Great gem in Cheyenne. The staff is top notch, the food is great. Our 2nd visit. Seafood alfredo, shrimp ravioli, manicotti, their moscato is very good. The raspberry cheesecake is also quite good. The building inside is old and gives the restaurant a vintage look with a contemporary spin in execution. Danny was so nice to us and chatted with us at our table for a while. Worst Italian restaurant I have ever got food from. I used Door Dash because my family stuck at home with COVID and I 100% regret this buy. Holy crap man. The tour of Italy was just thrown in a tin all mixed together . This has caused nothing to taste like I'm assuming it should. The lasagna is pretty much non existent. If this was really a tour of Italy , the people of Italy would be pissed. Next the salad looked like it was ran over in the parking lot before they packed it. It was running and wilted. Almost not lettuce. The price we paid for this is fucking atrocious. $60 for the worst Italian food I have ever had the displeasure to eat in my life. You could point fingers to the fact I used Door Dash but I have ordered tons of meals through door dash and never had a meal end up like this. Terrible. Never eating here again. My husband and I decided to come in early for dinner to avoid crowds. It was our first time, so we both ordered fettuccine Alfredo. The pasta was al dente and the Alfredo sauce was perfect. To compliment the pasta was their unlimited freshly baked soft dinner rolls. Our waiter was very friendly and service was great. We will be back to try other dishes on their menu. read more

We were visiting in Cheyenne and wanted a nice Italian restaurant. Napoli's was recommended to us by the trolley driver, Rob, who said the food was as good as his mother's!! He was not kidding. There were four of us and we each had a different dish and all of them were delicious. One of us had a Manhattan cocktail and it was perfect! Another had a French Martini and it was also delicious! For dessert each couple shared the raspberry cheese cake. Yummy! read more

My husband and I went to dinner early, without a reservation (it was Valentine's Day). They weren't going to sit us at 1st but who I believe is one of the owners was more than happy to go ahead and sit us. As long as we didn't take too long to eat, which we didn't. The food was excellent as usual. We've been here more than once and have never had a bad meal. Service was served with a smile as always. We highly recommend Napoli's. I was SO excited to see they had Osso Bucco on the menu! It was the worst I have ever had and I have had it many times. The veal shank was boiled not braised. It came with large hunks of carrot and some pieces of cooked celery. The bread they served had no flavor or that good smell of home baked bread. The Caesar salad dressing tasted bottled. The chicken Piccata was flavorless, dry and they seemed to forget to pound it flat. The sauce was lacking in every way. The server was polite and pleasant, but I could see she saw my discontent and tried not to inquire too much about the food. Traditional Italian in elegant surroundings. But not stuffy. VERY reasonable. We had the Shrimp Napolini and Ceasar salad as appetizers. Both were delicious especially the Ceasar. The shrimp was perfectly cooked in a light lemony garlic sauce. Main courses were the Chef's Favorite and the Works Spaghetti. The cream sauce in the Chef's was wonderful. The Spaghetti featured a very well made sauce with bright tomato flavor and delightfully spiced. The side bread (sourdough?) Was very nice with a thin crust and soft inside. Looking for a new restaurant to try today. Napoli's has a classy ambiance and wonderful food. I had the Eggplant Parmesan, which was absolutely delicious. My adult son had the Lasagna, which he said was also very delicious. We will absolutely be going there for meals often. The service was very thorough and excellent. read more

We've been watching and waiting for this place to open and noticed the "Open" sign last night. They were having a soft opening to work out the kinks, so we decided to check it out. The place has an art deco look and feel. The bar is fully stocked, and they will be adding about 50 wines soon. (They only had about 12 for the soft opening.) We had already eaten earlier so we just ordered a couple of appetizers. The food was delicious. Best calamari I've ever had. The pieces weren't stringy or chewy like some calamari. The dipping sauce was yummy too. The Mozzarella Caprese had a great balance of flavor between the mozzarella, tomato, and basil. We will definitely be back to try their main courses. read more

