Pictures and reviews for this place looked good. There is no website, but the published menu photos showed fair prices. Unfortunately, pricing is about 10% higher than photos posted just months ago. Service was friendly, but the combination of higher prices and being served the wrong meal left me dissatisfied. When you make a meal mistake, go to the kitchen, get the right items and serve it on a new plate. When you take the entire plate, that means half the meal is getting cold as you fix the order and that is what happened today. A lukewarm meal is a poor introduction and again when it all comes at a price higher than expected, you get 2 stars. This is textbook, could have been better. read more

I'm trying to figure out what went wrong because this place was rated so highly but our experience was quite the opposite. Our server had a bit of an attitude when we were first sat, it took a while for our beverages to come back and we had to ask multiple times for refills. The wait for our food was a bit long and once our food got dropped off, no one came to check on us. The food was okay. Nothing stood out. Overall, I don't anticipate us returning. read more

First time and it was Hella good! I rarely post but was so happy with the service and food that I had to do it. I had the biscuits and gravy as suggested by the young lady serving me. After a long 16 hour drive this place hit the spot. We had a three pigs omelette plate and an eggs Benedict. Portions are solid for the price and while clean quality packs tons of flavor. Loved the no grease yet airy hash brown and how it paired with the almost floating eggs that popped off. It opens quite early and while it's only open for brunch if I'm awake I'm showing up to the door early over any normal 24/7 diner place so far in the area. read more

A great hidden gem of a cafe! I have been here a few times for weekend brunch and have never had to wait too long for a table, if at all. The servers have always been very nice and attentive. The food I had had was great for brunch. It definitely hit the spot. I even had seconds on the coffee, which is rare for me. The ambience is what it is. This place is THE place to get breakfast. I don't know who Naya is, but I'm guessing the proprietor, or related to. Either way, I want to give'r a kiss for setting up shop in my neck of the woods. Any of the eggs Benedict dishes are a winning choice. It's beautiful, no matter which you pick, you can't lose! Also, the breakfast burritos are done up nice and filling. Stopped here after dropping some friends off at the airport. It's pretty small and simple inside and the breakfast was pretty good. I stuck to a traditional breakfast and it was tasty. The pancakes weren't made with a mix and were fairly large. The coffee was a bit meh but the rest of the breakfast was good. Nice place to stop by on a whim when by the airport. read more

What you see is what you get here. Off the hook Benedicts! Everything is scratch made. Some of the best Hollandaise that I've had in a looong time. I had a Florentine Benedict. Fresh spinach beats mushy cooked any day of the week. The hash browns were perfectly cooked. If this plate was a MOTOWN group, it would sing like Diana Ross and the Supremes. Coffee rocked too. Just picked up - family member at SeaTac who'd gotten up at 4 am for their flight. When asked any requests, the response was how about breakfast?! Found this place thanks to my fellow Yelpers, and it did not disappoint! I had the 3 pigs omelette and it was excellent with fluffy eggs and packed full of sausage, bacon and ham. Hash browns were nice and crispy. We shared a side of French toast as we were craving something sweetened it did not disappoint. My wife ordered the Benedict and it was excellent with the eggs perfectly cooked so that the whites were done and not runny. Hollandaise sauce was good and she especially enjoyed the addition of the green onions. Staff was very friendly and attentive. This place will be added to our rotation. read more

