people here genuinely make you feel like a valued customer. Highly recommended! I wouldn't want to take my vehicle anywhere else.

The GM here is extremely unprofessional, rude and combative for no reason. Despite the situation here with me bringing in my vehicle to just get topped off for oil and them adding additional fluids(from what I was told)rendering my vehicle undriveable; you're in customer service and don't know how to deal with frustrated customers who has to deal with a non-working vehicle at the hands of your staff. My Alfa Romeo immediately presented issues as soon as I drove off the lot. A vehicle that was working perfectly fine until your staff/mechanic did whatever he did for it to no longer drive. Then for your staff to come up with my vehicle had a pre-existing condition. The pre-existing condition did not cause my car engine light to come on, overheat, start/stop signal to appear or a fault with the electric throttle to no longer function - this was all caused by your mechanic/service employee immediately after it was serviced. Two of your employees both said something was done wrong but as the GM you didn't want to hear that and immediately got defensive not even allowing me to talk before telling me to get out. After being stranded at the entrance of the highway unsafely for almost 3 hours this was how I was treated at this dealership. Your solution to me when I'm expressing to you what occurred to my vehicle without my knowledge or authorization was to call the police on me and have me arrested because no-one at this location who had a hand in my vehicle no longer operating can take accountability. You have a customer here who is frustrated her vehicle is no longer working and still not once did I get loud with anyone, not once did I use profanity with anyone, not once did I make threats to the GM or anyone in their staff for me to get yelled at and the police called because you or your team don't want to deal with addressing what actually happened here. Your response was for me to just get out, take my truck and go call my attorney to handle it! How pathetic, simple minded and absolutely disgusting as the GM to say that to a customer regardless of the situation.

Twice when Service indicated that they ordered a part, I was never contacted when the part came in. I followed up with the Service Department, and not only did they not know if the part was there, they asked me to call the Parts Department to find out if they had the part (shouldn't Service do that?!?) Because I have been dissatisfied with the Service Department, I tried to go somewhere else to have a suspension issue repaired, but was told by other mechanics that Jeep needed to complete the repair. For the second time, it took weeks to get an appointment, in the most recent case 5 weeks. I was told that I should get a loaner because they couldn't tell how long the repair would take (despite the written estimate stating it was 4 hours of labor), I explained that I need to drop it off the evening before the repair and was assured a loaner car would be available. When I called the day of to confirm, they were unsure if a loaner would be available. When I learned that the appointment was 5 weeks out, I asked if it was OK to continue to drive the car during this time, they had no idea! Getting this repair, selling the car and going elsewhere.

Our sales guy, Herb, was all folksy and started out by giving us a quote for a car that was $10,000 higher than the one we were looking at. Based on our reaction, he brought another quote at full MSRP for the car we wanted. Then he started insulting our trade in. I never have understood the tactic of insulting your customer. He told us that the car was shot, the service manager didn't even want it, and they would give us $300 under the price Carmax had quoted us. Or we could sell it to Carmax, and he would pick us up. I brought up the almost $300 in sales tax we would lose, and he waved it off as not a big deal. Hmm, $300 was a big deal when they couldn't even deduct a penny from the list price or when they were deducting it from the trade in value. Then he sent over his sales manager, who started in on who knows what. We asked for our keys and left to go back to another dealership where we bought a car. This was actually the second time because we came back thinking we'd give them a second chance as the first time was Memorial Day, and they were busy. We thought that maybe the intern or new sales person had sat us down at a computer and told us to order the car we wanted was an anomaly. I believe in second chances, but in this case I would recommend that you don't even give them a first chance. There are a lot of other Hyundai dealerships.

During the recall, they broke a VANOS bolt and had to remove the oil pan. While the engine was open, I agreed to replace the eccentric shaft sensor and paid ~$700. From there, the experience went downhill. They claimed my axle threads were damaged and quoted me $1,800 -- despite zero prior symptoms. After I pushed back and contacted BMW NA, they suddenly "fixed" it at no cost. Then I was told the car was ready. Within minutes of picking it up -- still on dealership property -- the engine developed a loud, aggressive rattle. I immediately returned it. What followed was a constantly shifting explanation: "metal in the oil" "just scratches" "failed bearing" "previously disassembled engine" "not our fault." At multiple points, they leaned on "prior mechanical condition" and ownership history, even though the car ran fine before their work and failed immediately after. That timing speaks for itself. It also took far too long for management to get involved. Early communication felt dismissive, and I had to push repeatedly just to get clear answers. The story kept changing depending on who I spoke to. At one point, I was told I needed to pay for a full engine replacement. After weeks of escalation and involving BMW NA, they shifted course. Final outcome: * Used engine (~93k miles) * 90-day warranty (engine only) * $1,100 out of pocket Yes, the car now runs fine. But that doesn't excuse how this was handled. This felt less like a transparent diagnosis and more like an effort to avoid responsibility until pushed. And as a final detail -- I picked up the car with the gas tank basically on reserve (~11 miles left). I'm not expecting a full tank, but after everything, that level of care says a lot. Bottom line: the car is fixed, but the process was inconsistent, reactive, and difficult to trust. If you service your car here, document everything and be prepared to advocate for yourself.