This place was absolutely wonderful! I went out with a friend and my child to this location and it was so delicious. The place has a calm setting beautiful music to calm your soul and the workers were extremely polite. If you're trying to find a place that sets the mood I highly recommend checking out this restaurant. The food was cooked to perfection and their bread is so fluffy and mouth watering good. Well. Typical Cheyenne experience, super slow service, and lots of excuses why. I could cut them more slack if they hadn't run a restaurant in Laramie. Servers were pleasant but not efficient. I shouldn't have to remind you that I haven't received my salad (or that it needs salad dressing). Or what I ordered, and haven't received after 45 minutes. Yes, we came on a Friday night. Yes, that could have been a factor. But to have a manager say that they have a new crew and that's why it was slow and confusing, felt like a poor excuse for a lack of expediting in the kitchen. When the manager came to apologize for our food not being out yet, neither he nor our server knew what we ordered. I heard someone say that all the pasta is handmade. Great, but that's not efficient (nor really appreciated by me) during dinner service. We had the Taste of Italy and it was delicious. The bread was very good. The "Greek" salad was mixed greens, black olives, "fetta" cheese, tomatoes, and no dressing. It was fresh but took me reminding the server three times to get it (after 30 minutes). At one point we were told the salad would be free. Then we were also offered free dessert. In the end we got free dessert. But we were glad to have brought cash so we didn't have to wait for them to run a card. Delicious but disorganized. I am hopeful they will improve because it was tasty, but I won't be back for a while - at least not until I have 2 hours to spend for dinner. read more

This place is an absolute hidden GEM. The food is consistently delicious, the service is the BEST of anywhere in the state (the owners are obviously European hospitality-trained), the building is historic and cool, real table linens, and the rolls are TO DIE FOR. Drinks were well made, the wine selection is good for this area, and the food was stellar. Hi there. After three years, I decided to give this place a try again. I should have known it would be the same bland, dull, flavorless, mushy, soggy food that I had three years ago. The marinara taste like spaghetti o's sauce, and I do not eat that shit either. I couldn't eat my food and wasted my money on this crap. Three meals and three separate salads cost me $80. Now I wouldn't be upset if it was worth it. I can appreciate someone starting a business and trying to make it in this world now, but beforehand someone should understand what they are good at and cooking Italian food is not these owners strongest skill. I would say close your doors and find another profession. Italians would be disgraced by the soggy noodles, ketchup sauce, and no flavor. Finally, the Ceasar dressing taste like horrible mayo with sugar... pepper and salt can't even make the meals taste better. read more

This is a gem of a restaurant. The food and service is second to none. The prices are beyond reasonable , I would pay a lot more fore the quality of this food. It is like eating in a very expensive bistro but at a fraction of the price. We are taking my wife there on Mothers day. Its that kind of restaurant. How do I start my review on this clown show of a restaurant? Well it is a 1 star Italian restaurant owned by two polish guys in Cheyenne wyoming. Not one thing is Italian about this place. The decor is a mix an episode of the sopranos and Cheyenne's finest trailer park. It's a disaster. The food is just boxed pasta and jars of sauce. Basically prego with ketchup. Frozen seafood or chicken is added. No flavor at all. The pizza is similar to a blaze or mod pizza. Their prices are outrageous for what you get. I have eaten here multiple times. Every time I end up crapping my pants on the way home. I would recommend going to olive garden or just hitting the Walmart for your own box of pasta and jar of sauce. At least you can prepare at home in a clean environment. So you don't get food poisoning from this bacteria infested place. read more

Excellent food with excellent service. Everything we had from the eggplant parmigiana, chicken parmigiana, fettuccini Alfredo, and lasagna were all top shelf Italian meals. The Caesar salad which my wife and I split was fresh romaine with Dressing in every bite perfectly applied. Bread was to die for.
