This place is okay. Lots of Yelp reviews for this place are accurate. The flavor of the broth is good and we like it but that's about it. I got the #1 combo regular and it's such a small bowl, okay meat quantity but the quality is just so so. But, the service is so nice though and there are plenty of free parking, which is a huge plus for LB! My coworkers and I ate here for lunch today because it was rainy and cold and it definitely satisfied our cravings for tasty healthy beef noodle soup. Prob great if you crave for it on a day like this. Takes cards.

If you're craving pho, this is the spot! The broth at New Pho Ok is hands down the best I've ever had -- super fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. You can truly taste the time and passion that goes into every bowl. The ingredients are always fresh, and the portions leave you completely satisfied. This place has been around for a very long time and has definitely earned its reputation -- even voted Best Vietnamese Cuisine in 2021! The service is always friendly and quick, making every visit a great experience. I can't wait to come back for another bowl. Highly recommend for any pho lovers out there! . and their tea is out of this world they gave me two teas to go !!! thank you

Was craving chicken pho and was glad to find a spot that serves chicken thigh with the bone in. I find it a lot more flavorful than your typical chicken breast pho. And the nice lady working gave me a free fruit. Also is Cambodian owned, so I'm glad to support my people!

R3. Took half of it home. Good portions and greens to help after a cruise.

Coming off a 4 day cruise, the guys wanted some home cooked pho before going home. We came upon this establishment after the primary location we were going to was closed. I can't speak for the others but I ordered the R3. I would so a disservice to try and put the name down. Portion was generous. The business was owned by a really nice couple who was waiting for us since we got off the boat around 8am. One of our buddies called ahead and said party of 9! Old school feel to the restaurant. Fit the vibe and the food.

There's a large parking lot to the side of the restaurant and the servers are welcoming. I ordered a Thai iced tea and bun vermicelli with pork, shrimp and eggrolls while hubby had pho with chicken and shrimp. It was satisfying and portions were good but the flavors were okay. Best taste was the Thai iced tea and homey atmosphere!

Needed a quick bite around Long Beach and decided to give this place a try. They have a parking lot next to the restaurant, so parking is not an issue. The decor is very basic and simple. I presume the couple on the floor are the owners. They are really nice and friendly. We just ordered two bowls of pho, the #P1 and #P6. They come in two sizes, regular and large. We went with the regular. P1 is the Dac Biet (special) which has everything including tendon, tripe, brisket, rare meat, meat ball, etc. P6 comes with rare meat and brisket.' The portion size was good, plenty of noodles and meat. The broth was tasty and didn't seem to have a lot of MSG. At least I didn't feel thirsty after eating. Prices are really reasonable. It's nothing fancy but pretty solid for a bowl of reasonably priced pho.

My first time here was almost 10 years ago, and I came back today having an amazing experience. The broth was delicious and the owners were extremely sweet. The husband and wife who own the place were very accommodating and gave us some free bananas and some spices to go. They are extremely generous and if these were my parents, I'd be so proud to have such hardworking and kind parents!

Great price and also the food is good and the owners are really nice and attentive. Their pho is really good and good for hangovers

So was disappointed that I had to pay for two shaken beef plates with noodles that did not come with a salad as the picture show and I explained to the waiter he said that we didn't get a salad cuz we did not order the rice, what? Nowhere did it indicate that on the menu either, I guess he thought about it and came back with a salad for me and my husband to share and apologized. So into the meal the beef was tasty however the noodles were soaked in grease I didn't know how bad it was till I looked down at my shirt and my husband's shirt and saw all kinds of grease on our clothes that dripped off the noodles. The noodles were good but I don't believe all that grease was necessary as you can see in the photos it comes with green onions the sauce on it was tasty just not good or healthy with all that oil on it.