We've come here a few times for breakfast and brunch. Food is pretty good. The reason for the 1 star review is the service. They do not have enough people working serving or in the kitchen. We brought our 1.5 yr old and placed our order soon after arriving. After more than 40 minutes still had not received any food. A group that came after us already had gotten their food and finished were getting the check before any of our food came out. We saw multiple to go orders in take out boxes piled up at the window. When we asked about our order and checking on the food the reason given was "It will be out when it's out. Our head chef stepped out for a second. The orders just go in as is." There should be SOME organization for orders. It would make sense that someone who comes in first their order should go in first right? Our son finally got his order 45 min after we got here. The rest of us continued to wait almost an hour after initially placing our order. Not only that, the food came out completely separately. My mom's food came out then 10 minutes later my husbands food. In the meantime other tables continue to get multiple plates at one time. How are you supposed to have a meal together if you can't even get food out at the same time. I should add that when we got there the place was not full. We were the fourth group there and one group at the time was already finishing up. Unfortunately the response we got was quite disappointing. Went in hoping for delicious food on a holiday but instead got bad service, scalding coffee and obnoxious, loud music that was not exactly family friendly and competed with even louder music from the kitchen. I asked to turn the music off since I was the only person dining this morning and one waitress told the other they might be able to turn it down. The food was dry and I barely ate half. Checked out a diner I hadn't been to before. It was nice. Enough seating, even for larger parties. We had a group of 9 and we were good to go. Our waitress was friendly and made the effort to refill drinks and make sure we didn't need anything. Food came out at the same time and we didn't even have to wait that long. For 9 people I expected longer. The food was great. No complaints there. Good portions and we had a pretty wide variety of orders. Of note, they didn't have gluten free bread. Apparently it wasn't popular and they got rid of it. Also, wish they had corn beef hash as it's a favorite of mine with using from scratch corn beef. But that's minor. We ordered normal options: omlet, pancakes, eggs benedict, and biscuits and gravy. The place wasn't busy, but our party of four seemed to wait for our food on the long end of what I'd consider acceptable, about 25-30 minutes. When the food did come, it was very overcooked. The English muffins were hockey pucks, hash browns were a crispy wafer, the toast extra dry (one piece cut in half), beacon extra dark, and the omlet cooked to death. One side dish was forgotten and had to be reordered. I generally prefer non-chain restaurants for breakfast, but IHOP would have been a better option for the same price point. read more

I'm always trying to find new breakfast spots and realized recently that I haven't had been to Maya's yet. It's located in a small strip mall off East Valley Highway in an industrial area. I walked in and grabbed a table. It was later on a weekday morning and business was brisk. Both people who helped me that day were very polite and did a great job. I ordered biscuits and gravy, a large amount of food prepared perfectly. The thing that I was excited about was the Mexican hot chocolate on the menu, which was delicious. I've been ordering from Naya's for the past three years, and I can only think of being disappointed maybe once. Statistically, that's incredibly impressive for one or two breakfasts every weekend over multiple years. I love just about everything they have to offer. At some point they switched the biscuits to something extremely dense and salty, but then switched them back (what a relief). Naya's is a consistent and delicious local place that I find myself preferring over much more expensive options in the area. You get a lot for your money here, which is so important and appreciated. My one gripe is putting green onions on eggs benny - but even then, its optional. Will keep coming back as long as they keep doing what they're doing. read more

First time here with my husband and toddler. The moment we walked in, Bry the hostess welcomed us warmly and had us sit wherever we wanted. We were served water and hot coffee right away. Yolanda the server was so funny and nice to us and our baby girl. She brought her a new box of crayons and a coloring book. We ordered our food and it came out quickly Now for the food: the eggs Benedict was the best I've had in years. The hollandaise sauce was creamy and savory to perfection. My husband had the country fried steak and he ate every bite. The steak was crunchy and the gravy was just right. We got the mini breakfast for kids under 10 and it came with a cute (bear shaped??) Pancakes, bacon, and eggs! All in all, we would return just for the service we received from Bry and Yolanda- always making sure we were doing OK and making us laugh with their jokes. Solid breakfast spot in the valley! Instead of going to a chain like Denny's or IHOP, this locally owned restaurant is a good place to grab food before work or even during a lunch break. It's close to SeaTac airport too so folks can grab a bite before their flight. I placed an order to go. One of the best eggs benedict dishes I have ever had. The ham was thick. The hollandaise was flavorful and divine. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly. The green onion addition was honestly one of my favorite things. I am actually craving this dish right now. The breakfast potatoes were incredible too.