My friend and I shared a variety of dishes: -Student Noodle: If chow mein and pad thai had a baby, this would be that dish. Without the fish sauce, the noodles tasted like chow mein. This dish overall was good! While I would still opt for pad thai, the noodle texture was good and I enjoyed the flavors. We got this with crispy pork and it was tasty, but I wish it was crispier. I liked how it wasn't too fatty. -Fish Amok: It did not look like the picture, but the dish was still good. It was a sweet fish curry which was sweet from the coconut milk. This was tasty and the fish was soft. It wasn't fishy at all. This paired well with the rice. I would still opt for a savory curry though. -Beef Skewers: These were yummy and I enjoyed the charred flavor of these! The flavor was very similar to Filipino skewers. I liked how even the fatty parts were enjoyable. Steamed Rice: Fluffy and not mushy which I liked. It came served in this cute rice bucket which preserved the heat of it. The restaurant was decorated nicely and was pretty clean. Bathrooms available which were also clean. The service was good and attentive. There's lots of free parking in the lot in front. Overall, a solid Cambodian restaurant that's worth checking out in the Long Beach area!

One of the highlights is their Thai tea, which is served with a popsicle and seems to be one of their most popular items for good reason. It's fun, unique, and absolutely delicious. Another unexpected favorite was the wings. I'm usually not a big wings person, but these were surprisingly good--crispy, flavorful, and definitely worth ordering. Overall, the food, drinks, and atmosphere exceeded my expectations. It's a spot I would absolutely come back to and one that I would definitely recommend to others.

Kin was one of the only restaurants open until 10 PM. We were seated right away, and somehow the five of us sat in a private room. It was kind of late for me to eat anything really heavy so I just have my usual salad and it was the beef tenderloin salad. They serve it up with a lot of beef and less veggies. The beef itself was a little chewy and in large pieces. I prefer the meat to be cut a little smaller and would like more lettuce and cucumber. I got a little taste of the spicy fried rice, which was really good. Some of us ordered Thai tea and didn't expect what we received, which was the tea with a Thai tea popsicle. What a treat! The Thai tea itself was pretty standard, but that popsicle was like the icing on a cake. The places, modern and clean. Staff is helpful and nice. Walk inside and--on this Saturday, January 3rd--it's still decorated for Christmas, which somehow adds to the cozy, unpretentious vibe. It's around 2:30 p.m. and the place is packed, which is always a great sign. We ordered the chicken pho with ginger sauce and the brisket & rare steak pho. You get the classic sides--lime, bean sprouts, basil--and we also added the crispy egg rolls, which came out hot and crunchy with a satisfying bite. The pho arrived piping hot, deeply aromatic, and comforting in that way only a well-made broth can be. They give you chopsticks for the noodles and a large spoon for the soup--exactly how it should be. The portions are generous, especially for the price. Around $12 gets you a big, steaming bowl that feels like a full meal, not a tease. The broth is clean, rich, and balanced--not greasy, not salty--perfect for a cold, rainy Long Beach day on the Cambodia side of town. I took my time with it, savoring all the layers of flavor, especially after adding sriracha and hoisin (which is absolutely the move here). The beef was tender, the rare steak cooked perfectly in the hot broth, and the noodles held up all the way through. What really stood out was the atmosphere. There's mellow, calming music playing in the background that makes the whole lunch experience feel peaceful and grounding--no rush, no noise chaos, just people enjoying good food. Come hungry. They give you a lot of food, and it's the kind of meal that's hard to stop eating even when you're full. Pho 881 delivers comfort, consistency, and value--exactly what you want from a neighborhood pho spot.

I walked in, found a table, sat alone for 5 min waiting for someone to bring me a menu....i had to go to the counter and ring the bell. Turns out, the owner was sitting there the whole time looking at his phone and didn't even hear me come in. Got the combo. Another guy came out to serve it with no gloves on and half a finger in my soup bowl. Not to mention, the soup bowl was quite dirty on the outside. The basil leaves had black spots on them and there was nothing I could write home about this soup, pho or beef bits. It's SoCal baby! There is so much Pho competition here. Don't believe the self titled (looking for free food) Influencers. I would not step in this joint ever again. 0/10 PASS.
